Patna,Jan,11:In a rapid response over patna high court joudgment passed on Jan-4 BPSC has released additional result for the 53-55th PT Examination.
The total number of additional students are decleared sucessful in 53-55 PT Examination by BPSC are 5422 among them 2265 GEN ,SC 779,ST 32,BC1-932,BC2-1304,BC Women-130 and 72 are handicaps.
Cut off are AS FOLLOWS

absolutely, I fully agree with you. There is gross injustice again done by BPSC
more than 20,000 results have been declared, but people desire more..by declaring so much results the whole purpose of taking pt exam has been defeated...from next time onward bpsc should take mains exam directly...i wonder does bpsc/bihar have enough university teachers to properly check mains copies
no boss, it would be better if BPSC manages to conduct a fair exam and release just 10% of the result for the Mains provided the exam is legitimate enough
the question is when the BPSC itself is admitting in the court that 9 questions were wrong, why not lower the cutoff by 9 being fair to everyone instead of cutting it just by 4. The litigation is not going to end there. IT will continue even if the Mains exam is over the candidates get their joining letters also

dont worry friends the final cut-off would be 91 (NEW CUT-OFF 100-9=91) when the judgement come from division bench...
because this result is based on revaluation, taking care of previous successful candidates so that they dont get out from the new list...

JPSC ka kya news hai. Kuchh aage changes hoge, kuchh hone ki gunjaais dikha rahi hai ki usi result par mains hoga. kya ab bhi court me mamala hai, kab hogi sunavaai.
Sabhi candidate ke copy ka revalueation kyon nahi hua.sirf unsucessful candidate ki hi copy ka revalueation kyon? Ye kaisa result ,ye kaisa nayay? FIRST PREFERENCE SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN TO STUDENT'S WHO WERE SHORT OF 1 OR 2 MARKS IN BPSC PT2011.9 QUESTIONS WERE WRONG THEN WHY CUT OFF DOWN BY 4 MARKS ONLY.BAD STRAGEGY EMPLOYED BY BPSC.THIS IS VERY WRONG STEP TAKEN BY BPSC.

Ye 9 marks ya 4 marks ko kya chhakar rakhana,cut off 9 kyon kam ho,jo Q hataye gaye wo sabhi ke liye the,jo pass hue aur jo fail hue.ye bachkani demand hai ki 9 cut off kam karo,agar khud pe itna confidence hai to puri PT cancel karne ka demand kyun n karte.

Bpsc ke andar bina dimag ka(headless) bandar officer bankar baitha hai. 150 prashna sahi sahi taiyar karne tak ki kshamata nahi hai aur 5 saal aur 3 saal ka exam ikatthe lene chalta hai. Isase to ladkon ka awsar turat khatamkar satyanash karke chhorega.Kis ghatiya dimag ki upaj hai ye sab.Aur kya kah sakte hain,shame shame shame 4 those brains ,we appriciated if bpsc had coducted 5 separate exams in place of so called 48-52 CCE.These fool people so called officers have made we people fools.They hv cheated us.Commission should coduct exam by name of exam of single year so that the candidates use their single chance & single year of their age.
mera mark pahle 102 tha or cutoff 104 ...ab inhone mera marks ghata kar 99 kardiya hai or cutoff 100 hai...pata nahi bpsc uture ke saath khilwad .....age high court ko conssider karna chahiye....abhi case ka kya satatus hai..??
Bpsc ko 15 saal ka pariksha ek notification mein lekar record banane par seriously sochana chahiye kyoki simple dhang se simple chij najar nahi aati hai inko. Fark tabhi inko dikhega,theek keh rahe hai na?

It is very unfortunate that only the ans.sheets of unsuccessful candidates has been revised by BPSC also in revised ans key of set C ,8 Q. has been deleted while in other sets of A,B&D, 9Q. have been deleted. It is against the equality before law. The court must consider these facts.
Dainik Jagran, Patna Ed. 17.01.2012: बीपीएससी की पीटी रद कराने वाली अपील खारिज पटना, विधि संवाददाता : बिहार लोक सेवा आयोग (बीपीएससी)की पीटी को रद कराने के लिए दायर एक अपील को पटना उच्च न्यायालय ने सोमवार को खारिज कर दिया। मनोज कुमार व अन्य असफल उम्मीदवारों ने 53 वीं से लेकर 55 वीं तक की प्रारंभिक जांच परीक्षा को नये सिरे से कराने के लिए एकल पीठ के आदेश को चुनौती दी थी। मालूम हो कि एकल पीठ ने उच्च स्तरीय कमेटी की अनुशंसा में बीपीएससी को उत्तरपुस्तिका का पुनर्मूल्यांकन करने का आदेश दिया था। साथ ही सफल उम्मीदवारों को इससे अलग रखने के लिए कहा गया था। उसी परिप्रेक्ष्य में आयोग ने 4000 का अतिरिक्त रिजल्ट भी प्रकाशित कर दिया। मुख्य न्यायाधीश रेखा एम दोषित एवं न्यायाधीश बीपी वर्मा की खंडपीठ ने अपील को रद करते हुए कहा कि एकल पीठ के फैसले में किसी प्रकार की त्रुटि नहीं है। जबकि आवेदकों के वकील मनन कुमार मिश्र का कहना था कि केवल हाईकोर्ट द्वारा गठित जांच कमेटी के आधार पर पुनर्मूल्यांकन करने से असफल उम्मीदवारों के साथ न्याय नहीं होगा। जबकि बीपीएससी ने स्वीकार कर लिया है कि गड़बड़ी हुई है तो पीटी को रद कर नये सिरे से परीक्षा ली जानी चाहिए। जबकि बीपीएससी के सलाहकार ललित किशोर का कहना था कि गड़बडि़यां सुधार ली गयी है। फिर से परीक्षा लेना आसान नहीं है। मालूम हो कि 3 सत्र की परीक्षा एक साथ गत वर्ष 17 अप्रैल हो हुई थी और रिजल्ट का प्रकाशन 1 जुलाई को हुआ था। इसी माह एकल पीठ का आदेश आया।

Mamla yadi court me phansa to tabto samajhiye ki kab decision aayega pata nahi kyoki ye sab apna kaam dhaam chhor chharkar beti ka bartuhari karne nikalega aur idhar mains latak jayega.
Kuchh ladke jo bina pt pass kiye hi form bhar diya hai usko aayog mains likhane de, kyoki wo sab adhik se adhik kitna number.Aur yadi wo sab mains pass kar finally select hota hai to yah to bahut bahut khusi ki baat hogi.

Yadi Bpsc 2013 mein 10 saal ke pariksha ka notification deta hai to kya hoga samajh me nahi aa raha hai,doston. Kyoki yeh constitutional body hai. Aur isko aise hi karne ka lat lag gaya hai. Opportunity zero banane ka formula khoja hai ya bina khopri ke kam kar raha hai.
