The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has filed five cases of irregularities in appointments of state administrative officials, lecturers and doctors, an official said Friday.
"Total five cases have been lodged in different examinations conducted by the Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC). The FIR has been lodged against former JPSC chairman Dileep Prasad, its members, and 19 administrative officials selected through second JPSC examination in 2006-2007," a CBI source told IANS.
The Jharkhand High Court, hearing a public interest litigation (PIL) in June, had ordered a CBI probe in all the examinations conducted by the JPSC since its formation.
Till now the JPSC has conducted three examinations of administrative officers, one for lecturers and one for doctors among others.
After the second JPSC exam results, the unsuccessful candidates had made hue and cry alleging irregularities in appointment of the administrative officials.
The state government handed over the probe to the state vigilance department in 2009, based on which 39 officials were dismissed in 2010.
Dileep Prasad and JPSC member Shanti Devi are in jail in connection with the irregularities in these JPSC examinations.

4th JPSC main ke result par Ranchi high court ne case ki hearing complete hone tak 19 july ko hi stay laga diya hai. isliye result ke baare me rumour na falaye. 2 august tak JPSC ko public administration ke revised model answer court me submit karne ko kaha gaya hai. agar model answer me galti hui to exam cancelled!!

RANCHI high court ne mains par stay dene se 19 may ko hi inkarr kar diya tha. aapko kuch bhi pata nahi hai janaab! court ne kaha tha ki aap affidavit dijeeye ki revised model answer me koi galti nahi hai aur iske basis par aap main exam conduct kijeeye. ab court ne revised model answer 2 august tak maanga hai dear. waise interview ki taiyari karte rahiye shayad BPSC me kaam aa jaye. JPSC main ka result august ya september me nahi aayega. damm definit! are bhai cort case ka detail aapke samne hai tab bhi andhe banne ka prayas kyon kar rahe hai??

Pt cancel hoga samjhe mr. Anonymous. Jpsc 5th baar pt ka result nahi nikal sakti. Aur model ans. kewal pub. ad. ka nahi niklega. Jpsc ko har paper ka model answer nikalana hoga, pub. ad. to kewal ek suruwat hai. Jai Ganga maiya.

tum P.T. fail ho isliye P.T. cancell karwane par lage hue ho. isi khusfahmi me raho. cort ne kewal mains cancell karne par hi hearing ki hai.ye bhi possible hai ki court kuch bhi cancell na kare.
Aur yeh bhi possible hai ki court jpsc ko 5th baar mauka na de aur saab kuch cancel kar de. Bhai answer keys to chor se chor commission publish karta hai, jpsc mai kya khas chupane ko hai. Yeh is liye bhi jaruri hai kyun ki jpsc ne 4 baar galti kar di hai. Uske baad wo yeh chipane wala kaam kar raha hai. Aur bhai shab aap to soch rahe hai yeh golden chance hai kyun ki only 2100 ne hi exam diya hai. Par soooory yeh to pata lagna hi chaiye ki ans. keys correct hai ki nahi. bhai ye writ petition hai aur isme aap apna individual grievance rakh sakte ho... tum v apne paper ka print karane ke liye writ petition daalo ya rti ka use karo..har koi ye kahta hai ki agar model answer me galti hai to mains do bara hona chahiye with correct result and yes JPSC sould be given earful for this thing.. as 4 baar koi ek hi galti karega to use daant milni hi chhaiye.. but pt cancel hoga ye bhul jao... day dreaming band karo.. aur upar kisis ne kaha ki 2100 ladke diye hain to easy chance lag raha hai... to unhe bata doon ki 2300 diye hain aur original result me v 2194 ka jua tha.. ye to galti ki wajah se 3300 result aaya.. aur jo sochte hain ki 2300 ladke diye hain to competition kam hain wo thoda sahi se analysis karein.. 2300 me sirf 214 seat hai.. it means 11:1.. rt..
aur yahan pt me ek optional tha.. it means savi 2300 ladke ka 1 papaer atleat prepare hai.. now compare it with bpsc.... bpsc me v 6000 ladke absent the means only 14000 ne diya hai 740 seat approx ke liye.. ab jpsc me optional pt me nahi tha.. so bahut se bank/ssc prepare karne wale pt me kar gaye hain jo ki bahut logon ne confirm kiya hai.. aise kam se kam 5000 ladke hain unhe hatakar 740 seat aur 9000 ladke meand lagbhag 12:1 jo ki jpsc ke comparable hai....
Jpsc saab subjects ka answer publish kare jaisa sabhi commissions karte hai. Is ke baad wo jo chahe wo selection kare, hum logo ko koi aapati nahi hai.

are yaar itna explanation kyon de rahe ho?? sabhi ko pata hai ki BPSC AUR JPSC main exam ek saath hone ki wajah se 4th jpsc ka written is baar clear karna bahut comparatibily easy ho gaya hai. waise bhi JPSC main 2000-2200 se jyada ladke hai nahi. main me 219 seats ke agains 700 ke lagbhag Interview ke liye bulaye jayenge. 3 ladko par 1 ka written qualify karna certain hai. kai potential candidates ne JPSC ke past corruption history aur current uncertainty ko dekhte hue pehli baar 2190 P.T. result me pass hone ke baad bhi BPSC ko prefer kiya. mai bhi unhi candidates me se ek hoon kyonki mujhe ab bhi uske uncertainty , scaling, evaluation process aur jpsc staff ke capability par faith nahi hai.isliye is baar JPSC clear karna sachmuch bahut aasan hai. isme bahas ki koi jarroorat hi nahi hai.
u appeared for BPSC .. It is ur decision..I know 3 of my friend who left BPSC for appearinf in JPSC.. so it is individual specfic.. It may be that u r from Bihar...So just b/c few students left bpsc or jpsc does not mean it will be easy .....Yes I agree with u that JPSC has still a long way to go to instill crediblity....
dear I am from DHANBAD. even then I opted BPSC in place of JPSC because I want free fare and smooth process.JPSC has lost credibility and became incapable and defunctional. A lot of casea are still pending against misconduct of P.T. exam in Ranchi high court and future of 4th JPSC looks grim and uncertain. almost 70 percent of capable candidates who would have otherwise made into the Interview list, have skiped JPSC and appeared in BPSC main exam. all exams of JPSC have came under the scanner of High court. in this condition who would have secrificed their chanc?? field is completely open. go and START PREPARING FOR INTERVIEW. I assured you that you will definately qualify in written exam.

Ajay laundry tum saab students ka faida udha raha hai. Wo kabhi nahi chahega ki yeh uncertainity khatam ho. Tum log naye pattern par 5th jpsc ki taiyari mai lag jao. Aur is laundry ki chinta mujh par chod do mai is aache tarah se dry karunga.
2nd jpsc ke sabhi officers dubara kaam pe lagenge... they got stay order 2day from supreme court.
