As per the local newspaper reports Jharkhand Public Service Commission
( JPSC) Chairman Mr Shiv Basant met newly appointed Governor of Jharkhand on
Tuesday regarding 4th JPSC Pre Exam results and issues followed thereafter.
He told that JPSC is looking over the issue and trying to find a
suitable way out. It means something is going to happened in coming days .
The JPSC is facing mass level criticism in the 4th PT because of
significant number of repetition of question from the UPSC previous year
optional papers.
Aspirants who failed in the 4th PT examination have launched wide
scale protest against the malpractices in the examination process of the JPSC.

रांची : झारखंड लोक सेवा आयोग के अध्यक्ष शिव बसंत ने राज्यपाल डा. सैयद अहमद से मुलाकात कर चौथी सिविल सेवा परीक्षा की प्रारंभिक परीक्षा के परिणाम पर उपजे विवाद और अन्य मामलों से अवगत कराया। कहा, आयोग समाधान की राह ढूंढ रहा है।
उधर राज्य खादी एवं ग्रामोद्योग बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष जयनंदू एवं फेडरेशन ऑफ यूनिवर्सिटी रिटायर्ड टीचर्स एसोसिएशन (फुटाज) के शिष्टमंडल तथा इंडियन नेशनल ट्रस्ट फॉर आर्ट एण्ड कल्चरल हेरिटेज के संयोजक एसडी सिंह ने भी राज्यपाल से अलग-अलग रस्मी भेंट की। फुटाज ने सेवानिवृत्त शिक्षकों की समस्याएं भी बताई। इसके अतिरिक्त विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति रवींद्र भगत और राष्ट्रवादी कांग्रेस पार्टी के शिष्टमंडल ने भी राज्यपाल से मुलाकात की।

राज्यपाल दिल्ली गए
रांची : राज्यपाल डा. सैयद अहमद मंगलवार को दिल्ली चले गए। वहां वे केंद्र सरकार के मंत्रियों से मुलाकात कर झारखंड के विषय पर बातें करेंगे। यूं इसे रस्मी मुलाकात बताया गया है। रविवार को शपथ ग्रहण करने के बाद उनकी यह पहली दिल्ली यात्रा है। वे शनिवार तक वापस आएंगे
kyu ajay corruption failana chahte ho har jagah.. Kyu appearing ka 10% result hona chahiye.. agar 200 seat hai aur 150000 log baith gaye to 15000 ka pt hona chahiye.. tumhi hoshiyaar ho.. upsc bewkoof hai jo wahan 13 times hota hai.. pata nahi.. chhoro..
Puri JPSC ki previous team Jail me hai lekin inme sudhar ki koi gunjaish nahi hai........
Exam is not going to cancel ,we can expect some result but not more then600-700.
Dear Ajay Ji,
I appreciate your effort to bring transparency and accountability in JPSC and justice to the candidates. I support your demands of ensuring fair and transparent exam but I have misgivings about the regional reservation. This is against the spirit of constitution and national unity. Senior posts should be filled with the people with all India outlook and the best officers selected across the country. You can demand regional reservation in lower posts but not in Group B.
Pls try to abstain from the divisive politics that maharashtrian used to do few years back.

The issue is not over the difficulty level of the question paper but direct copy paste from one single previous exam and its repurcussion on increasing the scope of corruption. Earlier, commission used to manipulate the result after the exam was held attracting lot of criticism but now they need simply to give a buzz to the intended benificary about the source of questions before the exam. This means now also the result will be rewarded to the kins of politicians and elites but in new style while claiming the fairness and transparency of the examination procedure. A single phone call to the benificiary is sufficient to get them without any scope of being caught. This is safest method to practice corruption and nepotism. This is nothing but the trick to kill the snake without breaking the stick.
So the jpsc can't be attacked on the argument of 10times or exclusion of resident but procedure of question setting. And only justice is the cancellation of the exam. This is the logic on which the suggestion of Ratikant Jha to cancell the exam is based upon.

Gautam, you are right on both counts. Nothing wrong with 10 times result but also crass reproduction of so many questions can't be justified. It renders the whole process of screening fictious.
