After the release of schedule of Mains examination of BPSC as per expectation JPSC finds them at comfortable place as the comission is followiing the all possiblity to extend the further date of the controversial examination.
Earlier JPSC chossen the slot of UPSC interview and now they have grabbed the expected mains date of BPSC which is turned out a reality.
It doesnt seems that JPSC is functioning properly in the favour of students they have created their own contriversial way of functioning without any precedence.

It is the right of JPSC and BPSC to conduct the exam on the day as per its descrition. But it is also the right of a candidate to appear for both the mains exam and seek employment in both the states. Comissions should have delcared their calender well in advance. This information is necessary before a candidate can make choice. Who will compnesate for the loss of time and money which people spent on prelims? Commissions must act in the interest of students and cannot act arbitrarily unless there are compelling reasons to do so. Here we can;t perceive any compelling reason that the exam cant be rescheduled to accomodate the interest of the students.

Ranchi high court stayed 4th civil services main exam till the case against it is disposed. expressing sissatisfaction over the whole exam process, high court directed the commission to submit all document related to 4th jpsc P.T. result within 2 week. next hearing date has been fixed on 22 May.

५ केंद्रों पर होगी सिविल सेवा की मुख्य परीक्षा
भास्कर न्यूज . रांची
रखंड लोक सेवा आयोग (जेपीएससी) द्वारा आयोजित होने वाली चतुर्थ सिविल सेवा की मुख्य परीक्षा 25 मई से 15 जून तक होगी। इसमें प्रारंभिक परीक्षा में सफल 3,500 अभ्यर्थियों के लिए पांच केंद्र बनाए गए हैं। मुख्य परीक्षा राजधानी के केंद्रों पर होगी। उपायुक्त ने परीक्षा केंद्रों का निर्धारण कर जेपीएससी को रिपोर्ट भेज दी है। गौरतलब है कि पहले यह परीक्षा 12 अप्रैल से होने वाली थी। परीक्षा केंद्रों का निर्धारण नहीं होने के कारण तिथि बढ़ा दी गई थी।
सिविल सेवा की मुख्य परीक्षा के लिए पांच केंद्र निर्धारित किए गए हैं। इसमें गोस्सनर उच्च विद्यालय, संत जॉन उच्च विद्यालय, उर्सु लाइन बालिका उच्च विद्यालय, संत अलोइस उच्च विद्यालय और वीमेंस कॉलेज रांची शामिल है।

yes you are right. HIGH COURT said that under this scaling system mains exam can not be held. the judgement is yet to come but news is that jpsc will have to postpond the mains exam till the final hearing.
Actually honourable justice suggested jpsc to give only 2190 results on the basis of actual marks not on scaling. I was at the court today.

latest update…………indian stastical institute report says scaling method is satisfactory enough.again the case has been kept for friday… but there is now negligible chance that exam is going to be cancelled.pass students keep studying.exam will be held.
