Patna,Oct,30:After a long wait Patna High Court pronounced its joudgement in BSSC Combined Graduate Level Sachivalay Sahayak PT Examination result.
After hearing the Case No-CWJC 10268/2012 Justice Samrendra Pratap Singh has directed the Staff Sellection Comission Commission to release the additional result to protect those student who is already pass in the previous result and unable to get in after the deletion of the faulty question.
The judgement came in line with the earlier precedence set after hearing in BPSC case earlier this year.The verdict will clear the way for the student who come under the new cut off band.
To incorporate 925 earlier successful candidates 1500 additional candidates will be declared successful.
New result will be decleared wethin next ten days while the mains examination will be expected to conduct in January 2013.

पटना हाईकोर्ट ने सचिवालय सहायक (स्नातक स्तर) के लिए आयोजित पीटी (प्रारंभिक जांच परीक्षा) को रद करानी वाली याचिका मंगलवार को खारिज कर दी। इस परीक्षा में गड़बड़ी को लेकर दो दर्जन से अधिक याचिकाएं दायर की गई थीं।
इसके पूर्व कर्मचारी चयन आयोग की ओर से अदालत को बताया गया था कि परीक्षा की गड़बड़िया दूर कर ली गई हैं। इसके तहत उत्तरपुस्तिका का दोबारा मूल्यांकन कर 1500 नए आवेदकों का नये सिरे से रिजल्ट जारी किया गया है। न्यायाधीश समरेन्द्र प्रताप सिंह की पीठ ने सुनवाई करते हुए मामले को निष्पादित कर दिया।
सुभाष पासवान व अन्य असफल उम्मीदवारों ने प्रारंभिक जांच परीक्षा को रद कराते हुए मामले की सीबीआई से जांच कराने की मांग थी। 1700 सचिवालय सहायक की नियुक्ति के लिए 2010 में विज्ञापन निकाला गया था। इसकी परीक्षा पिछले वर्ष हुई थी। रिजल्ट इस साल 12 अप्रैल को जारी किया गया था। याचिकाकर्ताओं का आरोप था कि 10 माडल उत्तर व 15 प्रश्न गलत थे। इतना ही नहीं, 18 प्रश्न संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से पूछे गये थे। इसके अतिरिक्त अनेक प्रकार की त्रुटियां पाई गई थीं। कर्मचारी चयन आयोग ने कुछ हद तक गलती स्वीकार करते हुए नये सिरे से त्रुटियां दूर कर देने का भरोसा दिया, जिसे अदालत ने स्वीकार कर लिया।

उत्पाद अवर निरीक्षक पद के लिए दो सितंबर, 2012 को हुई मुख्य परीक्षा का रिजल्ट एक सप्ताह में जारी कर दिया जायेगा. आयोग के अध्यक्ष जेआरके राव ने कहा कि नवंबर के पहले सप्ताह में रिजल्ट जारी होगा. 73 पदों के लिए हुई इस परीक्षा में करीब 58 हजार अभ्यर्थी शामिल हुए थे. सफल अभ्यर्थियों को साक्षात्कार के लिए बुलाया जायेगा. पद से ढाई गुना अधिक अभ्यर्थियों को साक्षात्कार के लिए बुलाया जायेगा. श्री राव ने यह भी कहा कि सफल अभ्यर्थियों को शारीरिक जांच व साक्षात्कार के लिए छठपूजा के बाद बुलाया जायेगा. इसकी तिथि की घोषणा जल्द की जायेगी

सचिवालय सहायक की मुख्य परीक्षा इस वर्ष दिसंबर के तीसरे हफ्ते में 16 से 22 तारीख के बीच होगी। इसका आयोजन केवल पटना में होगा। फाइनल रिजल्ट अगले वर्ष जनवरी में मकर संक्रांति तक घोषित कर दिया जाएगा। इस आशय की घोषणा बिहार कर्मचारी चयन आयोग के अध्यक्ष जेआरके राव ने बुधवार को आइएएस भवन में आयोजित संवाददाता सम्मेलन में की। उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्य परीक्षा में तकरीबन 17 हजार परीक्षार्थी भाग लेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि विशेषज्ञों द्वारा पुनर्मूल्यांकन के बाद जो 935 परीक्षार्थी अयोग्य घोषित हुए थे उन्हें भी मुख्य परीक्षा में बैठने का मौका दिया जाएगा। इसके अलावा 1415 नये परीक्षार्थियों को अवसर मिल रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि जिन 300 छात्रों ने पद का विकल्प नहीं दिया था उन्हें च्वाइस भरने का मौका मिलेगा। मुख्य परीक्षा में दो पेपर होंगे। हिंदी क्वालीफाइंग होगा। इसमें न्यूनतम 30 फीसद अंक लाना जरूरी होगा। छह सौ अंकों का सामान्य अध्ययन का पेपर होगा। मुख्य परीक्षा के दौरान पुस्तकें साथ रखने की इजाजत नहीं होगी। मालूम हो कि पिछले वर्ष 11 दिसंबर को आयोजित प्रारंभिक परीक्षा में पुस्तक साथ रखने की छूट थी।

आयोग को है डर कि असफल परीक्षार्थियों के बैठने की अनुमति देने पर इनसे अधिक नंबर लानेवाले भी कर सकते है दावा

मामला सचिवालय सहायक समेत विभित्र संवर्गो के लिए आयोजित प्रारंभिक परीक्षा कासंवाददाता▪पटना
सचिवालय सहायक समेत विभित्र संवर्गाें के लिए आयोजित प्रारंभिक प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा के अतिरिक्त रिजल्ट जारी करने में नया पेच फंस गया है. पटना हाइकोर्ट के रुख के बाद राज्य कर्मचारी चयन आयोग ने अतिरिक्त 15 सौ रिजल्ट जारी करने पर सहमत तो हो गया, लेकिन अब एक नयी समस्या खड़ी हो गयी है. कॉपियों के पुनर्मूल्यांकन में 935 वैसे परीक्षार्थी फेल हो गये हैं, जो पूर्व के परिणाम में उत्तीर्ण थे.
आयोग ने हाइकोर्ट के निर्देश पर इन असफल आवेदकों को भी मुख्य परीक्षा में शामिल करने का निर्णय लिया था. मगर, कुछ ऐसे भी परीक्षार्थी हैं, जिनका प्राप्तांक 935 असफल परीक्षार्थियों से अधिक हैं. आयोग को चिंता इस बात की है कि यदि इन 935 असफल परीक्षार्थियों को मुख्य परीक्षा में शामिल होने की अनुमति दी गयी, तो इनसे अधिक अंक लानेवाले असफल छात्रों की ओर से भी आवाज उठने लगेगी. अदालत में आयोग की किरकिरी भी हो सकती है. अब उलझन में प.डे आयोग ने इस मामले में अधिवक्ताओं से कानूनी सलाह लेने का फैसला लिया है. कानूनी सलाह के बाद ही अतिरिक्त रिजल्ट जारी करने और मुख्य परीक्षा के आयोजन पर अंतिम निर्णय लिया जायेगा.
गौरतलब है कि हाईकोर्ट के निर्देश पर हुए पुनर्मूल्यांकन के बाद आयोग ने 1415 नये अभ्यर्थी को सफल घोषित करने का निर्णय लिया था. पूर्व में प्रकाशित रिजल्ट में कुल 16497 को सफल घोषित किया गया था. आयोग ने 16 से 20 दिसंबर से मुख्य परीक्षा आरंभ करने की घोषणा कर रखी है.

prashant and ak, u have raised good topic discussion on present state of bihar.we should know its good realty situation and on paper works.no doubt the development in bihar is taking far better than laloo and rabri regime of 15 years.the problem of unempoyment,law and order,infrasture,education,etc. has been improved to certain extent.but,stil more need to be done.for doing more money is need ,political will and administrative will needed.

its takes times to improve the system.even in usa ,obama couldnot done too much in 4 years ,but people of that nation still have faith in his leader,so they have again elected him.in our coutry this system is not there.

7.three ambitious power project announced by nitish ji in his first term but no any power project among three are in under construction ,all three are waiting coal linkage,if this govt has proper dedication and determination then one of them must be started to buy coal in open market
8.Thousand people of bihar havebeen going to out of state for higher studies like enigeering,medical,professional courses,in all such activities has enormous expenditure and our valuable resources and man power are spoiled ,if we have sufficient infrastructure in education then we can save lot of money and we will attract people to learn here but our Chief Minister is playing with words.

Patna,Oct,30:After a long wait Patna High Court pronounced its joudgement in BSSC Combined Graduate Level Sachivalay Sahayak PT Examination result.
After hearing the Case No-CWJC 10268/2012 Justice Samrendra Pratap Singh has directed the Staff Sellection Comission Commission to release the additional result to protect those student who is already pass in the previous result and unable to get in after the deletion of the faulty question.
The judgement came in line with the earlier precedence set after hearing in BPSC case earlier this year.The verdict will clear the way for the student who come under the new cut off band.
To incorporate 925 earlier successful candidates 1500 additional candidates will be declared successful.
New result will be decleared wethin next ten days while the mains examination will be expected to conduct in January 2013.

bihar ssc sachiwalay ka result January december last week tak aane ki sambhawana batayee gayi hai. main exam February-March me hogi aisa ssc me phone karne par bataya hai.
mujhe samajh mein nahi aata hain ki Nithish Ke government ko pure desh aur videsho mein sarahana kyun mil rahi hain. yah govt. kaam mein nahi dhol pitne mein biswas karati hain. Lagata hain aaj dhol pitne ka hi jamaana hain. Dhol pitkar logo ko galat baat batao. jantaa ko murkh banaao. Yah govt. Laloo govt. ke samtulaya hain. Laloo = Nitish. Hamam mein sab nange hain.
bssc result in next month, probably between 20-25 december. mains exam will be conducted in mid February. this news is confirmed by ssc counter yesterday! 4000 plus addisional result are in line due to faultry nature of questions and some wrong answer! 4 question were ambiguous and hence deleted from the evaluation. 5 more question had wron answer so it have also been corrected.

Dear Officers of BSSC,
We haven't claimed about your mismanagement (Scam, wrong answer, disorder of H'ble court, false result etc) right now but by your bad luck it appeared. This is really not a good way to conduct any exam. Candidate have rights to know about their result after one year of examination. If you all have a little bit of shame then please declare the result at your earliest otherwise, think about your moral whether you should remain hold these posts or not. We are very shameful to appear in such an exam conducted by these types of ir-regularities. Please clarify why student should appear another exams of BSSC.
