Ranchi,Dec,25:Amid intense pressure from the failed candidates and under the directive of the Jharkhand High Court JPSC released the model answer key of the 4th JPSC examination on the basis of that mains examination was conducted.
There are several cases under hearing regarding irregularity in the PT examination.JPSC has already given an undertaking in court prior to the Mains examination by claiming that commission has ratified all errors in the previous model answer key so the model answer key is error free.
The delayed disclosure of the Model answer key itself questions on the intention of JPSC as there are several mistake is already in the key.
It seems like “Justice delayed is justice denied “for the candidates who lost the opportunity to write mains examination.

Marks bhi dena chayiye j.p.s.c ko kyoki re-revised result ke baad j.p.s.c ne mark nahi diya aur esi ke basis par mains hua tha.
i too agree that ethylene is used 4 ripening of fruits but acetylene is also used.so the answer cannot be said incorrect!
Court k order k mutabik to answer key aur marks dono dena hai two weeks k ander agar jpsc nahi deta hai to khud court me phansega.
But ethelyene is also correct, so when two answer correct then question must be deleted.
candidates those hav given answer ethyelene suffered loss of 1 mark without their fault.where 6 fractions counted for result, u can easily understand the repercussions / value of 1 marks it may prove game changer for a students.

some people trying to gag the voice of bonafide candidates by clamouring that JPSC has done good work,but they forget that JPSC officials casual approach caused a lot of loss to candidates.
After interview scaling is gross violation of procedure,those not qualified main may able to face interview by scaling,instances here more than200 marks difference in main exam between interview me fail and finally selected candidates.
SCALING formula kisi statistical institution ke dwara vetted nahi hai.ye wahi statistics ke expert hain jinhone out of 200 marks more than200 marks awarded and surprisingly JPSC official had defended it, but serious blogging on this matter force to jpsc to revise their result.
NOW raw marks ke basis par sare result hone chahiye .
aur yadi scaling hota hain,then it must be with the consultation of UPSC .
SUBJECTIVE Exam me 99.25 % marks ko JPSC kaise court me defend karti hai ye dekhna hai.
Some `failed ones are really frsutratrd over the non patisan result by JPSc. simple reason that history was corrected this time and they courld not procure the seat with money, muscle and corruption.

UPSC never released the answer key of PT. First go and get the UPSC PT answer key and get all the necessary corrections done to ensure larger justice at national level. Only then talk of standardising UPSC. I salute JPSC for being the modt transparent psc in India.
SII is the apex body for update of your genral knowledge to decide any statistical issue and this is binding on UPSC.
Tum court ki taraf hi dekhte raho beta...abhi bhi tumhe akal nahi ayi. Beta PT case me JPSC ko warning dene ke alawa kuch nahin milne wala hai. Uske baad na tum idehar ke rahoge aur a udhar ke rahoge.
Never forget that JPSC gave nearly 1400 candidates (extra over 2100 candidates) opportunity to write mains to redress the grievances of those who felt that they missed by few marks due to negligence of JPSC in giving correct answers 4 PT Exam.. Such favor can't be made by any commission. And if still few people feel that jpsc is partial, one can't be helped.
How one can say that the passed candidates wd have given wrong answers for those questions of which JPSC has given incorrect answers.Such comments shd not be made without proof as claimed by many people on this blog.

Final result main bhi Roz-Roz naya error samne aa rha hai. JPSC ka HOSH uda hai. Kal 2 (Two) NAYA WRIT ho rha hai. Ab to selected ko bhi SERVICE Safe karne kai liye Court ka Fera lagana hoga.

10 विषयों में कुल 63 मॉडल उत्तर पत्र गलत मिले हैं

झारखंड लोक सेवा आयोग (जेपीएससी) ने चतुर्थ सिविल सेवा प्रारंभिक परीक्षा (पीटी) का मॉडल उत्तर पत्र जारी किया है. आयोग द्वारा तीन फरवरी 2012 को जारी पीटी रिजल्ट के आधार पर तीसरी बार मॉडल उत्तर पत्र जारी किया गया है. उा न्यायालय के निर्देश के बाद आयोग ने यह कदम उठाया है. जबकि आयोग द्वारा पीटी के बाद मुख्य परीक्षा, साक्षात्कार लेने के बाद रिजल्ट जारी कर 219 पदों पर नियुक्ति की अनुशंसा राज्य सरकार के पास कर दी है. राज्य सरकार ने भी मूल प्रमाण-पत्र की जांच कर प्रशिक्षण देने व पद स्थापना प्रक्रिया आरंभ कर दिया है.
इधर, आयोग द्वारा जारी मॉडल उत्तर पत्र में भी कई त्रुटियां सामने आयी हैं. कई उत्तर जो दूसरी बार जारी मॉडल उत्तर पत्र में सही थे, तीसरी बार जारी उत्तर पत्र में गलत हो गया है. झारखंड छात्र जागरण मंच के अध्यक्ष अजय चौधरी ने कहा कि गलत उत्तर से एक बार फिर पूरी परीक्षा व चयन प्रक्रिया पर ही प्रश्न चिह्न् लग गया है.
क्या हैं त्रुटियां
आयोग ने सबसे पहले 21 अगस्त 2011 व 30 अगस्त 2011 को जारी पीटी का मॉडल उत्तर पत्र जारी किया था. त्रुटियां रहने के कारण 30 नवंबर 2011 को फिर संशोधित मॉडल उत्तर पत्र जारी किया गया. पुन: जेपीएससी ने तीन फरवरी 2012 को पीटी का रिजल्ट जारी किया. इसका मॉडल उत्तर पत्र 24 दिसंबर 2012 की रात 11 बजे जारी किया गया. अबतक मिली जानकारी के अनुसार समाजशास्त्र विषय में सेट सी में कुल 27 उत्तर गलत हैं. इसी प्रकार पब्लिक एडमिनिस्ट्रेशन में डी सेट में चार उत्तर, राजनीतिशास्त्र के सेट सी में चार, कॉर्मस के सेट ए में चार, इतिहास के सेट सी में छह, लॉ के सेट सी में छह, भूगोल के सेट ए में चार, मैकेनिकल इंजीनियरिंग के सेट ए में तीन, बॉटनी के सेट सी में दो और सामान्य अध्ययन के सेट सी में तीन उत्तर गलत मिले हैं. इस तरह अब तक 10 विषयों में कुल 63 मॉडल उत्तर पत्र गलत मिले हैं. उदाहरणस्वरूप समाजशास्त्र में एक प्रश्न में किस पद का अर्थ अन्य तीन पदों से, जो प्रत्येक दूसरे से संबंधित है, विषमता रखता है? इसके विकल्प के रूप में नृजातिकेंद्रिकता, सामाजिक अंतर, सांस्कृतिक सापेक्षवाद व अज्ञातजन नीति दिया गया है. आयोग ने सही उत्तर नृजातिकेंद्रिकता लिखा है, जबकि सही उत्तर सामाजिक अंतर होगा. इसी प्रकार राजनीतिशास्त्र में नागरिकता अधिनियम 1955 के अंतर्गत किनके द्वारा कोई व्यक्ति भारत का नागरिक बन सकता है.विकल्प में ए में 1,2,3,4,5 है, बी में केवल एक और पांच, सी में केवल 1,2,3 और पांच तथा डी में केवल 3,4,5 दिया है. आयोग ने इसका सही उत्तर सी दिया है, जबकि सही उत्तर ए होगा.

Chairman ko jabab dena hoga jo galat undertaking dekar final appointment kar deaya.
President sahab ko pura file banakar dena hoga.
Aise log samwidhanik pad ki garima ka majak bana rahe hai.
Inhi logon ke karan aam admi ka desh ko wayawstha se wishwas khatam ho raha hai.

Paresan na ho balak iss exam ko cancel hona hi hai par time lagega. Atleast 5-6 months. Joining ho jane se kya hota hai jab full evidence ho pass me more than 100 mistakes ke to koi ise nahi bacha payga.
jpsc knows that after giving answer key the whole examination process will be cancelled by hon'ble high court that's why it is sending the list of selected candidates to different departments in haste. the selected candidate also know it very well. in 1st JPSC all jas post was saled,in 2nd 169 out of 172 was given to kith & kin of jpsc members, politicians & high class peoples. in 4th exam the faulty innovative method of comm. has ruined the life of thousands of meritorious students .neither the govt. nor the judiciary is solving this issue.
Late hi sahi High Court neend se jaagi to hai ab 4th jpsc ke final selection ko koi bhi nahi bacha sakta, kabhi bhi cancelled ho jayega. govt ko to 28-28 mahine ki aapsi ladai aur gaddi se matlab hai. Pura jungle raaj hai bhai jharkhand state me.

Buddy have got the scanned copy of 40 questions of math. Out of which I have checked 34 questions by solving it again.. I have not found any mistake as of now in those 34 questions.. I am waiting for scanned copy of rest 40 question.. Since I am working in pune rt now and question paper is at my native place.. So I have dependeny on my bro for getting scanned copy..If any one else have math question paper please give it to me.. Even otherwise I will check all the question in rest 2-3 days and if any descrepancy is found I will mail it to ajay before next date of hearing under any circumstances..

if now after the release of wrong answer key, exam will not be cancelled, then every one will think that justice doesn't prevail in India. all the concerned authorities are requested that the should act in favor of justice. now high court will defenately cancel the exam.

1.the person with maths optional is my friend and he is from general category.
2. if scaling would have been done after interview then how can students from all the optionals could have qualified in the mains result??
3. the quality and quantity of info provided by jpsc is much better than other commissions...SO never say that jpsc is not transparent.
4. i am not from mars, i am from earth and i am also a human and i know how much we have to work to achieve something.we all work hard and we all understand the minor gap between selection and rejection...

People talking here on irrelevant topic.Before coming of subject wise success ratio ,JPSC should UPLOAD the marks of candidates those are unable to qualify for interview,this is mere tactics of deveating the attention from core issue.JPSC is on wrong foot and trying to distract the attention , but there attempt will go futile.

Jpsc transparency ki baat kar rahi har, agar sachmuch me transparent hona hai to PT ka marks aur mains ka raw marks sabko zari kare.
jpsc has published comparable success ratios, but this could be possible only when a candidate has only one optional like in prelims. the data given clearly indicates jpsc has applied faulty scaling to balance each optional after interview and thus created huge difference between marks of selected candidates . this is illegal

jo information dena chaiye wo to diya nahi, useless information diya hai..merit list to dena chahiye ....uske liye court jana parta hai..court ke order ke baad bhi marks abhi tak nahi diya hai..inki himmat to dekho...aur himmat kyon na ho system hi garbar hai..aur us adalat se insaf kya mange dosto..jo khud deewani hai..
Agar jpsc 2 jan tak marks website par marks zari nahi karti hai to usse contempt of court mana jayega. jpsc next hearing se ek din pahle marks zari karne ka plan kar raha hoga taki ham sabko marks analize karne ka time na mile. Friends jpsc game khel raha hai.
Before coming of subject wise success ratio and other irrelevant data ,JPSC should UPLOAD the marks of candidates those are unable to qualify for interview,this is mere tactics of deveating the attention from core issue.JPSC is on wrong foot and trying to distract the attention.
scaling have been done after interview so that a huge difference of marks between seltected and not selected candidates.

JPSC ULOADED the answer key quikly but when come to know still error in key ,avoiding to upload marks of prelims, because those student fail in prelims due to error in key will move in court and ultimately result will scrap.
we should give a memorendum to His Excellency Governor of jharkhand to withhold the recruitment process till decision of Hon'ble high court come in this matter.

After making many inferior comments (like barking and toppers) atleast you raised some points although illogical it may be.. That's good as generally I do not respond u because you most of the time do not come up any substantial points and just harp on personal comments which is useless and we do not respond on these things.
Your point is that if scaling would have been done after interview then how can students from all the optionals could have qualified in the mains result??
For your kind information do you think that in same category JPSC would have given call to such guy who would not have got the call even after adding 200 marks in interview had it been done before..
Shiva bhai ye to haraasment nahi hota un ladkon ka jinhe ki medical ke pure tedious process se gujarna para .Agar tumne sahi me interview diya hai to tumhe pata hoga ki medical kitna time taking aur tedious process tha aur kisi aise ladke ko call dena jiska 200 par v nahi ho raha ye tavi possible hai jab ki interview ke baad scaling ki gayi hai.. Aur jahan tak savi subject ke ladke qualify hone ki baat hai to wo isi liye ki examiners ko instructions diya tha jpsc ne ki wo saare paper me jahan tak possible ho highest aur avg marks almost equal hon.. aur doosri baat ye thi ki is baar chunki pre me sirf 2200 ladkon ne exam diya tha language ko optional wale bahut kam tha jahan ki sabse jyada marka milta tha.Hamna jpsc ko kai baar poocha interview kw baad scaling ka bare me aur unohne kavi v deny nahi kiya. Isiliye bina doubt scaling interview ke baad hua hai..

Jpsc PT ka aur mains optionals ka raw marks zari kare tab transparency hone ki baat kare.
JPSC should immediately issue the marks main exam to fail students, this will clear the scene, whether JPSC has done scaling befor interview or after interview.Delay in uploading the marks of main failed candidates indicating foul play and it put serious question mark on result.

Ranjan.......scaling method is the discretion of JPSC. It hardly matters when it is done...yes...i am against the scaling itself because scaling in itself is an arbitrary process.
You always standardise the process with UPSC which i fully reject as UPSC is not transparent and enertaining as JPSC has been...

And it will change when is done at the time of mains and at the time of interview..And value of scaled marks will change.. It seems that u r a novice... Perhaps u r not aware of the fact that in scaling average marks and Deviation has been taken intoaccount.. and this value will change when it is at the time of mains and after interview.. and so scaled marks will vary significantly and when there is difference of 1or 2 marks between failed and pasesed it matters a lot...
And second thing tumhe shayad pata hoga ki agar mains ke time me scaling hoti tobahut se ladke jo ki mains qualify nahi kiye wo qualify karte ... Aur agar tumne Fundamental rights parhi ho to art14 n 16kahta hai ki sabke liye level playing field hona chahiye tha na ki kisi ke liye alag parameter aur kisi ke liye.
Faulty scaling ke chalte kisi ko 99.25 aur kisi ko 6% mile jabki dono interview ke liye qualify kiya hai..Aur fir un ladkon ko interview ko bulana kya unka mental financila uar physical haraasment nahi hai jo ki 200 interview me v lakar theoritically v qualify nahi karte..practically ro bhul hi jao..

Court me 2 writ ho chuke 2 hone ko ready hai 1st week me. Pahle se 7 cases chal rahe hai. Aap pass bhi hote to koi faida nahi tha. Ye 4th jpsc cancel hona hai h'court se ho ya supreme court se. Keep patiance and prepare 4 mains and 5th jpsc. Good luck.

Mera friend ek online test series provide karne wali s/w company run kar raha hai.. Usne mujhse 5 set CMAT (Common management aptitude test)ka practice set banane ka request kiya tha.. usme 25 question gk, 25 quant, 25 verbal n 25 logical reasoning ke multiple choice hote hain.. Maine 3 set banakar de diya hai.. Muhe aap logon se gs ke objective questions ME THODI HELP CHAHIYE.. Banane ka to main baki 50 gs ke question v bana sakta hoon but agar same banda 5 paper ke question set karta hai to novelty factor missing ho jati hai.. agar aaplog 3-4 probable questions gs ke den to kafi variety aa jayegi... as yahan par savi civils ki taiyari karne wale achhe ladke hain.. GEneral awareness me current affairs, his,geo,phy,bio smae jo civils me rahta hai yahan v wahi questions rahenge.. Bus thoda difficulty level kam rahta hai...Agar aap log jab kavi time ho 2-3 question de den to kafi help ho jayegi mujhe v.. Bus question aur ans likh den.. options main usme laga doonga..

same marks as given in 3rd reult...no amendment ..puri tarah se ullu bana diya hai..

In pre exam the benefit of scaling was mostly in favour of Electrical & Mechanical engineering candidates whereas these fellows have performed fairly bad in mains,(76/1 and 88/4 with success ratios of just 1.3 & 4.5 respectively).Apart from this their average raw marks in GS(pre)were below 50.These data in itself reveals the biased scaling process in PT which filtered undeserving candidates for mains examination.JPSC needs to revamp the scaling process.
My marks of PT changed in 3rd fraction.My optional is History.
Last time mera marks tha 240.36 aur is baar hai 259.43. Geography optional (Anil ST candidate) sab gadbad hai friends, maine interview bhi diya tha.

JPSC has given RAW Marks of mains , i am unable to understand the scaled marks
what is the status of case against scaling and pt, please share. now it is clear that the scaled marks are abnormal.
the marks given in jpsc website can be extracted and compiled in a single file , if there is any software personal in this blog please do it and share it
