Patna High Court Directed the BPSC to release the result after reducing 100 vacancy of Account services which was included without prior notification.

Justice Mihir Jha pronounced his judgment on Tuesday after hearing the arguments of government and BPSC.

After getting Patna High Court directive to declare the Mains Examination Result of 53rd-55th Combined Competitive Examination without counting the Account Services came as the respite for those applicants who fights in other services but the applicants who has chosen other optional considering the account services on the card are sandwiched between count directive and mistake committed by the BPSC to include the service in 53rd 55th Examination without prior notification.

It was learned that several students have chosen those optional despite of the fact they are not good in that only to get the advantage of the vacancy of 100 Account services which was reserved for the certain optional class.

More than 2600 students will be invited for the interview for the notified post including DYSP, Commandant Home Guard,CTO,Assistant Jailer,Sub Registrar RDO etc .

Most of the members are from Administrative services which are going to head the interview board so be ready to face the song

BPSC Mains Examination Result Road is not End Yet

There are more than 13000 applicants  eagerly waiting for their roll number in the merit list prepared by the BPSC for 53rd 55th Combined Civil Services Examination but their waiting period is getting elongated as every now and then the examination process hits the roadblock.

It is an irony that the commission is sitting with prepared result since mid-January but earlier because of delayed clearance of total vacancy across the service given to the Commission by Government and then the High court case is standing before the result publication.

However only blessing in disguise is that the total vacancy has scaled up significantly up amid controversy around PT to Mains so those who had taken exam has better chance to qualify in the final tally.

As directed by Patna high Court Bench of Justice Mihir Jha that the Mains result will be the subject of writ petition stands out as Gloom Doom is still around.

Given the nature of Indian Judicial system it is very hard to predict when new twist will come so anything could be happened on March 2nd when AG will present the documents regarding the account services before court.

The information is coming from the BPSC suggests that all depend on the High court directive, Commission can release the result by Evening of April-2 or within 2 days all depending upon court directive.

BPSC Result nears candidates busy in debating about vacancy and cut off

As result time coming close the applicants are looking curious to guess the final cut off however delayed examination process of BPSC 53rd -55th Civil services examination turning out as the blessing for those who appeared in mains examination as vacancy has gone up as per some buzz.

After the reconstruction of Bihar administrative service by the government of Bihar it was decided to appoint 534 RDO and 534 post for revenue department for substituting BDO and CO. The newly created 1068 additional vacancy for the block needs to be filled soon, at the same time BAS officers were given supervisory role so blocks are vacant due to paucity of such officers.

All the vacancy was decided to appoint through BPSC two year back but till now no appointment was done so government is compelled to give the charge of BDO and CO to other officers that hampering the efficiency of the offices. Apart from above post Jail Department needs warden and 62 assistant jailors are required.

The Result of 53rd -55th Civil services examination is expected to declared by the month end or first week of February candidates needs to focus on the Interview rather boggling on the result timing.

It was also learned that government has requested the Commission to conclude the recruitment process because departments are facing paucity of officers.

According to latest reports BPSC will recommend more than 1100 officers from 53rd-55th Civil services examination it was also expected that few Bihar Administration Vacancy will be added because several student got selected in UPSC have left their JOB so natural vacancy has created in the cadre.

The Cut off is another matter that comes in minds of the applicant, after looking the past trend the cut off will not go above 700 given the nature of question and evaluation strategy adopted by the commission will help to bring it further down.

I am extending my best wishes to the candidates who is following this blog with the hope that their will figure out in final list of recommendation of BPSC.
