Patna: Oct, 17: Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) missed its own deadline for the evaluation for the 53-55 the Mains examination papers.
According to the source close to the development, commission had earlier sets its deadline to conclude the entire evaluation process by the September end later it was extended up to 15th October and now it was learned that new deadline has emerged which is of October 31st.
The snail pace of the evaluation was caused by the nonavailability of adequate number of evaluators, it was also learned that BPSC has received the request latter from earlier paneled teachers about their unavailability for the evaluation process.
In line with the above outcome BPSC has written the universities of the state to submit the teachers list to impanel them with BPSC for the evaluation.
Under the ongoing development result is bound to get delayed as we are moving towards the festive season so the result can be expected in December or January 2013.

सचिवालय सहायक समेत विभित्र संवर्गाें के लिए आयोजित प्रारंभिक प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा के अतिरिक्त रिजल्ट जारी करने में नया पेच फंस गया है. पटना हाइकोर्ट के रुख के बाद राज्य कर्मचारी चयन आयोग ने अतिरिक्त 15 सौ रिजल्ट जारी करने पर सहमत तो हो गया, लेकिन अब एक नयी समस्या खड़ी हो गयी है. कॉपियों के पुनर्मूल्यांकन में 935 वैसे परीक्षार्थी फेल हो गये हैं, जो पूर्व के परिणाम में उत्तीर्ण थे.
आयोग ने हाइकोर्ट के निर्देश पर इन असफल आवेदकों को भी मुख्य परीक्षा में शामिल करने का निर्णय लिया था. मगर, कुछ ऐसे भी परीक्षार्थी हैं, जिनका प्राप्तांक 935 असफल परीक्षार्थियों से अधिक हैं. आयोग को चिंता इस बात की है कि यदि इन 935 असफल परीक्षार्थियों को मुख्य परीक्षा में शामिल होने की अनुमति दी गयी, तो इनसे अधिक अंक लानेवाले असफल छात्रों की ओर से भी आवाज उठने लगेगी. अदालत में आयोग की किरकिरी भी हो सकती है. अब उलझन में प.डे आयोग ने इस मामले में अधिवक्ताओं से कानूनी सलाह लेने का फैसला लिया है. कानूनी सलाह के बाद ही अतिरिक्त रिजल्ट जारी करने और मुख्य परीक्षा के आयोजन पर अंतिम निर्णय लिया जायेगा.
गौरतलब है कि हाईकोर्ट के निर्देश पर हुए पुनर्मूल्यांकन के बाद आयोग ने 1415 नये अभ्यर्थी को सफल घोषित करने का निर्णय लिया था. पूर्व में प्रकाशित रिजल्ट में कुल 16497 को सफल घोषित किया गया था. आयोग ने 16 से 20 दिसंबर से मुख्य परीक्षा आरंभ करने की घोषणा कर रखी है.

आज एक खबर मिली है. स्रोत प्रामाणिक है (बीपीएससी की गोपनीय शाखा). रिजल्ट कम से कम फरवरी तक टलेगा क्योंकि कई विषयों का कॉपी अभी भी चेक नहीं हुआ है और काम काफी धीमे चल रहा है. CTO के 27 पद और जुड़े हैं. पर मुझे किसी कारण से फरवरी तक मेंस के रिजल्ट टलने की खबर पर भरोसा नहीं हो पा रहा है पर चूँकि स्रोत प्रामाणिक है इसलिए इतर मत रखते भी नहीं बन रहा है.

एक बात और बताया गया जो मैं लिखना भूल गया था. बताया गया है कि जितने भी खबर उड़ रहे हैं मार्क्स को लेकर कि ये सब्जेक्ट बूम किया वो बर्बाद हुआ सब के सब बकवास हैं.

i agree with tiger bhai. but population density hi ek matra cause nahi hai ..take the case of kerla where population den is more than bihar. it is absence of vision in the leadership of bihar. no body can justify the economic logic of frieght equalisation policy. which led to the successive deindustralisation of bihar.we have only2.5 bridge connection the north and south bihar .which is seperated by 450 km long ganga river. but in delhi there is 45 km long yamuna but there more than 20 bridge. successive Planning document has referred Bihar as "BIMARU" states . but there is no protest from the leaders of bihar. but now the indian government has protested the word "crony capitalism"in the 12th plan document and the word was finally dropped from the document.which is prevalent in india now. see in lack of vision in the bihar leadership. as far as lalu is concerned u must acknowledge the situation in the early 1990s where the issue dominated at that was ayodhya dispute , bhagalpur riot, mandal agitation . in fact stability was the foremost challenge at that time. no CM after Shri Krishna Singh was able to complete the 5 year tenure. at least lalu has able to do that. infact he provided the much needed political stability during that transition period . i must admit thathe could have done a little more on the development also.

As per bpse mail::::New advertisement is not in BPSC's hand. It depends upon when the State Govt sends requisitions for the next batch and till now there is none.
The Result will take at least two months more.

A couple of days back I sent a mail to the Bpsc, which was
"Sir, when can we expect the mains result? In december or in january?"
And the reply was
"Most likely in january."
So guys the result is at least a couple of months away.

Don't worry notification for bpsc is definitely coming in last december or first week in january.as 47th bpsc and 45th bpsc exam's pt was held before main exam of 46th and 45th bpsc, in the same way bpsc can notify for 56th bpsc exam before final result of 53rd-55th bpsc exam.it may come in near future .so be prepared.
Sorry ,i mean 45th and 47th bpsc pt exam was held before main exam of 44th and 46th bpsc respectively.most probably 56th bpsc will be notified in dec 2012 itself

It is being said that the cut-off for mains will be around 700. But in the last bpsc the general cut-off was 742. There were 368 seats.So almost 1100 candidates would have been called for interview. Out of that 550 would have been general candidates. All of them would have either scored 742 or more than that. This time there are 741 seats. Almost 2000 candidates would be callred for interview. Out of that 1000 would be general candidates. So if 550 could score 742 or more than that then I don't think that the general cut-off would be less than 720 because a decrease of 22 marks can easily absorb another 500 candidates. It is possible because the competition is quite tough in state civil services. And also we must not forget that out of those 741 seats 100 seats belong to accounts services. So effectively there are only 641 seats. So I think 720 as cut-off is a distinct possibility. What is your opinion?

still, solid reasons for less than 700 marks for cut off in this bpsc main exam.they are:
1.good standared of papers in gs.without doubt.some idiot will say easier than last time.
2.good standared of almost all optional subjects.some idoit will disagree on it.this was missing last time .
3.too hot wheather.temp. 45 degree celcius.last time less temp. due to rainfall.this time most most people finding difficult in writing the exam.some idoit will say they had an ac environment,due to use of talcum powder used by a hero in an advt.
4.highly inflated marks in some subjects ke antro,philosophy,etc.it was god gifted marks to candidates,due to any reasons.as a resut some of them are in bihar govt adminstrative posts enjoying god's favours.
5.upsc csat on 20th may.so,hardly chance for young guys to put up fight this time as compare to last time.then it was optional based
in upsc and no stdy also lead to clear in pt exam.upsc guys runs for red beacons rather than dsp post or lower posts this time .last time there was sdm post.this time no post of sdm at all.
6.declaration of exam date just few days only.ealier people were in race for jpsc exam posts of sdm and dsp.including myself. myself wasted few days on jpsc exam on geog. of jharkhand for optional paper-2,which went lost on jharis of jharkhand lands.
7.this time full control of marks by examiners of bpsc,as it was directed by bpsc chairman.last time it was totally missing.
8. uppcs csat exam on 10th june.many up wala bhaiyas have to miss the exam.many went ahead ,but in just released result they are out in larege number due to bpsc exam.last time this was not the situation.
there can be other reasons which i may be missing for ower cut off this time.

@chandan and other critics,u should not think of cut off ,if u had performed very good in all papers.as a competiter i would like to see u in top merit list of successful list.for some others cut off matters .f u score few marks more than ur cut off i.e 720,u will in merit list.if u able to reach in 800,then in top merit list.if further more i.e 850 the future dsp post is assured.but,negative side of story is that if ur expected marks all papers fall down due to any reason and ur rol number is not in list of interview ,then cut off demon and other things will make u to sweat even cold temperature.
nobody competed for cut off in this time bpsc main exam.
since seats is double than last time,natually cut off will be lower,irrespective of difficulty level of question papers and other factors.commonsence even a child will tell u.
in pt exam ,people studied for exam and the result was lower than last time.last time many questions were deleted.i myself got 10 marks more than general cut off in first list result.
who knows if some optionals booms,if history repeats itself, then it may even cross ur cut off estimation of 720. i have both boom optional subjects lsw and geography.if my subjects and others subjects also booms then

bpsc ke bare me latest khabar ye hai ki december end tak sara kam pura ho jayega. So result december end nahi toh january first week tak aa sakta hai.
Commerce aur economics,stats aur math walo ke liye khushkhabri...........Sahayak yojna padadhikari ko inn char subjects ke liye hi kholne par vichar chal raha hai. Agle kuchh dino me clear ho jayega.

Lalit bhai 15 dec. se pahle result ki umeed kam hai. Hamare ek parichit jo bpsc ke hi employee hai ke anusar result ko lekar bpsc me bhi confusion hai. Magar unke anusar december end tak copy checking aur tabulation complete ho jayega. Toh result either dec. end nahi toh january first week tak aa sakta hai.
alok ,ur news can be true as the said post vacancies came later on and more than 15000 thousands candidates had already filled thier form.had it had been publised earlier candidates could had choosen specialised subjects as needed for the post.upsc dont specified the special qualification for any post for indian audit and acccount service.
even sanskrit or history backgound candidate become good officer for the post.this is totally voilation of eqality of opportunites,so peope will move to court if they donot good post like dsp.bpsc wil another court case.the people of bihar are now vibrant and fight for their right.

it is bpsc to decide the cut off and of post of audit.if ,voilaton in its conduct by this constutional body takes place and it is felt that it is subjected to be challenged in patna high court,then every aspirant out of 14000 who have sat for this exam has got right to move to court.nowdays gong to court is not a shame or crime .it is question of roti ,which matter to each one whether one is rich or poor .no beggers ever seats for this esteemed exam of the state,which is poorest state of our country in recent time.

"sir it is being said that the mains result would be declared in the last week of january. Is this assertion correct? If not then what is the probable time period for the declaration of mains result?"

Today a friend of mine went to the Bpsc to enquire about the mains result. They told him that in all probability the mains result would be declared in march. Then he went to the chhotu book stall. There he was told that the result would be declared in the first week of january.
I don't know what to believe. Ye Bpsc pata nahi kya kar rahi hai aur pata nahi kab tak result degi.
Bpsc replied to my question today. Their answer was "Yes approx. correct. "
But here I see that Mukesh Rai's friend was told at the Bpsc office that the result would be declared in march. It is all so confusing. It seems that the Bpsc itself is in confusion about the date of result.
I write on this blog with my full name i.e. Chandan Singh. I do not write as Chandan. Kisi aur Chandan ne upar ki post likhi hui hai.
I called BPSC member taking number from BPSC site to enquire the probable date of declaration of main result. the reply was by january. In spite of talking here and there u people also can call and enquire. I feel possibly last week of dec or pakka first week of jan
