Various local news paper has reported that Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) assistant examination was conducted under candle light in Ranchi.
State administration is showing their new color every day,while other states are marching ahead with their development goal but Jharkhand is moving backward day by day.
News paper published the picture that students are trying hard to solve the questions under candle light......

Day one they have been trained how they have to work in the state like Jharkhand and their flag bearer organization JPSC.

i was in the examination hall..
due to cloudy weather no light was their.
Bench and desk was filled with dust and we have written the examination almost under low visiblity..
