thre is limit to tolerate the power misuse of any authority ...i think a big hand behind all delay in prononcmnt of decision ..its delibrte to malign the sactity of HC ..ppl lyk tripathi r all bent to soil the pure and impartial charctr of judiciary...they r really taxing themselvs for da fair fuctioning of system..i utterly deny the role judiciary to balance the power a govt ...a fair decision i hope a distant dream frm the jaw of such irresponsble ppl ..i hate hate judiciary..

@ ajay bhai, ham sab aapke sath hai, darasal ye post BPSc ke bare me chal rahi so apki bat par kam dhayan gaya ki jaruri ladai JPSC wali bhi hai.3rd jan wali hearing me sidhe contempt of court ka dawa karna hai ,kyunki jab matter court me hai to JPSC ne kaise result de diya, sath hi aap par liye case ko court quash kar sakta hai kynki ye high court ke working rule me hai ki petitioner per criminal case entertain nahi hota.BPSC wale case ki tarah wahan bhi kaha ja sakta hai ki ye kewal ek preliminary exam hai ,iske dwara kisi ko job nahi milne wali, mains aur interview bhi hote hai to JPSC ek cut off marks de kar result nikale ya kewal GS ke marks pe result dede kyunki har subject ke ans key me galtiyan hain www.sabkakalyan.blogspot.com par additional info hai

My gut feeling is saying that

(For JPSC 4th civil services exam PT 2011)--

there would be only two option available--either the exam will be cancelled as whole by Honble High Court and order JPSC to take fresh exams.....

or

release another 30k candidates as successful -eligible for mains exams -as per first result issued(and not revised result)

(As far as BPSC 53rd/55th common compettitive exam PT 2011 concerned) ---

my gut feeling saying that

either this exam will be cancelled

or

/honble judge will order BPSC to release candidates list as successful for mains exams who and all got 40% marks (general)35% (SC/ST)

jai maata di,om sai ram

@ rajeev and anonymous

I truely honour your words and i also believe the same...

I believe and sure that both exams will be cancelled within 34 days....

kya baat hai,,sab so gaye kya??any info about the court judgement?

NK said...

can we expect the eminent jurist to open his famed mouth tomorrow? Before he could pronounce his judgement on BPSC exam, the jury is out on his competence itself to do so. His apathy has created widespread disenchantment among the aspirations of this exam and his let's hope his judgment provides some balm on their injured sentiments
