Ranchi High Court to hear the JPSC 4th PT Case on November 9



Despite the hue and cry by the failed aspirants the uncertainty regarding the JPSC 4th civil services is unable to get an amicable solution in time as the waiting game played by the commission and well known date game by the respectable court.

Today Ranchi high court has extended the hearing of the case up to November 9 due to coming holidays.

Earlier JPSC has said that they will release the fresh result based upon the correct key by October. It will be interesting that court will hear the matter after fresh result but who knows the JPSC that they will release the result prior to hearing date it looks distant probability because of previous record of the commission.

JPSC considering to release more result: Sources




Ranchi,Oct,18:According to the government sources JPSC has replied to the government that if government wants then they can release more result according to pattern of Bihar which releases 10% of the total appeared student.

If JPSC will go by this rule than about 6100 students will be declared pass because 61000 students were appeared in the 4th PT examination

Replying to the question asked by chief secretary S.K. Chaudhary in this regard JPSC has said to the government.

In the meantime JPSC chairman has accepted the errors in moderation process  and evaluation process so they are considering to reevaluate the answer sheet with correct solutions and fresh result will released by October end.

JPSC chairman has also said that the errors are surfaced because of transparent policy adopted by the commission and this is good for functioning of the Commission. He also added that JPSC will take further steps to improve transparency in the examination system.

JPSC is all set to reevaluate the 4th PT result



Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) has decided to reevaluate the answer sheets of the students who appeared in 4th PT.

The decision came after the report of expert committee constituted by the commission to evaluate the model answer finds several errors in the Model Answer released by JPSC.

Commission has also tells the government that if Government directs to give more result in these case some more result up to 10% of total appearance will be released as it is practiced in Bihar.

JPSC will release the result by last week of current month on the basis of the correct answer.

Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) Reveals Examination Schedule


Mumbai, Oct 14: The Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) has revealed the calendar of the examinations that they are going to conduct in the year 2012. 

This step is taken by the MPSC will improve its efficiency the commission is following the footsteps of UPSC,and UPPSC, who have declared the examination schedule on its website.   

This move of the MPSC will be helpful to the students who prepares for the examinations. The MPSC has provided the tentative schedule of the preliminary and the main examination on its website, http://www.mpsc.gov.in The MPSC official said that notice says specific dates will be notified and the examination shall be conducted only if government requisitions for the post are received in time.
