Ranchi High Court to hear the JPSC 4th PT Case on November 9

Despite the hue and cry by the failed aspirants the uncertainty regarding the JPSC 4th civil services is unable to get an amicable solution in time as the waiting game played by the commission and well known date game by the respectable court.

Today Ranchi high court has extended the hearing of the case up to November 9 due to coming holidays.

Earlier JPSC has said that they will release the fresh result based upon the correct key by October. It will be interesting that court will hear the matter after fresh result but who knows the JPSC that they will release the result prior to hearing date it looks distant probability because of previous record of the commission.

Please dont fight on scaling matter..

JPSC is on wrong footing ..
they have committed mistake by taking linear reg-ration moderation and the mistake is basic in nature as far as statics is concerned.
They must have gone through proportional representation method in that in that each optional paper shuld have compete in their category rather than other optional…

How one can get ranking….?

why JPSC is not disclosing raw marks/unscaled marks as it is done by other PSC..?

As far as UPSC is concerned they are not using any scaling after 2010 PT amid case fought by Transparency seekers…..who has won the case in CIC,Delhi High Court/Single bench/Double bench and matter is in Supreme court…

In the mean time matter is in court UPSC has pushed the examination reform and now they are following clean process without scaling in PT and soon optional in mains will be removed….

Theis is also important that Ranchi HIgh court is not a good High court as most of their decision are getting reverted by Supreme court one can see AIR record for it…

While Allahabad and Patna high Court is known for their Credentials….

Ap log khud intelligent hai…..ab sabajh sakte hai age keya hone wala hai….

wishing you all the best
