Ranchi,Aug,21:Under the lights of the Apex Court Order previously dismissed administrative officers are trying to get in to the services.
The resourceful dismissed officers including brother of deputy CM has managed to send their reappointment file to the CM office but CM seeks legal opinion on this matter as said by AG.
An entire effort seems to get failed as AG didn’t support the decision to reappoint them due to technical reason.
The Jharkhand Government had asked for legal opinion in the matter which has already been given to the Jharkhand Government," revealed Advocate General of Jharkhand Anil Kumar Sinha.
The State Government askes for the clarification on the 19 officers including brother of deputy Chief minster's brother who had earlier been dismissed by the Jharkhand Government after they were found to have adopted unfair means for getting selected in Civil Services Examination of JPSC," added the AG.
As per sources, the 19 officers were also trying to get advantage from the SC order despite the fact that they had been dismissed by the Government way back. However, the relief given by the SC was only for the other 147 officers, they added.

147 अधिकारियों की होगी फिर से पोस्टिंग
हटाये गये सभी 19 अफसरों को सरकार ने दी राहत
सरकार ने झारखंड लोक सेवा आयोग (जेपीएससी) की ओर से आयोजित द्वितीय सिविल सेवा परीक्षा से चयनित 19 बरखास्त अफसरों को फिर से बहाल कर दिया है. साथ ही काम करने से रोके गये 147 अधिकारियों से भी काम लेने का आदेश दिया है. इनके वेतन पर लगी रोक हटा ली है. मुख्यमंत्री अर्जुन मुंडा ने बुधवार को इससे संबंधित आदेश दिया. सरकार ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश के बाद यह कदम उठाया है. सरकार के इस फैसले से उपमुख्यमंत्री सुदेश महतो और पूर्व विधायक राधाकृष्ण किशोर के बरखास्त किये गये भाई सहित जेपीएससी के पूर्व सदस्यों गोपाल सिंह, राधा गोविंद नागेश व शांति देवी के परिवार के सदस्य भी बहाल हो जायेंगे.
हाइकोर्ट के फैसले पर रोक लगायी थी :
द्वितीय सिविल सेवा परीक्षा से कुल 172 अफसरों का चयन किया गया था. इनमें पांच ने योगदान नहीं दिया था. परीक्षा में गड़बड़ी और गलत तरीके से बहाल करने के आरोप में सरकार ने कुल 167 में से 19 अधिकारियों को बरखास्त कर दिया गया था. सरकार के इस आदेश के हाइकोर्ट की एक पीठ ने निरस्त कर दिया था. बाद में सरकार ने अपील याचिका दायर की. सुनवाई के बाद 14 जून को हाइकोर्ट ने नि:शक्त अधिकारी रंजू कुमारी को छोड़ कर शेष 147 अधिकारियों से काम नहीं लेने और उनके वेतन पर रोक लगाने का आदेश दिया था. हाइकोर्ट के इस फैसले को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में चुनौती दी गयी थी. सात अगस्त को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने हाइकोर्ट के आदेश पर रोक लगा दी थी. सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश के आलोक में अब मुख्यमंत्री ने सभी अधिकारियों को बहाल करने का आदेश जारी कर दिया. इनमें बरखास्त 19 अधिकारी (एक अधिकारी बिहार चले गये) भी शामिल हैं.

मुकेश कुमार महतो, राधा प्रेम किशोर, कानू राम नाग, प्रकाश कुमार, रजनीश कुमार सिंह, कुंदन कुमार सिंह, रवि कुमार कुजूर, शिवेंद्र कुमार, प्रशांत कुमार लायक, हरिशंकर बारीक, कुमारी गीतांजलि, विनोद राम, संतोष चौधरी, मौसमी नागेश, संगीता कुमारी, मनोज नाथ शहदेाव, हरि उरांव, हरिहर सिंह मुंडा. एक कुमार शैलेंद्र ने योगदान नहीं दिया था. बीपीएससी परीक्षा में सफल होने पर उन्होंने बिहार में योगदान किया था.
सुप्रीम कोर्ट का आदेश
हमने याचिकाकर्ता के वकीलों की अंतरिम राहत प्रदान करनेवाली दलीलों को सुना. हम हाइकोर्ट के आदेश में उल्लेखित पारा 62 (विज्ञापन संख्या 07, 2005 के तहत द्वितीय संयुक्त झारखंड प्रशासनिक सेवा के लिए चयनित उम्मीदवारों को काम और वेतन की अनुमति नहीं दी जायेगी) पर स्थगन आदेश जारी करते हैं
.क्या था हाइकोर्ट का फैसला
पवन कुमार चौधरी व बुद्धदेव उरांव की जनहित याचिका पर झारखंड हाइकोर्ट के न्यायाधीश आरके मेरठिया और न्यायाधीश डीएन उपाध्याय की खंडपीठ ने जेपीएससी की ओर से ली गयी 11 परीक्षाओं व वित्तीय अनियमितता की सीबीआइ जांच का आदेश 14 जून को दिया था. साथ ही द्वितीय सिविल सेवा परीक्षा से नियुक्त 166 अफसरों से काम लेना बंद करने और उनका वेतन रोकने का आदेश दिया था. नि:शक्त अफसर रंजू कुमारी को कोर्ट ने इस आदेश से मुक्त रखा था. हाइकोर्ट में मामले की अगली सुनवाई पांच नवंबर को निर्धारित है.

Tabulating 26th aug ko complete ho chuka hai. Result kabhi bhi aa sakta hai. Scaling nahi hua to 1 ya 2 din me aur scaling hua to 4th-5th sep tak result ane ki sambhavna...JAI SAI RAM.
