Patna,Apr,12:BSSC have releases the result of sachivalaya sahayak PT exam which was held on Dec 18 -2011.
The PT exam was of objectives type and it was having three section with 50 question in each segment contains general science, math and reasoning.
As much as 4lakh applicants were participated in the examination across the state out of which about 17K applicants have been declared pass under various categories.
The result is available on the Site of BSSC the schedule for the mains will be declared later by the commission

bssc has invited 3-4 experts from patna university to sought their opinion and check the status of wrong questions given by the agitating candidates yesterday. these expert are from science arts and maths. they will submit their reports within a week. let us hope that some thing better comes out quickly!
yani ssc ne ye man liya hai ki kuch question galtiya hai. ab jo galti sabko dikhai pad rahi hai wo to expert ssc ko bata hi degi. ab aaya hai oont pahar ke neeche! ab kiska kya hoga kahna muskil hai. yani result me 4000-5000 ka change taya hai

in ssc P.T. one more answer of resonoing section is wrong. see it -
six bells starts ringing together and rings together at interval of 3,6,9,12,15 and 18 seconds respectively. in 30 minutes,how many times do they ring together?
ssc has set the answer of this question 10 times, but any body can solve this simple question and find the answer 11 times. hum logon ne is tarah ke question 7th ya 8th class me solve kiya hoga lekin ssc ise ab tak solve nahi kar paya hai? ab aap khus soche ki 12 question ke galat answer set karne ke baad ssc is result ke saath kitna justice kar paayi hogi? aise aise galat answer ko ssc court me kaise defend kar paayegi? isliye behtar hai ki galtiyon ko sudhar kar result publish kare aur pass wale kisi candidates ko bahar na kare kyonki ssc ki in galtiyon me unka koi dosh nahi hai.
it is shocking that that ssc have made such a silly mistakes! how can this result be termed as fair when when there are as many as 12 wrong answer and that too when cut off is 85.5 only? and the more shocking part is that wrong answer are still coming! really rediculous! if some body informs chines ambessy that ssc has changed the border line between INDIA and CHINA from Mac Mohan line to Redcliff line than what will happen? well you can imagine! really shocking. ssc should take appropriate action to rectify all these rediculous mistakes on its own otherwise they will find it extremely difficult to conduct main examination in near future.

पटना : बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति के अध्यक्ष प्रो राजमणि प्रसाद सिंह ने बताया कि एसटीइटी का रिजल्ट 13 जून को निकलेगा.
इसकी तैयारी लगभग पूरी कर ली गयी है. रिजल्ट घोषित करने की प्रक्रिया अंतिम चरण में है. बुधवार को रिजल्ट की घोषणा लगभग तीन बजे तक कर दी जायेगी. उसके बाद अभ्यर्थी अपना रिजल्ट वेबसाइट पर भी देख सकेंगे.

is news me koi sacchai nahi hai. cut off jab bhi kam ya jyada hoga wo 5 ke multiple me hoga kyonki 1 question sahi ya galat hone par (4+1) 5 marks ka difference aayeg.cut off kam to hoga hi. ye 327 ya 332 tak neeche aa sakta hai.
ye result kab tak niklega ur mains kab tak yoga koi bata sakta hai.
agar kisi ko 342 marks the jisme uske sabhi 6 ques sahi gine gaye the lekin ab jabki ans revised huaa to uske sabhi 6 galat ho gaye to kya hoga.aise me cutoff sayad 312 ho jayega.agar bssc xtra result de raha hai to cutoff 312 se 337 ke bich hoga lekin agar bssc revised result dega to jitne galat ques hai utne ke marks ghata kar result dega jo ki 326 ya 330 hoga.
342 marks paane wale plz bataye ki tentative revised ans me 4 ya 5 jo bhi conform hai usme se kitne galat hai aur kitne sahi hai.

पटना : बिहार माध्यमिक व उच्च माध्यमिक शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा (एसटीइटी) का रिजल्ट गुरुवार को जारी किया गया.
बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति के अध्यक्ष प्रो राजमणि प्रसाद सिंह ने कहा कि अपराह्न् चार बजे रिजल्ट जारी कर दिया गया. एसटीइटी में करीब पांच लाख अभ्यर्थी शामिल हुए थे. इसमें सफल अभ्यर्थी ही शिक्षक नियुक्ति में आवेदन करने के योग्य होंगे. हालांकि अधिकारियों के मुताबिक रिजल्ट समिति की वेबसाइट पर 4 बजे के बाद उपलब्ध करा दिया जाएगा.

fresh result should be only based on right answers and should be only 5 times of vacancy. If someone has qualified on the basis of wrong options he should be disqualified, that would be justice.

i think bpsc mains cutoff should be around 650 in the basis of new question pattern
bpsc cut-off sd possibily be very much higher than 700 or around 725 marks..
however,
the question patterns were uneven or surprising in most of the subjects
lets hope for the lower cut-off due to more than 800 seats in 53-55th bpsc

question start hi ho raha hai ki six bells starts ringinging together iska matlab saaf hai ki suruat me hi bajne ke baad 30 minutes me kitni baar ek saath bajegi. waise bhi iska answer change ho gaya hai isliye ab jyada dimag kharch na kare. thanks!
total revised answer - 11 six from G.S. 1 from math and 4 from resoning. yehi sacchai hai. jyada jankari nahi hai but revised result 15-20 dino me aa jayega.

the meaning of justice is the act of law is the same for all without any favor.so bssc must revise the result without thinking the fail or pass candidate or otherwise it will go to the court for long process.fail bhai you want your result according justice so you must keep it for all.i am also waiting for your replies.

I could not understand what you wanted to say! perhaps due to your week english you could not conveyed your feeling. my dear friend natural justice say that" bhale hi 100 doshi choot jaye lekin kisi nirdosh ko saja nahi honi chahiye" after all it was the fault of ssc and their so called experts, so they sould bear the brunt of allthese mess rather than pass candidates. revised result must be published without excluding any pass candidates even if it means 6 or 7 time result! just thinl broad and liberal manner yaar. I personally feel bad for those who missed it by 10-20 marks because I have some traumatic experiences in the past. I am a civil services candidat who appeared twice in IAS and 6 times in state civil services interview. I CLEARED ssc P.T. with 441 marks.my roll no is 62200688. you can check it from ssc site. I am sure of getting a rank between 1-100 in main exam. no body can stop me from achieving my goal! even then I personally feel that pass candidate should not be left out from new result. agar bura laga ho to soory! all the the best!

Bihar SSC To Release Additional Result
Patna, June, 20: The controversy associated with the model answer released after Sachivalay Sahayak PT Examination spurts discontent amongst the candidate. The answer released by the BSSC has several errors which was seen active protest by the aggrieved candidates.
After reviewing the situation on 16th June BSSC decided to release the further result as per sources about 5000 additional candidate will be qualified for mains because answers of eight question has been changed by the commission.
BSSC has also decided that the no pass student will be failed after adjustment so the cut off category wise will come down.
It is expected that result will be declared by month end.

MERITORIOUS AFFAIR To seek stay on mains on the basis of the apex court’s stay on Rajasthan judicial services exam
CHANDIGARH: Wi t h the Supreme Court on Monday granting a stay on the main examinations of the Rajasthan Judicial Services on a petition contending errors in question papers and answer keys of the preliminary examinations,
several candidates who appeared in the Haryana Civil Services and Allied Services preliminary examinations have decided to move court seeking a stay of the HCS main examinations on the basis of the apex court's order.
The Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) is already embroiled in litigation over awarding marks for wrong questions in the HCS and allied services preliminary examinations held on March 25.
A number of candidates who appeared in the HCS and allied services preliminary examinations had represented the HPSC pointing out inaccurately framed questions in the question papers.
The HPSC sent these representations/objections to the paper setters who had set the wrong questions.
Based on the recommendations of these paper setters, the candidates were given marks for all the inaccurately framed questions in general studies and various optional subject papers.
The methodology adopted by the commission in dealing with the issue has been challenged in the Punjab and Haryana high court through two separate petitions.
Meanwhile, an apex court bench of Justice HL Gokhale and Justice Ranjana Prakash Desai said on Monday:
“Counsel for the petitioners pointed out that there are serious deficiencies in the examinations conducted by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission for the Rajasthan Judicial Service. It appears that the high court has tried to find out a via media, but prima facie we feel that such an exercise was not permissible considering the serious deficiencies which were found in the examinations. The subsequent main examinations will not proceed until further orders are passed on these special leave petitions.”
The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) had appointed an expert committee after candidates complained that the question paper and the model answers for the judicial services preliminary examinations were wrongly framed.
The expert committee recommended deletion of certain wrongly framed questions.
However, several candidates got disqualified from appearing in mains due to deletion of questions. Subsequently, some candidates approached the Rajasthan high court, which appointed an amicus curiae to examine the issue.
The amicus curiae suggested deletion of more questions, which led to elimination of more candidates who had earlier qualified for the main exams. The candidates then approached the Supreme Court challenging the high court orders.

First clear your conception of justice which is partial, dogmatic and traditional. Judge is a thinking being and how can you expect him to insensitive to the larger justice and guided only by legal act and procedural aspect. Law cannot be the sole criteria of justice as history has changed the laws and is still evolving in the light of justice. How can you decide the justice on the basis of law which is changing day by day? The addition of extra five thousands candidates in bpsc exam is testimony to this modern and pragmatic conception of justice which inspite of being guided by the law also applies its conscience and pragmatic thinking and go beyond the law when need arise. Actually this is the rationale behind rising judical activism. Friend, I assure you that your this ground of going to the court for fresh revised result is going to be rejected by the court. As I see in your last post that you seems to be curious to engage in academic dialogue over the meaning of justice, I would try to satiate the impulsive misconception about justice with purley academic foudation and evolution of the justice as a concept. That I will do very briefly due to lack of space. Sorry for the friend who will found it boring, request you to ignore this. The next paragraph deals with hisotical evolution of the philosophy of justice.
Your emphasis on judement on the basis of law without applying the thinking is based on the traditonal concept of absolute and platonian justice guided by visionary metaphysics of plato and Aristotle. This conception led to large scale genocde and suppression of sceintific ideas in medieval soceity of Europe. The age is known as dark age where the popal law (law of pope) was the parameter of justice. But in 15th-16th century with the rise of rationalism the concept of justice underwent huge change and culminated with the progressive and pragmatic concept of justice of kant and Rawls. Justice after Kant and Rawls, has internal, moral, functional and utilitarian aspects which makes justice relative and a graded phenomena. This is the basis of the concept of more and less justice rather than the dichotomy of justice or no justice (Injustice). As an implication of this modern concept of justice, the insaf ki devi need not the put veil on its eyes and remain passive but open her eyes and decided the case( by going beyond the intricacis of procedure) on the principal of substantial and natural justice. This is the philosophical foundation of modern version of justice. Now coming to the legal aspect of the justice which is purely guided by the above postulation and the analysis of the bssc result..

In legal system, Justice is classified now a days into substantial and procedural. I agree with the hypothesis of fresh result which will ensure the procedural justice as it will correct the wrong procedure adopted by bssc. But this is a partial aspect. The substance of the justice in this case is the timely publishing of final result of mains which will ensure justice to the meritorious students even though some non-meritorious will creep in. Pls Think about the students who deserve the appointment on the merit and are on the end of their carrier and who have to wait for such a long at the cost of their economical and social injustice. This is gross injustice to them as there is aggrieved party who is directly impacted. This is the real substance of this larger justice.
If we go by the process of fresh result (which is procedurally correct), the whole exam process cannot be completed before next two years due to counter litigations by ousted. In ultimate case, The meritorious will get the job after the result of the mains exam. This is the real justice where deserving are getting selected. You can’t use the word injustice for the people who get undue benefit in the process as no body is suffered in this. The selection of undeserving will be procedurally inappropriate and can be termed as incompetence of recruiting agency or corruption at extreme.
The insistence on the fresh result is plainly, the overemphasis on procedural aspect guided by traditional ego and attitude. It is the same procedural maniac bureaucratic structure which is the main cause governance problem in India which results in bureaucratic delay and red tapism. The above academic deliberation is not my personal or ideal view but the need of it is being realised daya by day and this is the real factor behing rising judical activism sicne last decade.
