BPSC to Constitute New Expert Pannel for Examination as per Patna High Court Decision



In the most awaiting reply in Patna High Court today Bihar Public Service Commission ( BPSC) revealed that they are considering to constitute new expert panel and existing expert panel will once again verify each question, and then it will take final decision what to do and after the evaluation it will  finally report to court. Judge has given the time to BPSC till 14 November.

BPSC is facing wide scale criticism against the result published by them for 53-55 PT result.Earlier BPSC had released the result of PT by reducing the 8 wrong questions but dissatisfied candidates filed a case against the result in Patna High Court, on 16th of Aug BPSC replied to court and ask some more time to file proper reply.

Expert panel of BPSC will reevaluate all the the question including 8 deleted questions, there are many wrong answers in rest of 142 questions asked in PT examination and if they found some extra result it can be published

BPSC Accepts Fault in Evaluation in 53-55 PT in Patna High Court


Bihar Public Service commission (BPSC) has accepted their fault in ongoing hearing in Patna High Court against the writ pettition of 52 -55 State Civil Services PT examination result, earlier High court had said the commission to clear their position over wrong question in recently concluded 53 -55 PT examination.

On thrusday Court has asked BPSC that what you are going to do now BPSC replies that we will tell it on next hearing which is scheduled today.

Earlier BPSC had released the result of PT by reducing the 8 wrong questions but dissatisfied candidates filed a case against the result in Patna High Court, on 16th of Aug BPSC replied to court and ask some more time to file proper reply.

In the mean time BPSC said to Court that they won’t take mains examination until the case is in the court.
The court had asked the BPSC on the allegation made by the petitioners to clear his position on Sept 6.

The petition claims there are 15 faults in the question and commission had deleted the right question as well while considering the result.

JPSC 4th PT Result Controversy More Trouble for Commission


According to the Ranchi edition of the hindi newspaper  reports Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC)  Chairman Mr Shiv Basant in a meeting with Governor of Jharkhand  discusses the 4th JPSC Pre examination results and issues followed thereafter.

He told the governor that Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) is seriously looking over the issue and trying to find the proper way to settle the issue. It means something is going to happened in coming days.

Patna High Court Slams BPSC on 53-55 PT Result Final Verdict Awaited



As per the sources close to the development in writ petition hearing against the result of PT in Patna High Court.

In a reply in Patna High Court Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) in the context of recently declared result of 53 -55 Pt examination  has said that commission had already deleted the wrong question while considering the result to make level playing field for everyone.

BPSC has taken adjournment on the Sept 6 on technical ground and hearing was continued today ,High Court has criticized the BPSC on this act now hearing will be remain continue tomorrow  Jugdge categorically said that the whole exam & its result is very victitious & unfair and chances are there that court will take their final stand in that.  

Earlier in the last hearing at Aug 16 BPSC asks for more time to prepare the detail reply in this matter.
