New Delhi, Aug, 8: Supreme
Court of India on Tuesday stayed the Jharkhand high court order in which it had
directed the State Government to debar all the officers, who were appointed by
JPSC after controversial 2nd civil services examination, from office and stop their salary.
The SC directive has brought big relief to a 147 officers of state administrative services in Jharkhand.
Commenting over the reports Chief secretary S K Chaudhary said that they
had not received the copy of the SC directive. "Unless we receive the
order of the Supreme Court we will not be in a position to make any comment on
the matter. Let the order come only then we will take any decision," said

SC hasn't justified the officers it was only because of technical region.
As per rule in PIL Court cant debarred officers because it is a matter of service.
Government council also hasn't represented the case as they didn't produced affidavit .

So thoda din ki chandani fir unke leay aa gayi hai.
