HBSE(Haryana) Class 10 Result 2011 is out Girls outperformed boys


Wait is over for the students of Haryana student as the Haryana Board of Secondary Education (HBSE) has announced 10th Class Results. Surprisingly, all the four top levels were captured by the girls students from different districts. Apart from scoring high marks, all three students share the ambition of becoming IAS officers.With 98.4% Suchitra Bhatia of Taj Nagar  who is topper.

A student of Ajanta Senior Secondary school, Suchitra told that she is very happy with her result. "I used to study for at least three hours after school. Apart from that, I would find time in between household chores to prepare for my exams. After all, being a girl, I have to take care of several responsibilities of the house. So I have to maintain a balance," she said.

Pinki Thakran of Jharsa village in Gurgaon achieved second position scoring 98.2%. Her father, Madan Lal, who works at a private firm said, "She has done very well in the eaxams. We want our daughter to become an IAS officer and I feel she has it in her to make our dreams come true. We are supporting her in every possible way."

CBSE result Class X expected to be out by 3 pm


Allahabad,June,2:The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is yet to declare results to Class X exams (CBSE result Class X).The Class 10 result for CBSE Chennai region is expected to be declared on today by 3 pm India time.


Once it will declared, the results will be available on the CBSE websitewww.cbse.nic.in and also on the notice boards of all the schools participating with Board..


It has been reported that the results of the Lucknow division result will be further delayed. Normally, CBSE declares Class X results latest by May 28 but this year due to implementation of grading system and leak op paper of AIEE examination it is getting delaying.


The CBSE had declared the results of the Class XII examination long back on May 23. The CICSE had already declared the Class X and Class XII results in last month.

The Grades of GSEB 2011 and its meaning


The time GSEB has given the ranking on the basis of percentile rank. Suppose there are 60 students in a class and one student has secured 92 marks while other 54 students have secured 91 or less marks, then 54 divided by 60 into 100 = 90 marks is percentile rank.
