Patna, Sept,1: If any one facing an interview conducted by the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) he can be rest assured of the impartiality of the board members holding the interview. For, the BPSC does not provide the candidate's personal details, like candidate's name, fathers name, category information etc, of the candidates to the board members.
BPSC had introduced this system in the 47th combined competitive examination for Bihar administrative and allied services, the new system particularly aims to nullify even the remotest possible chance of bias on the part of board members.
The Personal details of applicants may lead to some bias as it sometimes reveal his/her caste and other information about his/her background, but absence of such information would not allow any bias to creep in at the time of interview what candidates have alleged in past .
The board members who are involved in interview are not permitted to ask name or father's name of the candidate during the course of interview and for them the candidate's only identification is his/her roll number.
The BPSC conducts basket of examinations to select aspirants for prime jobs in the Bihar government and it is probably first such body in the country to have introduced such a system.
"Some of the board members resisted the idea initially claiming that lack of identification might create problems during the course of the interview, but after conducting the interview they changed their views and one of them opined that the system should also be introduced at the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC)," this is what the BPSC officials said to the media way back when they effected the norms make interview free and fare.
Incidentally, BPSC has introduced yet another system which pertains to inviting experts from outside the state to conduct interviews. While the board is headed by one of member of BPSC, other members are invited from reputed institutions like IITs, Delhi University (DU) etc.
The retired bureaucrats, and educationists who have served in other states, are invited to the BPSC interview board. The commission also ensures that every time there is an interview, new faces are invited. The BPSC has sealed the remotest possibility of candidates having any link with board members so it looks like a fare deal.
BPSC is not only wanted to be transparent in its functioning rather it also wants to be visible to the candidates

hst walo ko bhi pata karna chahiye ki copy kaoun check kar raha hai... chal kar unse hi bat kiya jaye... sabko labh hoga
galat hai, par aise me to kuch le dekar bhi setting ho sakti hai...agar aisa chal raha hai to bahut bura ho raha hai...
balram tiwari bahut badi hasti hai... par we swayam coaching bussines me thhe... agar we apne subject ke liye secreatry se bat kar rahe hai to baki coaching walo ko bhi apne subjects ki pairwi karni chahiye .
chal kar pankaj tiwari se bat kiya jaye..LSW me achhi marking ke liye unhe bhi bpsc se bat karni chahiye.. akhir kar LSW me we bhi jani mani hasti hai unki bat bhi bpsc jarur sunega..
Geo ke liye mere ek parichit ne janchkarta mahoday se mulakat ki thi... unhe ummid thi ki coding ke bawjood unki pairwi ho jaegai... mujhe laga tha ki yah individiual case hai... ek do log hi aisa kar paye honge .. par yaha yo samuhik pairwi chal rahi hai...

JPSC ka result aane ke baad....mujhe lagata hai BPSC bhi kabhi bhi result de sakata hai......agar BPSC pura process Feb'2013 tak bhi samapta karana chahati hai to bhi ise October end tak mains ka result dena hi padega....Kyoki Mains ka result aane ke baad bhi Interview ka pura process khatm karane me kam se kam two months to lag hi jayenge.....!

Abhishek Jee, institute me to aap admission baad me bhi le sakte hai, par result nikalne ke baad vaha kafi students jama ho jate hai. Jagah ki kami ke karan admission me muskil hoti hai. Bahut aapa-dhapi ho jati hai. Mai Chandrashekhar Vidyarthi, Dy.SP (HQ), Patna (2001 batch) se unke chamber me mila tha. Unhone mera mock interview bhi liya tha. Unhone mujhe bahut protsahit kiya. Unhone kaha ki aap jitna jyada mock interview aur samhuh charch me bhag lengen, utne fayde me rahenge. Tab maine Amarjeet sir institute me dakhila liya. Interview me vyaktitva parikshan hota hai. Lihajan, mai yaha bahut labhanvit hua hu.
Patna me English medium ke students ki kami hai. Target me Hindi medium me interview hota hai. Waise ek sadasya ki english acchi hai. Maine dekha ki ek student jo "may I come in sir," kahkar andar aaya uski interview unhone english me leni shuru kar di aur lambe samay tak question answer english me hi hota raha.
Maine sari bate aapko bata di, ab aap jaisa uchit aur behtar samjhe.

Ratnesh Jee, yah depend karta hai ki aap me kitni ability hai, aapka performance kaisa rahta hai mock interview board ke samne. Waha kai bato par focus kiya jata hai. Aap jab Mock Interview board ko puri tarah santust kara dete hai, tab aapko release kar diya jayega. Saath hi jab aap khud ko santust mahsoos karne lage aap interview class chor sakte hai. Waise aap UP me hai to mere khayal se aapko wahi kisi sansthan ko join karna chahiye.
Dusari baat mai batana chahunga ki abhi waha jyada students nahi hai. Adhiktar students mains result ki pratiksha kar rahe hai. Waha abhi regular class nahi chal raha hai. Sirf Saturday ko Mock Interview aur Group Discussion hota hai. Jahir hai abhi vaha wahi student admission lenge jo Mains result ke prati puri tarah ashwast ho. Aap UP se yaha aayenge esliye mere vichar se agar aapko Patna me hi claas karne ka erada ho to jab regular classes aarambh ho jaye tab aap yaha join kijiye.
Ek aur baat, Mains result ke baad BPSC sochne aur plan karne ka mauka nahi deta. Patna me maine kai institue me sampark kiya. Par abhi Target ko chorkar aur kahi Mock Interview nahi hota. Result aa jane ke baad lagbhag har institute Interview classes shuru karta hai.
Aap sabhi pahluo par acchi tarah gaur karne ke baad hi admission lijiye.
Ajay ji apka kehna sahi hai par agar english medium mil jata to accha rahta kyon ki pahle bhi maine hindi clases me asahajta mahsoos ki hai kyon ki interview ke dauran har bat translate karna mushkil hota hai aur in interviews me specific words use karna bahut jaroori hota hai.For example:nuclear proliferation ki jagaha hum illegal sharing of nuclear techology kahe to ye utna asardar nahi ho payega.
Again, it is only my personal view which i have developed while studying in JNU.

आज एक सूत्र से पता चला है की बीपीएससी पूरी कोशिश मे लगी है की रिजल्ट जल्द से जल्द प्रकाशित की जाये। ऐसे मे कुछ लोग अक्टूबर या मध्य-नवंबर मान कर चल रहें हैं तो गलत नहीं है ।

mere khyal se BPSC main ka result 29 November ke baad hi aayega aur interview january me hoga.Final result 2013 ke holi 2013 yani 27 March 2013 ke pahle aa jayega.

Maine aaj Chhotu Book Stall (BPSC Office) se baat kiya wo to bol raha hai ki result December ke pahle nahi aa payega.

yar 16000 candidates ki 7 copies each kul total karib sawa lakh copy check honi hai. Six months lag hi sakta hai, nothing shocking about it.

I think, if you say the truth that currently you don’t have any hobby that is also fine. You can defend yourself that hobby is to diffuse the mental pressure and rejuvenate. Luckily during preparation till now, you don’t need anything apart from study the various subjects ( geo,his,current affairs etc) to diffuse the pressure.
You can express the same in more effective way than me, as you know it better that why you don’t have any hobby.
