Patna, Nov, 30: BPSC 53-55 PT examination result controversy came under interesting line as BPSC has removed the 9 question and changed the answer of two questions, according to new model answer 915 successful candidate will be out and fresh 588 faces will be in the merit list.
Mr Manan Kumar council of petitioners has said in the HC that BPSC could consider reducing the cut off marks and releasing more result.
He also requested that without removing the successful student new result would be considered, it will be justice for the students.
BPSC cauncil Lalit Kishore has said to court if BPSC will consider the result based on the solution provided by new committee then 915 students will be out and fresh 588 will be in.
If this idea will be adopted then student who going out of the successful list will move to the court and mains examination will face another delay.
Due to time constrain hearing was extended for Dec 1,it is expected that court will say BPSC to release some additional result without removing the student who is already passed.

नौ अंक कटे, तो 915 फ़ेल आवेदक होंगे पास
पटना : पटना उच्च न्यायालय में मंगलवार को बिहार लोक सेवा आयोग की 53 वीं से 55 वीं तक की प्रारंभिक प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा में नौ गलत सवालों को लेकर बहस हुई. दोनों पक्षों की बातें सुन कर अदालत ने आयोग को परीक्षा परिणाम रद्द किये जाने के दूसरे विकल्पों के बारे में बताने को कहा.
मामले की अगली सुनवाई एक दिसंबर को होगी. मंगलवार को जब इसकी सुनवाई शुरू हुई, तो बिहार लोक सेवा आयोग के अधिवक्ता ललित किशोर ने अदालत से कहा-एक्सपर्ट कमेटी की अनुशंसा के आधार पर नया कट ऑफ माक्र्स तैयार किया जायेगा, जिसमें एक अंक की कटौती होगी.
जारी रिजल्ट 104 अंकों पर हैं. अब कट ऑफ माक्र्स 103 पर तय होगा. इस आधार पर नये रिजल्ट में फेल हुए 915 उम्मीदवार पास हो जायेंगे और 588 पास उम्मीदवार फेल हो जायेंगे’.
मनन कुमार मिश्र, याचिकाकर्ताओं के अधिवक्ता ने कहा, एक एक्सपर्ट कमेटी की रिपोर्ट आयी तो हजारों लोग बाहर हो रहे हैं. नौ सवाल गलत पाये गये और उन्हें अलग कर दिया गया.
इन सवालों को सही करने का मौका यदि असफल आवेदकों को मिला होता, तो परीक्षा परिणाम बदल जाता’.कोर्ट ने कहा, ‘ एक संभावना यह भी है कि यदि इसे रद्द कर दिया जाये, तो सफल छात्र अदालत पहुंच जायेंगे.
यह मामला लंबा खिंचता जायेगा, जो ठीक नहीं होगा. आयोग अपनी ओर से बताये कि वह क्या रास्ता निकालना चाहती है. इसके बाद समय खत्म हो गया और अदालत ने अगली सुनवाई एक दिसंबर को निर्धारित कर दी.
