Ranchi,Oct,13 : JPSC 4th PT examination controversy has taken further twist as the matter reached at governor house, agrived candidates under the leadership of Congress leader Pradeep Balmunchu meet governor of jharkhand Dr.Syed Ahmad and presented detailed report about the misconduct done by the commission while conducting the PT examination.
After the meeting Pradeep Balmuchu and representatives of the student told the press that we have discussed the issue with the governor Dr.Syed Ahmad,the also said that police has lathi charged on the protesting students on oct 11.
The students strongly urged the governor to look after the matter and order the reexamination.
Matter is also pending in front of Ranchi High Court which is going to hear by weekends.

What was the opinion of the Governor.
Will we have to prepare for PT it looks possibility to me.
I have stopped reading for mains started PT preparation..
It is better to became proactive because this time competition will be tough as only 10% of seats result will be declare by JPSC.
Governor surprised with the irregularity especially the error committed in model answer.
He promised to the student that he will look after the matter and students will get justice.
So get ready for cancellation on 15th court will also hear the matter.
koi cancellation nahi hoga. agar hona rahta to pahle 5-6 paper ke galat modal ans par hi ho gaya hota.ye jpsc ka delaying tactis hai.jisse chaho mil lo ab koi cancellation nahi hoga. pass candidates main ki taiyari karo.isi me bhalai hai

I am dead sure . it wont get cancelled. situation got changed now jpsc is on strong wicket after revised key everything will be very fair n even then court will also favour jpsc.

झारखंड हाइकोर्ट में गुरुवार को जेपीएससी नियुक्तियों की सीबीआइ से जांच कराने संबंधी जनहित याचिका पर आंशिक सुनवाई हुई. सुनवाई के दौरान प्रार्थी की ओर से अधिवक्ता राजीव कुमार ने पषा रखा. उन्होंने कोर्ट को बताया कि जेपीएससी ने 18 परीषाएं ली है. कोई भी परीषा निष्पषा नहीं रही. नियुक्ति में पैरवी व पैसे का बोलबाला रहा. निगरानी द्वारा जांच भी की जा रही है, लेकिन कोई नतीजा सामने नहीं आया है. निगरानी आयुक्त ने तीन माह में परीषाओं में हुई गड़ब़िडयों की जांच कर कार्रवाई करने का आदेश दिया था. सा़ढे तीन वर्ष हो चुका है. जेपीएससी प्रथम सिविल सेवा परीषा को लेकर एक मात्र प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गयी है. उसमें 35 लोगों के विरुद्ध जांच की गयी. 19 पकड़े गये. निगरानी जांच निष्पषा नहीं है तथा उसके पास आवश्यक संसाधन भी नहीं है. इसलिए सीबीआइ जांच जरूरी है.
जेपीएससी की ओर से अधिवक्ता राजेश शंकर ने पषा रखते हुए कहा कि निगरानी सही दिशा में जांच कर रही है. उल्लेखनीय है कि प्रार्थी बुद्धदेव उरांव ने जनहित याचिका दायर कर जेपीएससी द्वारा ली गयी सभी परीषाओं की सीबीआइ जांच कराने का आग्रह किया है. फमुख्य संवाददाता रांची
झारखंड लोक सेवा आयोग (जेपीएससी) चतुर्थ प्रारंभिक परीषा (पीटी) रद्द नहीं करेगा, बल्कि फ्रेश रिजल्ट निकाले जाने की प्रबल संभावना है. हालांकि 15 अक्तूबर तक सभी विषय विशेषज्ञों से जवाब मिल जाने के बाद ही आयोग इसकी समीषा कर अंतिम निर्णय लेगा.
बताया जाता है कि चतुर्थ पीटी के जिन विषयों में गलत उत्तर सामने आये हैं, उन उत्तरों को सही कर उसे डाटा में फिट किया जायेगा. इसके आधार पर सही उत्तर लिखनेवाले उम्मीदवार सफल होंगे. नये प्रोग्रामिंग में जिन उम्मीदवारों ने गलत उत्तर लिखा होगा, वे कट-ऑफ मार्क्स को पूरा नहीं कर पायेंगे और उन्हें बाहर कर दिया जायेगा. इसके बाद आयोग फ्रेश रिजल्ट जारी करेगा. आयोग का मानना है कि सभी विषयों में गलत उत्तर नहीं हैं. जिन विषयों में गलत उत्तर आये हैं, उन विषयों की संख्या कम है. साथ ही कुछ प्रश्नों के उत्तर ही गलत हैं. ऐसे में पूरी परीषा को रद्द करना उचित नहीं होगा. पुनर्परीषा लेने पर आयोग का खर्च भी ब़ढेगा. साथ ही नये सिरे से परीषा आयोजन करने में तकनीकी अड़चनों का सामना भी करना पड़ेगा.

कब हुई थी परीषा
चतुर्थ पीटी 13 मार्च 2011 को हुई थी. कुल 219 पदों के लिए लगभग एक लाख उम्मीदवार इस परीषा में शामिल हुए. आयोग द्वारा स्केलिंग पद्धति से जारी रिजल्ट में लगभग दो हजार उम्मीदवार सफल हुए.
क्या गड़बड़ी हुई है
आयोग द्वारा पीटी में पूछे गये सवालों को संबंधित विषय विशेषज्ञ द्वारा उत्तर तैयार कर उसे उम्मीदवारों की सुविधा के लिए वेबसाइट पर जारी कर दिया गया. उत्तर सीट जारी होने के बाद कई उम्मीदवारों ने जब अपने प्रश्न-पत्र से मिलान किया, तो पाया कि कई विषयों में आयोग द्वारा जारी रिजल्ट में उनके उत्तर गलत दर्शाये गये हैं. उम्मीदवारों का कहना है कि जाहिर सी बात है कि इसी उत्तर के आधार पर उत्तरपुस्तिकाओं का मूल्यांकन कराया गया होगा, जिससे कई ऐसे उम्मीदवार हैं, जिन्होंने सही उत्तर लिखा, लेकिन आयोग ने उन्हें अंक नहीं दिया होगा. इसलिए उम्मीदवार पूरी परीषा को ही रद्द करने की मांग कर रहे हैं.
कैसे-कैसे जवाब
आयोग द्वारा जारी रिजल्ट के अनुसार इतिहासकार रोमिला थापर को डांसर बताया गया है. इसी प्रकार भारत में वोट डालने के लिए न्यूनतम उम्रसीमा 18 की जगह 28 साल बताया गया है. विश्व व्यापार संगठन का गठन 1995 की जगह 1990 दिखाया गया है. इब्न बतूता को रूस बताया गया है, जबकि मोरक्को होना चाहिए. इसी प्रकार भूत, वर्तमान एवं भविष्य में संबंध का अध्ययन अन्योन्याभाव उत्तर दिया गया है, जबकि प्रागभाव होना चाहिए. कौन गीता के कर्मयोग के नजदीक है का उत्तर ब्रैडले दिया गया है, जबकि सही उत्तर है कांट. इस तरह अलग-अलग विषयों में कुल मिला कर लगभग 30 उत्तर गलत पाये गये हैं.
रिजल्ट में भी थी त्रुटि
झारखंड लोक सेवा आयोग द्वारा जारी रिजल्ट में कोटिवार के आधार पर रिजल्ट प्रकाशन में त्रुटि आयी थी, जिसमें एक ही उम्मीदवार को दो कोटि में उत्तीर्ण दिखाया गया था. हालांकि बाद में आयोग ने ऐसे आठ उम्मीदवारों के मामले में गलती सुधार ली थी. विकलांग कोटा में भी आयी गड़बड़ी को पहले ही सुधार लिया गया. पूर्णाक से अधिक अंक दिये जाने के मामले में आयोग ने स्पष्ट किया कि स्केलिंग पद्धति में यह संभव है.

none of the failed students dared to go to the court for cancellation of exam .all they are doing is threatening jpsc by illegal means this clearly shows that failed students like Mr Ajay have nexus with some second class politicians for manipulation
