Ranchi, Nov, 2: Don't Care attitude of JPSC prevails for the aspirants who appeared in the 4th JPSC PT examination because despite of the best effort adopted by the JPSC they failed to create the fair system
The examination came under controversy and people questioning over the efficiency and capability of the premier recruitment agency of Jharkhand to conduct the examination.
Initially they failed to make fair questions as most of the question repeated from the UPSC previous year questions and after two attempts they failed to provide correct answer as new released answer have multiple errors.
JPSC even gone ahead and released the fresh result based upon the faulty answer prepared by so called experts. In new results several students who were successful in the previous result are failed to make and many new faces came in it.
Students launched their protest in front of JPSC office by demanding the cancellation of the examination.
Matter is due for hearing in Ranchi High Court as JPSC is reluctance to improve upon so only hope is from Judiciary for the student.

रांची, जागरण ब्यूरो : चौथी सिविल सेवा प्रारंभिक परीक्षा के संशोधित परिणाम को लेकर असफल छात्रों में काफी रोष है। खासकर उन छात्रों में जो पूर्व में जारी परिणाम में सफल घोषित किए गए थे। छात्रों ने छात्र जागरण मंच के बैनर तले गुरुवार को जेपीएससी कार्यालय के सामने जमकर हंगामा और प्रदर्शन किया। छात्र आयोग के अध्यक्ष शिव बसंत से मिलने की मांग कर रहे थे, लेकिन अध्यक्ष नहीं मिले। जिला प्रशासन ने छात्रों के हंगामा को देखते हुए बड़ी संख्या में पुलिसकर्मियों को तैनात किया था। रांची सीओ और कार्यपालक दंडाधिकारी भी बार-बार मौके का मुआयना करते रहे। छात्रों द्वारा बार-बार अध्यक्ष से मिलने की मांग करने के बावजूद उन्हें अंदर जाने नहीं दिया गया। अंत में हारकर छात्र वापस लौट गए। संशोधित परिणाम में चार सौ से अधिक वैसे अभ्यर्थी असफल घोषित कर दिए गए, जो पूर्व में जारी परिणाम में सफल थे। छात्रों का आरोप था कि इनमें से कई छात्र पूर्व में जारी परिणाम में शीर्ष क्रम में थे। छात्रों में रोष इस बात को लेकर भी था कि अध्यक्ष ने संशोधित मॉडल उत्तर में त्रुटियों की शिकायत पर गुरुवार को वार्ता के लिए बुलाया था। इससे पहले ही बुधवार को संशोधित परिणाम जारी कर दिया गया। इधर, व्यक्तिगत रूप से शिकायत लेकर आयोग पहुंचनेवाले अभ्यर्थियों को उनकी शिकायतें कार्यालय को दे देने की बात कही गई
My rank was 138 in first result. I am not in the revised list any more. Revised answers of sociology has many errors. It is unbelievable to see the revised answers of some basic questions which are absolutely wrong. May be they have revised answers based on the answer sheets of their favorite candidates so that they could pass. I have cleared UPSC PT four times with sociology and can say with full command that there are many wrong answers in the revised answers.
Absolutely,right Sociology has many errors and even my optional is sociology. On my understanding of the subject learned at TISS and various books, their are near about 20 mistakes. Hopefully, others are going to the court, otherwise JPSC will manage to escape from his faults.

ek bhai shaab jo ke JPSC me clerk hain ..wo aaj bata rahe the ..265 ke ass -pass cut-off hai general ka ...stupid JPSC official ...Today let us wait for 4 hrs in front of JPSC office ...even to know y they dint reply the RTI dated 1 mnths back...Hell to EXAM controller ..n Chairman!!
In revised key of political Sc. there are at least ten mistakes which are more than earlier key and result has been declared.This is very unfortunate &height of carelessness.

रांची, जागरण ब्यूरो: झारखंड लोक सेवा आयोग द्वारा चौथी सिविल सेवा पीटी परीक्षा के जारी संशोधित मॉडल उत्तर में भी भारी त्रुटियां हैं। खासकर समाजशास्त्र व राजनीति विज्ञान विषय में। छात्रों की शिकायत के बाद आयोग एक बार फिर मॉडल उत्तर की जांच संबंधित विशेषज्ञों से कराएगा। इसकी पुष्टि करते हुए परीक्षा नियंत्रक रतिकांत झा ने कहा कि प्रश्न विशेषज्ञ ही सेट करते हैं। यदि विशेषज्ञ ही गलत कर दें तो इसमें आयोग क्या कर सकता है। वहीं, छात्र जागरण मंच के अध्यक्ष अजय चौधरी ने जेपीएससी द्वारा की जा रही लगातार गलतियों पर सरकार को हस्तक्षेप करने व दोषी अधिकारियों पर कार्रवाई की मांग की है। आयोग द्वारा जारी संशोधित मॉडल उत्तर में वैकल्पिक विषय समाजशास्त्र में बीस से अधिक प्रश्नों के उत्तर गलत हैं। एक प्रश्न के उत्तर ने तो प्रश्न सेट करनेवाले विशेषज्ञ की योग्यता पर सवाल खड़ा कर दिया है। सोशियोलाजी शब्द की उत्पत्ति किस लैटिन के शब्द से हुई, इस आधारभूत प्रश्न में भी विशेषज्ञ मात खा गए। आयोग की भी इसपर नजर नहीं पड़ी। इस वैकल्पिक विषय में बीस से अधिक प्रश्न गलत हैं। राजनीति विज्ञान के एक प्रश्न स्वराज पार्टी से संबंधित कौन नहीं थे, का जवाब बीएस मूनजी को बताया गया है। दादा भाई नौरोजी को संबंधित बताया गया है, जबकि दादाभाई नौरोजी की मृत्यु स्वराज पार्टी के गठन (1922) से पहले 1917 में हो गई थी। छात्रों ने इस विषय के संशोधित मॉडल उत्तर में बीस ऐसे प्रश्नों के भी उत्तर गलत कर देने की शिकायत की है, जो कि पूर्व में जारी मॉडल उत्तर में सही थे। अन्य विषयों में भी गलतियां हैं।
Ye kya ho raha hai……Ye kya ho raha hai………….NOW Govt should sack controller of exam JPSC, who is tottaly inefficeint ,incapable. HOW JPSC IS PLAYING WITH FUTURE OF STUDENTS? Just ask mental agony and frustation of candidates who are out in revised result. As per news item We will see 2nd revised result soon……
In the revised key more than 4 question in Geography has got wrong answer
I believe this 3rd time result (which if we believe newspaper reports)will also have some errors -and this exam will be cancelled by high court -instead high court will ordered to take fresh exam of 4th to 5th civil services (vacancy will go till 500)and final results should be on or before mid december 2012..
Its my gut feeling a prediction only
and if not this
with 2nd revised results there will be 24000 successful candidates will write mains exam in march 2012 and interview will be held in july 2012
