Patna, Mar, 5: BPSC eyeing
to take mains examination for 53-55 BPSC Combined Civil service examination
after some additional result is looking to conduct the mains examination in May
after the UPSC- CSAT-2012.
BPSC has begin the formality
amid LPA has accepted in Apex Court against the Patna High Court verdict.
BPSC has already started
consultation with Patna district administration to arrange the examination centre
for the mains examination.

you are absolutely wrong Mr. Pankaj Kumar once again. I live in Delhi and so far no slp has been filed in apex court. Students met one of the senior most and well known advocate but he declined to accept the case. So no slp is filed and acceptance by apex court is totally farce and wrong and baseless.
I also live in Sankalp hostel Delhi and closely associated with the development in SC as per my information LAP has been already accepted BY COURT.
the Aggrieved candidates are in talk with prashand bhushan.
However the case is week as per the lawyers here most of the chance is that it will quash in 1st hearing whose date is yet to come.

mr. sankalp, in apex court there is no provision for lpa, but provision is for slp which is yet to be filed. so first correct your fact. and despite passing pt i am associated with those students who are inclined to file case. I have met with some friends to shanti bhushan but he declined to accept the case abusing the system. so my friend don't dare others without any information

Yahan sala sab chor jama hai. Jaakar dekhiye maharashtra p.s.c. mein, yehan calender k anusar sab kuch hota hai. Bihar me chor chandal adhikari hai aur bhukhmari jaisa jarte rahta hai. Duniya ka sara nanga aur bhukha bihar me hi rah gaya hai.
Sach kah rhe hai ,bina dimag ka adhikari milega. Session late hoga toh 5 sal ka pariksha ek hi notification me nikal kr le lega. Ye sab sachmuch me chor chandal sab hai. Ek saal me do ya teen exam jaldi jaldi conduct kre toh waisa nahi karega. Lagta hai k saalon k baap k ghar se paisa ja rha ho. BKL ko khali muh me maro.
Bpsc ka sb karamchari hartal par chala gaya hai. Ab dekhte hain k ye chor uchakka kb manata hai.
Yeh sab chor chandal ka gap nahi kariye maharaj. Ye sab suar khane wala hai.

A case has been filed in the Supereme Court against the verdict of Patns high court,within 10 - 15 days it will cleared, i have personally seen the drafting, due to some reason i can't disclose the case no., But giving all of you a authentic news. Manoj Kumar is the petitioner and he lacks money to move forward,Rs. 1,25,000/- has been already spent over the case. Bpsc 26 May se mains exam lene ki taiyari me hai. Schools n colleges ko exam centre ke liye inform kar diya gaya hai. But, Jpsc ne bhi 26 May se 15 June ke beech Mains exam ka programe publish kar diya hai. Pata nahi Bpsc exam ab 26 May se ho payega ya nahi.

yes,u are right.otherwise candidates wil come out on street in both the exam. clashes.overall jharkhand was a part of bihar and both the the states candidates are emotinally attached to each other.
JPSC has declared date and some students making hue and cry that the date will clashed with BPSC ,BPSC has reserved the slot with prior intimation? Not at all ,this hue and cry is merely nonsense.When JPSC come out with Exam Programme , now it's BPSC obligation they come out with such programme that not clash with JPSC.
We must not crticise any step in mindless way.Though some Important issue not resolved yet by JPSC, hoping that issue will resolved by court in next few hearings.Two months before declaration of programme is good step by JPSC in the interest Qualified candidated.
