Patna, Dec, 8: Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has begin with result preparation exercise as the evaluation of the optional papers are over.
The information coming from the various sources suggests that Commission has maintained caution for the evaluation proces to calm down abnormal marking to tame any controversy regarding that.
An official involved in examination process confirms that the agency has provided all the information and criteria on the basis of that mains result will be prepared.
Currently they are making category wise merit list and then final vacancy will be sleeked from the government and after that 2.5 times candidates against the final vacancy will be invited for the interview.
The timing of result is yet to be finalized but once the process will be over then it will be declared soon.
As per the rough estimate it is expected that it will take 15 days to one month however BPSC playing safe in its official reply to the candidates on male that it will take two months.
Given the history last time examination was held in may-June and Mains result was released in February.
Earlier Judiciary examination final result was released very next day after the conclusion of interview so BPSC is not in holding mood.
Official also said that we will soon publish the mains result as we don't have much work left before the result publication.
As far as marking pattern is concerned it suggest that those optional that was evaluated in august -September had performed better but the subject last evaluated has seen cautious evaluation.
BPSC had opened the evaluation of subject as per well framed strategy under required directive to create a level playing field for each optional. So GS is in the position to play vital role in the ranking of the candidates.

roles, the indigenously built light
combat helicopter (LCH),
christened Rudra, will combine
other two tasks.

tasked with manufacturing 60
LCH Rudras. The first 20
helicopters are expected to be
inducted into the Army Aviation
Corps starting March 2013 after
the choppers are put through the
mandatory Initial Operational
Clearance (IOC) at the Bangalore-
based Centre for Military
Airworthiness and Certification
(CEMILAC).
HAL which has developed the
armed helicopters will be
responsible for carrying out the
certification process.
The Rudra will come armed with
a M6-21, 20 MM turret gun, 70
mm rockets, besides anti-tank
guided missile as well as air to
air missiles.

Rudra will be armed with
imported missiles. The
subsequent batches of helicopters

The Rudra is powered by a new
Shakti engine which has been

A/C service ka cutoff 35 no. cum 655 hona chahiya.cutoff 2 banega. BAS ka alag our A/C service ka alag. in chaaro subject se lagbhag 80-100 larke aise honge jo BAS and A/C dono ke liya qualifi karenge,unmese maximum larke first choice BAS(bihar administrative service) ko hi denge. A/C service unka last choice hoga.in 80-100 larko ka interview me 70 no. bhi aa gaya to unka ek seat to sure hai.

Result ko lekar etne alag-2 tarah ki khabaren esliye aa rahi hai kyunki BPSC ko khud pata nhi hai ki vah kab tak result dene ki sthiti me hain.BPSC jo samay seema tay karti hai uspar vah bar-2 asafal hoti ja rahi hai.Yahi vazah hai ki BPSC koe certain time nhi bta rahi hai jo ki students ko bechain kar dene ke liye prayapt hai.
Aaplog mankr chale ki chahe kitani v jaldi BPSC kare vah kisi v halat me jan last se pahle result nahi de payega.Deri ho sakti hai.Jaise ki mere ak source ka kahna hai ki abhi etna kam baki hai ki result FEB me aa jaye to badi bat hogi.
Esliye filhal etna hi mankar chalna sahi hoga ki agle 35 dino me result kam se kam nahi aayega.Eske bad kitna aur deri hoga ishwar jane kyunki BPSC ko nhi pata hai.

I don't know where BPSC lands one way other PSC like UPPSC,UPSC has timely examination and result but our BPSC works as 5 year plan.
MPSC planing to conduct the civil services examination twice in year but our BPSC once in the 4 year.
They must learn from MPSC who has taken mains examination in sept and now interview is going on.

बीपीएससी के पुराने रिकार्ड को अगर देखें और सीनियर्स के बातों को ध्यान में रखें तो मुझे लगता है कि बीपीएससी के ई-मेल और काउंटर पर कही जा रही बातों को शत-प्रतिशत सही मानना उचित नहीं लगता.
मैं आपको एक प्रमाण देता हूँ.
१. ई-मेल को आज से केवल महीने भर पहले ये आइडिया नहीं था कि रिज़ल्ट दो माह में आएगा या पाँच माह में. वैसे भी इसके बयान कितनी जल्दी जल्दी बदलते हैं ये आपलोगों ने स्वयं ही नोटिस किया होगा. साथ ही काउंटर और ई-मेल की बातों में भरी विरोधाभास होता है.
२. दूसरी ओर जब जेपीएससी और बीपीएससी का डेट (मुख्य परीक्षा) टकराया था तो कई लोग अनुरोध करने बीपीएससी गए थे. मैं दूसरे काम से उस समय काउंटर के अंदर एक लेटर रिसीव करवा रहा था (मॉडल उत्तर को लेकर). उस समय कुछ लोग आये और उन्होंने जानना चाहा कि क्या बीपीएससी अपना डेट नहीं बढ़ाएगी ताकि दोंनो का डेट नहीं टकराए. काउंटर पर बैठे व्यक्ति ने बहुत दावे के साथ कहा कि "..ऐसा बिलकुल नहीं होने दिया जायेगा. बीपीएससी किसी भी कीमत पर डेट नहीं टकराने देगी. डेट निश्चित रूप से बढ़ेगा."
बाहर निकल कर मैंने छोटू बुक सेंटर से जानना चाहा कि क्या डेट बढ़ेगा क्योंकि काउंटर ने अभी अभी कहा है. छोटू बुक सेंटर ने कहा "...काउंटर जो कहता है उस पर कभी भरोसा मत करिये ऐसा हमारा वर्षों का अनुभव है. आस-पास कुछ सीनियर्स खड़े थे उन्होंने ने भी कहा "...पिछले दस वर्षों से बीपीएससी आना जाना कर रहे हैं आज तक काउंटर की बात अधिकतर बार गलत ही होती है. इन्हें कुछ नहीं पता होता है."
बाद में छोटू बुक सेंटर और सीनियर्स की बात ही सही साबित हुई, काउंटर गलत. मुख्य परीक्षा उसी डेट पर परीक्षा हुई.

aaj mai BPSC gaya tha.abhi bhi anthro or philo ka copy janch ho raha hai.history-2 ka copy janch end ho gaya hai.ab aage dekhiye kya..? hota hai.Modretion ki baat bhi kuch loag kar rahene then sub subject ka.ye dekhne wali baat hogi ki BPSC kya karta hai.

Geography is really top gainer this time! but no abnormal marking! people who completed all the question in Geography have got marks in the range of 250-270. candidates with very good witing would have also got around 280-300! History 1st is somewhat better than 2nd paper.marking in Lsw is better than previous time but only handfull of students have been benefitted from good marking. this means that only good writing shave prevailed! general trend in Hindi and History are better than expected! students having P.A. can also smile because it has fared very good!

I've heard that LSW papers did go to some MBA institue (might be XLRI) for evaluation... anyone having any info about the same are requested to share with us..

LSW papers had done well because of two reason
1. Number of students are more so more chances to score better marks by some candidates..although most of the candidates has got 110-115 however good number of candidates have scored 140-150 particularly in the first paper.
I had some inside information from evaluator he said that those students who had written as per the section of the question supported by the act.(Very few has written most of the Act.) and Flow chart 9(Hardly 10-20 student as per examiner)has god as much as 155-160 in the first paper.
2.To support the bihari student because most of the students WHO opt LSW are from bihar only.
So no need of worry for the LSW candidates which is having slightly upper hand but the general students cant aspect any miracle because this year only those who had written well has got good marks.
XLRI ME LSW CHALA GAYA TO SAARE HINDI MEDIUM WALE FAIL HO JAYENGE. YE NAI AFWAH MAT UDAO. AUR SONALIKA JEE JIN BATO PAR BAHAS PAHLE HO CHUKI HAI UNHI BATO KO DUBARA MAT POOCHHIYE. PHIR SE WAHI PURANI GHISI PITI GOLE BAZI CHALEGI. THANK YOU.

मैं खुद भी एक उम्मीदवार हूँ. परीक्षा दी है और एक नौकरी मुझे भी चाहिए ताकी घर चला सकूँ. इस बीच अगर कोई सूचना मिलती है तो सबके साथ शेयर करता हूँ. हम सभी जानते हैं कि अंतिम रूप से प्रामाणिक बात वही होगी जो बीपीएससी से जानकारी मिलेगी.
अगर ठीक से नहीं पता होता है तो साफ़ कह देता हूँ कि मुझे फलाना स्रोत से सूचना मिली है कितनी प्रामाणिक है पता नहीं. अगर किसी से मिली सूचना को प्रामाणिक कहता हूँ तो इसलिए नहीं क्योंकि उस आदमी को लाइ-डिटेक्टर मशीन पर बैठा कर कुछ जानकारी हासिल की है. सिर्फ इसलिए क्योंकि पी.टी के समय से ही उनसे जो सूचनाएं समय से पहले मिल जाती थी वो अधिकतर बार सही होती थी.
मुझे कोई चुनाव लड़कर इस ब्लॉग कर प्रेसिडेंट नहीं बनना है. न साथी या मोहन जी को. वो भी एक नौकरी के लिए ही परेशान हैं. शायद मुझसे भी ज्यादा.
अगर 100 % प्रामाणिक सूचना की बात करो, तो वो किसी के पास नहीं है, ये बात सच है. पर प्रामाणिक सूचना तो बड़े-बड़े इतिहासकारों और मानवविज्ञानियों के पास भी नहीं होती. हर सूचना संदिग्ध होती है. पर प्रामाणिक सूचनाएं ऐसे ही तैयार होती हैं. चिंदी-चिंदी कर मिली सूचनाओं को जोड़ा जाता है. फिर उसका तर्कसंगत तरीके से विश्लेषण कर किसी निष्कर्ष पर पहुँचने का प्रयास होता है.
आप गोलेबजी-गोलेबाजी कर मेरे या और कुछ लोगों पर आरोप लगा रहे हो. पर तुम यहाँ क्या कर रहे हो ? जन-जागरण या समाज सेवा. कारण जान सकता हूँ ? तुम्हे क्या लगता है यहाँ टीन-एज के लड़के-लड़कियाँ भरे हैं. सबके सब यथा-संभव मानसिक रूप से परिपक्व हैं. अच्छा-खासा ठोकर खा कर बैठें हैं.
कोई यहाँ किसी के बात पर आँख बंद कर भरोसा नहीं कर रहा है. अगर आज मैं कह दूँ कि मेरी बात सीधे चेयरमैन से हो गई जिसने मुझे मेरे मार्क्स बता दिए हैं तो क्या लोग मेरी बात पर भरोसा कर लेंगे. वो नहीं करेंगे. वो समझदार हैं. उन्हें बेवकूफ न समझो मेरे दोस्त !! वो भी समझदार हैं.

मैं भी history और pub-admi का क्षात्र हु .47वी में हिस्ट्री में तो अच्छा मार्किंग हुआ था .पर पब्लिक एडमिनिस्ट्रेशन में अच्छा मार्किंग नहीं हुआ था.मुझे तो इसमे बहुत खराब मार्क्स मिला था.2nd पेपर में तो मुझे 86 मार्क्स ही मिले थे .जबकि ४८-52 में 242 मार्क्स मिले थे .ये 5-6 साल का मेहनत से मिले थे .अगर कोई अन्य ऑप्शनल लिया होता तो इतनी निराशा नहीं होती .खैर अब जो हो.... अब तो ओखली में सर है मुसोला से क्या डरना .पूरी जिन्दगी Histort और P.A के नाम..... देखते हैं इस बार की होता है .
