Patna, Sept, 10: Bihar Staff Selection Commission
is ready with the revised result of graduate level sachivalaya sahayak PT examination on the basis of the revised model answer suggested by the
expert committee.
Although matter is pending before Patna High
Court but it is certain that court will direct the BSSC to
release the result by protecting those candidates who was already declared as
per its previous judgment given after the hearing of similar matter in 53rd
55th BPSC PT examination.
As per directive of Patna High Court BSSC has
already reevaluated the answer sheet and prepared the merit list and one copy
is submitted in the court to seek further directive.

bihar ssc dwara revised result submit karne ke baad first hearing 14 september ko justice Prakash chandra verma ke court me hui. judge ne hearing 17 september ko bhi jari rakhne ka order diya. petitioner aur respondent ke layer ne apne apne point rakhe. agar 17 ko hearing poori ho jati hai to usi din ya next day judgement aane ke chance hai.

की सुबह से वेबसाइट पर जाकर प्रवेश पत्र डाउनलोड कर सकेंगे. डाउनलोड प्रवेश पत्र के आधार पर ही परीक्षा में बैठने की अनुमति दी जायेगी.

news correct hai dosto. ssc ne revised result me 1350 purane ladko ko bahar kiya hai. agar court ise ok kar deti hai to wo phir court me jayenge aur mamla phas jayega! ssc ne na sirf 6 G.S ke answer hi change kiye hain balki reosoning me bhi 3-4 debatable answer wale question ko delete karke result revised kiya hai. kal usne court ko ye bata diya hai. next hearing 18 september ko hai.

aaj BSSC ke case ki koi hearing nahi hui kyonki high court ke cause list me ye case list hi nahi kiya gaya.jo ye kah raha hai ki kisi ko bahar nahi karne ki news hai wo galat information de rahe hai. actually 792 ladke already list se bahar kiye ja chuke hai aur 1406 naye ladke list me add kiye ja chuke hai. haan ye alag baat hai ki ispar decision high court ko lena hai. high court ise accept bhi kar sakti hai ya reject bhi kar sakti hai. tab tak dil tham kar intezar kare. thanks!

revised result me cut off 342 hi rakha gaya hai. yahi wajah hai ki 792 ladke bahar ho gaye hai. ab agar high court ssc ke is formule ko nahi manti hai to use un 792 ladko ko bhi main me shamil karna hoga. us condition me cut off 330 ke aas pass aa jayega. main confirm to nahi hoon lekin aisi information hai ki un 792 me sabse kam marks 329 hai.

it is really pathetic to see that without having any fault from the candidate side, bssc is playing with the future of students.now it has become quite evident that either bpsc or bssc they are inefficient to hold any recruitment examination.Either govt. or judiciary should give them crystal clear instrustions so that in near future they couldnot play with the future of candidates.

hearing of BSSC case was concluded on 28th of september.high court ordered to publish revised result completely according to the merit of correct answer and notification. court did not agree with the corrected answer of 5 question of G.S. and asked to check whether some more answer be corrected.court have also not accepted the formula of awarding the marks to those candidates who have attempted 4 debatable reasoning questions. court said either these question should be corrected or deleted. you can not awards marks arbitrarely. so be prepared for revised result likely to be published in this month!

पटनाः हाइकोर्ट ने सचिवालय सहायक प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा के संशोधित परिणाम को लेकर को विकल्प सुझाने को कहा है. 04-10-2012 को न्यायाधीश पीसी वर्मा के कोर्ट ने आयोग को यह बताने को कहा कि पुनमरूल्यांकन के संबंध में वह क्या कर सकता है. कोर्ट ने मंगलवार को आयोग से जवाब मांगा है. सुभाष पासवान, दिवाकर व अन्य की ओर से दायर याचिका की सुनवाई के दौरान याचिकाकर्ता के वकील दीनू कुमार ने परीक्षा परिणाम में हुई गड़बड़ी की जांच सीबीआइ से कराने की मांग की.
याचिकाकर्ता के वकील ने यह भी कहा कि आयोग ने जिन परीक्षार्थियों को उत्तीर्ण घोषित किया है, उनकी सेहत पर कोई आंच नहीं आने दे. लेकिन, कई प्रश्न व उनके उत्तर गलत होने के कारण नये सिरे से परीक्षा परिणाम घोषित करना जरू री है. इस पर आयोग के वकील ने कोर्ट को बताया कि सवालों को फिर जांच करवाया गया है. कोर्ट ने अगले मंगलवार को इसकी अगली सुनवाई निर्धारित की है. इस तिथि पर संशोधित परीक्षा परिणाम के विकल्प सुझाने हैं
कर्मचारी चयन आयोग ने पटना हाईकोर्ट में स्वीकार किया है कि सचिवालय सहायक व सुपरवाइजर की प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा में बड़ी भूल हो गई है। आयोग ने इसमें सुधार के लिए कोर्ट से अनुमति मांगी है। कोर्ट को इस पर एतराज है। उसने आयोग पर तल्ख टिप्पणी की है।
गुरुवार को इस मसले पर कोर्ट में सुनवाई थी। आयोग ने कोर्ट से कहा कि अगर वह भूल सुधार की स्वीकृति प्रदान करे, तो ऐसा किया जा सकता है। आयोग ने सचिवालय सहायक एवं सुपरवाइजर के 1700 रिक्त पदों के लिए विज्ञापन निकाला था। परीक्षा में एक लाख प्रतियोगियों ने भाग लिया था। इसकी प्रारंभिक जांच परीक्षा का रिजल्ट 12 अप्रैल को प्रकाशित किया गया। उसमें 914 अभ्यर्थियों को सफल घोषित किया गया।
परीक्षा में गड़बड़ी को लेकर सुभाष पासवान व अन्य ने याचिका दायर की हुई है। याचिका में कहा गया है कि कुल 150 अंकों की परीक्षा में 10 माडल उत्तर गलत थे। पांच प्रश्नों का कोई भी सही उत्तर नहीं दिया गया था। तीन प्रश्न गलत छापे गए थे। 18 वैसे प्रश्न दिए गए थे, जो 2006 में यूपीएससी की परीक्षा में पूछे गए थे। इसके अतिरिक्त कई गड़बड़ियां थी।
न्यायाधीश प्रकाश चन्द्र वर्मा की पीठ की सुनवाई के दौरान आज आयोग ने अपनी गलती स्वीकार की। उसने कोर्ट को बताया कि सुधार के लिए कमेटी गठित की गई थी। कमेटी के अनुसार केवल 5 प्रश्न ही गलत थे। इस भूल को सुधारने के लिए आयोग को नए सिरे से रिजल्ट प्रकाशित करना होगा। आयोग ने भूल सुधार के लिए 12 बोनस अंक देने की बात कही है।
अदालत ने आयोग को 10 प्रश्नों को हटाकर परीक्षाफल प्रकाशित करने का सुझाव दिया है। याचिकाकर्ता के वकील दीनू कुमार ने इस मामले की सीबीआई से जांच कराने की मांग की है। कोर्ट ने आयोग को 9 अक्टूबर तक तमाम स्थिति से अवगत कराने को कहा है।
