Patna,Nov,1: It was the roller coaster hearing in Patna High court after hearing the writ petition of 53-55 PT examination result court has kept their verdict reserved.
During the hearing of the matter petitioner's council Manan kumar was pushing for reduction of Cut off by 9 mark's as it was done with Judiciary Examination but court was not looking to convince.
It seems from the argument that 3 marks will be reduced from the cutoff and which will clear the way of additional result in the successful list.
It looks like that the judge has made their mind nobody is going out from the successful list and 7809 more student will get entry.
Everything will clarify only when final judgment will be pronounces so till applicant have to wait for few more days.

the content validity of the PT examination itself is questionable beyond doubt!what constitutional principles will be followed in any judicial recourse if the process itself is inherently flawed?any candidate;who has cleared UPSC PT even once in life;worth his salt would be insulted answering the BPSC PT standard of questions.If Bihar has to develop,a serous renovation is needed to select its bureaucracy.Who"ll raise this issue&get this done.If Bihari intelligence is world class,exam should also reflect our true class;not a junkyard of irrelevant standards fit enough for group"D" examinations.
@Anonymous :pata nahi bhai ...but i am very hopeful ..mine was 98. and i spent 5000 rupees to write this exam . i came all the way from TamilNadu(Coimbatore). So if kuch result increase hota hai to i think ki my effort were fruitful

Patna, Dec 1 (PTI) The Patna high court today reserved its order on the results of the 53rd to 55th Combined Common Preliminary Competitive Examination, 2011, conducted by the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC). A single bench of justice A.K. Tripathi passed the order after completion of hearing in the petition filed by Pramod Kumar and others challenging the results of BPSC's 53rd to 55th Combined Common Preliminary Competitive Examination, 2011. The petitioners had challenged the results on the ground that the BPSC had deleted eight wrong questions from the question papers of the preliminary examination although 12 questions were found to be wrong and re-evaluated the answer sheets. An experts team formed by the BPSC had submitted a report to the court saying that altogether nine questions were found to be wrong and all examinees should be given one marks each and these nine questions be removed from question papers before evaluating the results on the basis of 141 questions. The court, after hearing arguments of the contending parties, reserved its order to be announced on a later date. The BPSC had conducted the preliminary examination of 53rd to 55th Combined Common Preliminary Competitive Examination, 2011 in April this year.
बिहार लोक सेवा आयोग (बीपीएससी) की 53 से 55वीं प्रारंभिक परीक्षा के विवाद मामले में पटना उच्च न्यायालय ने सुनवाई पूरी कर ली। न्यायमूर्ति अजय कुमार त्रिपाठी इस मामले में अपना आदेश बाद में पारित करेंगे। याचिकाकर्ता की तरफ से वरीय अधिवक्ता मनन कुमार मिश्र ने कहा कि लिखित परीक्षा के लिए पास नहीं करने वाले अभ्यर्थियों के अंक में नौ विवादित प्रश्नों के नौ नंबर जोड़ दिये जायें और कट ऑफ वही रखा जाये। फिर रिजल्ट निकालकर लिखित परीक्षा के लिए फार्म भराया जाये। ऐसा पहले से होता आया है एवं सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने भी अपनी सहमति जतायी है। बीपीएससी की तरफ से अपर महाधिवक्ता ललित किशोर ने कहा कि सब के साथ समान व्यवहार होना चाहिए। वह नौ नंबर कम कर फिर से मूल्यांकन करता है तो 915 अभ्यर्थी बाहर हो जाएंगे। वह पहले से पास किसी अभ्यर्थी को फिर से मूल्यांकन कर फेल नहीं करना चाहता है। वेहतर होगा कि पहले से पास 15 हजार अभ्यर्थियों के साथ आठ हजार फेल अभ्यर्थियों को जोड़ दिया जाये और कुल 22 हजार अभ्यर्थियों को लिखित परीक्षा में बैठाया जाये। वहीं अधिवक्ता अभिनव श्रीवास्तव ने कहा कि नौ प्रश्नों को हटाकर फिर से मूल्यांकन करवाया जाये एवं नये सिरे से रिजल्ट निकाला जाये

PATNA HIGH COURT DECISION ON 53rd TO 55th BPSC PT EXAM
Patna high court announced its much awaited decision on the 53rd to 55th PT examination of BPSC ,the decision had been kept pending since last December.In his decision justice Tripathy directed BPSC to reevaluate copies of PT examination.No deduction in cut off marks will be done as it was anticipated earlier, that court may ask to decrease cut off marks by one or two marks.However giving a big relief to those candidates who has been declared qualified earlier,court ordered BPSC to exempt them from reevaluation process it means only new candidate will be declared qualified without altering status of previously qualified candidates.Estimated 588 more candidate is likely to be declared qualified.BPSC has been given own choice to conduct mains exam,it is possible in April 2012 because in feb,march there is 10th and 12th exam in bihar of bihar board and CBSE .To see court order please
