  1. what is the cut off in percentage ?

  2. u can calculate out of 1400 na??

  3. is cut off marks ka koi auchitya nahi hai. jpsc raw marks k aadhar par cut off jari kare tab baat banti hai, aisa hone par 50% se jyada passed cadidates out ho jayenge.

    ReplyDelete
  4. jpsc ne farziwada karne ka naya tarika banaya scalling karke 75% farzi select huye hai hame high court jana hoga

    ReplyDelete
  5. case high court me file ho chuka hai boss.

    ReplyDelete
  6. due to abnormal scaling ,gs aur interview ka importance hi khatm ho gaya hai.this is most important point against abnormal scaling. has this point presented in court

    ReplyDelete
  7. ye cut off marks ka list bhi dhyan se dekho ki kab banaya gaya hai...controller of exam k sign k niche date 11/12/12 hai, iska matlab saaf hai daal me kaala zaroor hai.Final result nikalne se pahle ka date kyun nahi hai?

  8. 1.Scaling after Interview.
2.marks ke moderation evaluation ke samay hona chahiye tha, naki interview ke bad.
3.Main result unscaled marks aur final scaling ke bad .
4.Main fail students ko JPSC marks kyo nahi jari kar raha hai?
5.Jpsc ne optional ke 2 papers ka combined scaling milakar kar diya,IS mamle meJPSC ne manmani karne ki seema par kar di. Ab court mein ese kaise justify karte hain ye dekhna hain.

  9. dear friends

mai to aaj bhi cancel karwane ka kosis kar raha hu lekin aap kya kar rahe hai?
    kuch information de raha hu

jpsc ne aant me kukand kar diya kaise?

4th jpsc ka final merit list ka cutoff marks hai…..

    general———990
    bc 2————-963.55
    bc 1————-936
    sc—————-915
    st—————–881

jpsc ne interview ke 200 marks ko meaningless kar diya kaise..

lagbagh 250 student jo interview diye the agar unko interview ka 200 marks bhi de diya jaye to bhi wo final merit list me nahi aa sakte.

    exmple……

st candidate me 657, 654, 661,671, marks mains me mila aur inka interview call kiya gaya ab aaplog mains ke marks me interview ka marks add kare
inko 200 bhi interview me mil jaye to bhi final list me nahi aa sakte.

scaling ke karan geography me 24/400 n 392/400
    anthropology me 72/400 n 395/400
lsw me 119/400 n 397/400 etc. ye sabhi interview diye aur fail bhi hogaye.

mai yaha ye batane ka kosis kar raha hu ki scaling ke karan marks ka variation itna jyada nahi hona chahiye.

again case file maine kiya hai jiska date 13/12/12 ko hai
case no. wps 7050/2012 (kishor kumar chopra vs state of jharkhand)
ek case aaj file kar raha hu upar jo point diye hai uspar.
dono case ka advocate manoj tandon hai.
lekin court me sunwaai ho tabhi justice mil payega.

    thanks

Tumhe exam aur result ki kya samajh hai? Jpsc ne two papers ko combined kar marks diya kya ye sahi hai,?secondly scaling interview ke bad hua kya ye sahi hai?Thirdly Scaling process me optional me kisi ko 400 marks to kisi ko 24 and 75 mile hai ,kya scaling process sahi hai?
Exam process me jitna time, resources lagta hai uski kimat ka pata hai tumhe?

  34. 1.It seems that JPSC has declared mains result on the basis of unscaled marks and later after interview they scaled the marks of main exam and then declared final result on the basis of scaled marks.Because of this many students who could have got the chance of being in interview were deprived of interview..

2.UPSC follow moderation for main exam, but JPSC done scaling and inflated the marks UP TO99.25% in even humanities papers.most of the selected candidates awarded between 90-99.25 % scaled marks on other hand in same subject due to scaling candidates awarded even only 6% marks.

    3. After result of main exam the process of scaling is gross violation of ART 14 &Art 16 of constitution, those failed in main exam.

    4. DUE TO SCALING AFTER INTERVIEW the difference of marks between selected candidates is more then 200-300 and 500 marks in some cases, where total marks 1400. (1200 optional+gs and 200 interview).

5.JPSC has done a major mistake by combined scaling of both papers. How JPSC can scaled the marks of two paper combinedly, when you have taken exam separetly , Any commission do scaling like this? Combined scaling is also major procedural lapse,it greatly impacted the marks, if a person get higher marks in paper I ,but avarage marks in PaperII, due to this scaling he got added advantage in paperII and vice versa when paper II performance is below average .So This scaling process is errorneous.
Freinds I am not joking let me explain first it by an example if any candidate got 180 marks in paper I and 100 marks in PAPER II,
scenario I- he will get marks on the basis of90 % scoring and maximum limit will 200 marks
In PAPER I ,but his Second paper score will be according to50% score.
But in COMBINED SCALING SITUATION HE WILL GET SCALED marks in PAPER II according to 70% scoring,so he got added advantage in paper II.
Senario 2 he will get marks on the basis of90 % scoring and maximum limit will 200 marks
In PAPER I, but if his score 100 is below avarage then he will get marks as per downward sacling.
But in COMBINED SCALING SITUATION HE WILL GET SCALED marks in PAPER II according to 70% scoring,so he got added advantage in paper II

yes you r rt.. jpsc does not seem serious to the plight of those students who suffered to arbitrary scaling of JPSC.. Recommendation send karne ka matlab to hai ki wo hamare points ko accept nahi karna chahte although wo v jante hain ki wo wrong footing par hain... aur agar ek baar ladkon ne join kar liya to ye court se v difficult ho jayega unhe remove karake deserving ko unki jagah par appoint karna if any...but hum kar kya sakte hain .. court itna slow kaam karti hai yahan.. wo stay jaldi lagana nahi chahti..
kuch log kah rahe hain ki jpsc constitutional body hai to iska ye matlab nahi hai ki wo kuch v kar sakte hain.. isi constitutional body ke former chairman kai saalon se jail me band hain..
Jo 5th ka notification ka wait kar rahe hain wo sahi hai unhe karna v chahiye aur preparation v karna chahiye.. but at the same time unhe v samajhna hoga ki ye unke saath v ho sakta hai next aatempt me.. so wo v jpsc ke is scaling ka jis method se oppose kar sakein karein.. chahe wo point behejen jinhone court me case kiya hai ya gyapan den jpsc ko ya atleast mail likhein unhe.. this is for all..
main already achhe job me hoon aur main 6 marks se finally miss kiya hoon..agar mujhe information ys co-opeerative mil v gaya to main join nahi karunga.. but still main v fight karne ki koshish kar raha hoon .. aur aap v karein kyunki ye poori tarah se galat hai and any one can be the victim..

  40. Very true Ranjan ji, jis system me jpsc chal raha hai candidates PT to qualify kar jayenge aur agar sahi optional choose kiya to wo bhi clear ho jayega lekin interview k baad aapko jpsc k faulty scaling k bharose rahna hoga na ki apne talent par.Interview ka to koi matlab hi nahi rah gaya hai.

Did you communicate to MR Manoj Tondon regarding illegal combined scaling and After interview scaling.

    ReplyDelete
  42. ranjan ji.....pls stop campaigning for your malicious design...6 no. se miss hone ki baichaini hum samajh sakte hain....apko kya lagata hai jo select hue woh sab underserving hain?????
......aap bade enthusiastic the jab apka interview call aya...congratulate karne lag gaye sabko...jpsc pe poora bharosa tha apko. aur us samay bhi pt result ka case court me chal raha tha...lekin apke kisi bhi posts me uske liye koi jagaha nahi tha....ap interview strategy pe jut gaye the..aur apna result nahi ane ke baad achanat se jpsc faulty lagne laga..badhai to dur ulta result pe hi question mark utha diya...
yah to aap apna political career banana chahte hain yah apne select nahin hone se frustrate ho gaye hain...dono hi case me logon ko gumrah karna thik nahin hai....
apki baat bilkul thik hai ki aap ek achhi post par hain..shayad isiliye 5th jpsc aspirant ki apko chinta nahin hai....apka tu kuch nahin jaega par haan bechare aspirants ka samay aur career jaroor khatm ho jayega..agar politics hi karni hai to pls janata ke bich jaiye aur real issues ko uthaiye....first time in the history of jpsc fair result aya hai....jahan kisi ki bhi nahi chali...har subject, her state se log select hue hain...phir bhi apko apatti hai...mujhe lagta hai aap jaise log hi is jpsc ke functioning me aur state ke development me sabse badi badha hain. Agar injustice ka itna hi concern hai to apko bahut issues main deta hoon....pls knock the door of UPSC and try to discover its irregularities...apko samajh aa jayega ki ek constitutional body kya hoti hai.

    ReplyDelete
  43. to the all future apirants of jpsc....pls focus on your studies.....ek sawal puhiye apne aap se...kyon sirf fail candidate hi result pe apatti uthate hain...jiska mains ho gaya usne pt result par apatti uthani chhod di.....jiska final nahin hua ab woh injustice chilla rahe hain...yeh sirf self interest aur narrow politics ke liye kiya jaa raha hai...ap kripya sachet rahein aur next exam pe dhyan de.

5th jpsc ka notifiation 2012 me nahi aane wala.
4th jpsc ke cutof marks ko lekar ho halla ho raha hai police services(women)-891 marks me kaise, kyoooo?????///////

women kota me 891 marks me saletion esliye ho gaya kyoki height 5 “5″ hona jaruri hai.

891 se jayada marks lane wali rita kumari-940,kavita agrawal-963 etc ka saletion height kam hone ke karan nahi huaa hai.

agar women cat. me kisi ka 891 se jayada marks hai aur height 5″5′ hai to mujhe mail kare.

    chhatrajagranmanch@gmail.com
    or call me 9931554535.

interview se pahle wps 7050/2012 court me file kiya hai jo ki alok singh ke court me 20/12/12 ko hai.
interview ke baad wps 8377/2012 court me file huaa hai jiska date 04/01/2013 ko mil sakta hai.

  54. have never said that those who have succeeded are undeserving.. never u see my above comments...I have also said that it may be that those who are passed now may remain successful even after rescaling but i have objection on the way scaling has been done and value of GS and Interview has been undermined. More over combined scaling and scaling after interview and not after the mains is totally wrong even you will agree...And we are opposing that only..
Aur main information service join karunga ya co-operative nahi karunga this is my personal choice..No one should object that which post should I opt for ...Yes even in interview I wasa sked that u r in such a high paying job and then why you are coming in a job which is not so attractive and u will not get this salary even at the retirement here.....Interviewers clearly told me that these jobs are nothing in compare to IAS..But i convinced them that still I want to join these jobs and see my marks I have ended up getting decent marks in interview(126).. I do not say that info service or co-opertaive is not good but I have already my own career calculation.I will decide which setvice to chose based on my personal position, career growth and many other things including my personal wishes to serve the people. So no body should question on my priorities of services that which one I should opt for.
Rahi meri job par dhyaan dene ki baat to uski chinta aap mat karo.. I am doing quiet well in what ever services I am and will keep on doing better..
Kisi ne mujhe activist banne ke liye job chhorne ki salaah di hai.. waah re advise.. kya main jisse suffer kiya hoon uske liye aawaaj nahi utha sakta...koi injustice ke liye bole to activist... Any aam people has right to spaeak against wrong doing..Ab ka delhi me gang rape hua gar main aawaaj utauon jis v madhyam se utha sakta hoon to aap kahenge ki pahle aap job chhoriye.. wah re tarika...bhagawan bachaye aise logon se..
Personal attacking to me is not the solution.. May be those who are attacking are passed students.. I have never said anything against passed students..I really admire them and accept that rt now they are successful one.. But I have opposed the way scaling has been done..
You just fight against the wrong doings done by JPSC as it can happen to any one tomorrow..

1.SCALING AFTER INTERVIEW kaise sahi hai koi justfy kar baatye.
2.Kya Interview ke bad scaling ke bajay main ke result ke pahle scaling nahi karna ,JPSC ka galt decicision nahi hai.
3.Scaling me kisi ko 99.5% aur kisi 6% marks ,itna huge difference sahi hai.
4.Two optional papers ka combined marks kaise diya ja skta hai? JPSC ka combined scaling decision ka sahi hai?

    ReplyDelete
  73. No more reply to personal comments ...
We are here to raise the wrongdoings done by jpsc an we will keep on doing it.. Any one who has issue with it pls. ignore this post....

    ReplyDelete
  74. I can understand the frustration of those who have passed due to wrong doings of jps and are fearful that they might have to be dropped out...My empathies are with them.. But wrong is wrong... No personal comment will be entertained as itsolves no purpose and just deviates from main points raised by us..These are points raisd by us..If any one can justify jpsc on these points are free to do it but do it logically--
1.GS n interview me highest marks 70% ke range me hai, gs me to aur v kam hai.. jabki optional me 100% ke range me.. isse gs aur interview ka importance hi khatm ho gaya..Baki paper me v highest marks 70% ke around hona chahiye tha.
Suppose kijiye kisi student ko kisi paper me scaling ke baad 398 hai aur kisi ko 298 to difference 100 marks ka ho gaya
Yahi agar highest 70% yani ki 280 diya jata to doosre student ko jise ki avi 298 mila hai use 298/398*280=209 milta usi proportion me.
to uska difference ghatkar sirf 71 marks rah jata jo ki wo gs aur interview se compensate kar sakta tha..
ye bahut important point hai.. highest post scaled marks 398-399 dene ke chalte students ke optional marks me difference kafi jyada ho gaya hai aur GS n interview ka important hi khtam hogaya..
agar optionals me inflate kar 400 karna tha to interview and gs me v usi ratio me marks barhana chhaiye tha wahan v highest 200 milna chhaiye ha per paper..
ya optionals ka highest reduce kar 70% ke range me lana chahiye..
Upsc follows moderation in mains and highest marks in optionas is always in the range of 70 like that of GS and interview..
2.. It seems that JPSC has declared mains result on the basis of unscaled marks and later after interview they scaled the marks of main exam and then declared final result on the basis of scaled marks.Because of this many students who could have got the chance of being in interview were deprived of interview..

3.UPSC follow moderation for main exam, but JPSC done scaling and inflated the marks UP TO99.25% in even humanities papers.most of the selected candidates awarded between 90-99.25 % scaled marks on other hand in same subject due to scaling candidates awarded even only 6% marks.

    4. After result of main exam the process of scaling is gross violation of ART 14 &Art 16 of constitution, those failed in main exam.

    5. DUE TO SCALING AFTER INTERVIEW the difference of marks between selected candidates is more then 200-300 and 500 marks in some cases, where total marks 1400. (1200 optional+gs and 200 interview).

  75. 6.JPSC has done a major mistake by combined scaling of both papers.
7.scaling me average marks aur deviation ka sue kiya gaya hai .Ab chunki jo v ladke mains qualify kiye hain unka avg marks jyada hai aur deviation v kam hai.. jiske chalte topper ko to thik marks mil 397 ke range me but jis kisi ko v avg se thoda v kam marks tha uska scaled marks kafi kam ho gaya i mean 210-220 ke range me..
Yahi agar total 2200 students par scaling ki jati to avg marks per subject kam hota as usme bahut ladke ke kam marks v honge tavi wo raw marks me qualify nahi kiye as well as deviation jyada hota.. so toppers ko to avi v 397 mailte but jinko 210-220 mile hain avi unhe 270-280 ke aas paas milta aur wo v shayad final qualify karte..

Agar aap jpsc ke point ko justify kar sakte hain to pls. point by point karein.. u r most welcome.... no personal things..

  111. I would like add some points please look in to it
1.The pattern marks clearly indicates that JPSC has done scaling only after the result of main exam ,the result of main declared on the basis of unscaled marks, so it clearly violation of fundamental rights of equal opportunity,Art 14 & 16 of those appeared in main exam and failed in main exam, because merit list prepare on the basis of marks of main and interview. There is very much possibility that if scaling done during main exam many candidates appeared in interview they were not eligible and those are out may eligible for appearing in interview. So scaling process is after result of main exam is illegal.
2.JPSC has scaled the marks of combinedly of two papers, scheme of exam clearly stated that TWO separate papers of 200 marks each ,so separate evaluation is must .But JPSC has changed the rules between the game and awarded the scaled marks by clubbing the marks of both papers.By clubbing the both papers raw /unscaled marks and awarding the scaled marks make scaling process erroneous because it extend undue benefit to candidates who scored good in one paper and not good score in second paper and loss to candidates who performed average in both papers.SCALING must be paper wise instead of by clubbing of both papers,so process of scaling is illegal and faulty. No commission scaled or moderate the marks by clubbing of two papers marks. combined scaling is also major procedural lapse,it greatly impacted the marks, if a person get higher marks in paper I ,but avarage marks in PaperII, due to this scaling he got added advantage in paperII and vice versa when paper II performance is below average .So This scaling process is erroneous.

3.UPSC follow moderation for main exam, but JPSC done scaling and inflated the marks UP TO99.25% in even humanities papers.most of the selected candidates awarded between 90-99.25 % scaled marks on other hand in same subject due to scaling candidates awarded even only 6% marks.such variation clearly indicate that scaling method /formula is illogical and erroneous.

4.DUE TO SCALING AFTER INTERVIEW the difference of marks in optional papers between selected candidates is more then 200-300 marks in some cases, where total marks 800.However it is important to mention that after such big difference of marks in main how make possible to them eligible for interview. SO definitely Scaling done after INTERVIEW and after interview scaling of MAIN EXAMS marks make scaling process illegal and arbitrary.

I am Thankful to you all for making such brilliant effort against irregularities of JPSC and my best wishes with you all.

  113. SEE Other Important FAQs OF UPSC states as below process of moderation
1.After the written examination, on what criterion is the answer books sent for evaluation? Is it on Roll no. basis or based on centre of examination? That is, will a particular examiner/set of examiners get to evaluate answer books only of a particular center or a particular group of Roll nos.?

Mixing of the answer books received from different venues is done before sending them for evaluation. Computer-based randomized fictitious code no. is given to each answer-book before evaluation.

2Are answer books segregated/sorted based on community of the candidate?

This is not done at any stage of the evaluation process.

3Is it likely that my evaluated performance suffers because my answer books were evaluated by a 'strict' examiner, while another candidate benefits as his answer books were evaluated by a 'liberal' examiner?

The Paper Setter, who is an eminent person in his field, normally acts as the Head Examiner, and wherever the number of candidates in a particular subject is very large, the Commission appoints Additional Examiners for valuation of answer books.
To achieve uniformity in valuation, where more than one Examiner is involved, the Commission arranges a meeting of the Head Examiner with the Additional Examiners after the Examination is over. At this stage, they discuss thoroughly the question paper, the appropriate answers and decide the standard of evaluation.
To further bring about uniformity of assessment inter se the Examiners, the following procedure is undertaken:
The Head Examiner conducts a sample survey of answer books of each Additional Examiner to verify whether the uniform standards of evaluation evolved in the meeting of Examiners have actually been followed. Depending on the standard adopted by the Additional Examiner, the Head Examiner may confirm the awards without any change if the Examiner has correctly followed the standard decided upon, or may carry out upward / downward moderation as considered necessary to ensure maximum possible degree of uniformity in the evaluation process.
Therefore, the aspect of inter examiner variation in standards of evaluation in a Paper affecting candidates' performance is taken care of adequately.

  115. NO SCALING IS DONE BY UPSC IN MAINS

Refer to this case in Delhi High Court. Prashant Ramesh Chakkarwar vs Union Public Service Commission & … on 5 October, 2010.
    26. From a cumulative reading ofI Moderation and scaling of marks are two different techniques used by examining authorities for achieving common standard of assessment of marks.
II UPSC does not apply the method of scaling of marks in evaluating the answer-sheets of the candidates pertaining to Civil Services (Main) Examination and confines the application of the said method in evaluation of answer-sheets of the candidates pertaining to Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination.
III The method of moderation of marks propounded by Supreme Court in Sanjay Singh‟s case (supra) is similar to the W.P.(C) No.6586/2010 & Conn. Matters Page 38 of 43 one applied by UPSC in evaluating the answer-sheets of the candidates pertaining to Civil Services (Main) Examination.
IV The method of moderation of marks applied by UPSC in evaluating the answer-sheets of the candidates pertaining to Civil Services (Main) Examination has been approved by a learned Single Judge and a Division Bench of this Court.
    Moderation technique by UPSC 1
    16. Moderation is applied by UPSC to achieve uniformity in standards of evaluation of descriptive answer books where a number of examiners are involved. The problem of uniformity of standards becomes more complex when viewed against the background that candidates in Civil Services (Main) Examination have the option of answering the papers, besides English, in any one of the eighteen languages specified in the Eighth Schedule of the Constitution.
    17. As far as connventional/descriptive type of examinations are concerned, the question papers are set up by experts duly approved by the Commission for each subject. The paper setter acts as the Head Examiner.
    18. When conventional papers are set, the answers have to be of descriptive type by the very nature of questions, and such answers are evaluated by a
W.P.(C) No.6586/2010 & Conn. Matters Page 12 of 43 number of examiners, depending upon the number of candidates. These examiners are called Additional Examiners and work under the Head Examiner for each subject.
    19. The Commission have devised a procedure of moderation to ensure equitable treatment to all candidates and to judge them on merit by reducing the "Examination variability" to the extent possible.
    Moderation Technique- 2
    20. The experts who set the question papers for each subject, act as Head-Examiner for the evaluation of the answer-books of that subject/paper. Whenever the number of candidates is very large in a particular subject, the Commission appoints Additional Examiners from amongst subject experts. Each Additional Examiner evaluates approximately 250 to 300 answer books. To achieve uniformity in valuation, where more than one examiner are involved, the UPSC arrange for a meeting of the Head Examiner with his additional examiners for each subject soon after the examination is over. At this stage, they thoroughly discuss the question paper and the appropriate answers. They also carry out a sample valuation of answer books and this is reviewed by the Head Examiner and variations in marking, if any, are further discussed. After the discussion is over and the standard of evaluation of Answer Scripts has been decided upon, the examiners disperse and complete the valuation of answer books according to a given time schedule.
    21. This exercise alone is not enough to bring about uniformity of assessment since, in the process of valuation, the examiners tend to deviate from the standards laid down by Head Examiner and expected to be followed. The UPSC therefore, apply further checks to ensure uniformity in evaluation of answer scripts.rd or downward moderation according to the degree of leniency or strictness in marking. The awards given by the Head Examiner of these revalued 20 answer books are accepted as final. Check the complete Judgement. http://www.indiankanoon.org/doc/1889873/

There is no scaling system at final stage i.e. interview. Althogh UPSC claims that it follows stastical moderation at mains level but statastical moderation is nothing but an euphemism for scaling method. "statistical moderation of Teacher Assessments" elaborates that scaling is a component of statistical moderation. Thus it invalidates UPSC's argument that it doesnot folow system of scaling at mains level.
Statistical moderation or scaling system followed by UPSC is flawed. Noted statisticians, Natarajan and Gunakesan in their much recognised book, "Scaling Techniques" cautions that scaling techniques should only be introduced wherever circumstsnces permit. Thus according to them this technique is practicable only in a major examination covering more than 33,000 candidates. But UPSC has seem to have ignored this as it has implemented the system for mains examination where just 7000 to 8000 candidates appear. Thus the system doesnot follow the basic criterion require to adopt scaling system. This makes thae adoption of scaing system by UPSC erroneous.
Further UPSC in the affidivit accepts that it follows the system of randomising samples and takes 20 papers at random as samples to be applied to their scaling system so as to reduce inter examiner variation. But Natarajan and Gunakesan suggest that in order to implement scaling technique at least 25 papers and not 20 papers should be drawn. Thus from above two inconsistencies it appears that UPSC ignores even the basic requirement to implement scaling system. This puts a question mark over the efficacy and credibility of its scaling system.

  130. so finally judiciary is in action..though late..i was hoping from that very time when jpsc intentionally didnt released the pt key for the third time..i gave mains ..then interview and finally not selected ..i personaly belived that this time intention of jpsc was to take fair exam..and it tried very well..i am not finally selected and i belive i got poor marks in one paper and i accept my bad performance in that paper for me not being in list of selected candidates.but i also belive that jpsc in trying to be transparent and fair lost it altogether at that very point when it didnt released the final pt key.and justice was denied to all by hon jharkhand high court before mains and court allowed jpsc to conduct exam.i dnt regret for me not be in list of selected..may the best player win..but still I believe justice was denied during pt only..though i dnt belive that anything will happen but hope court will set some example and show jpsc some way how to take transparent ,fair and efficient exam.

justice alok sing ne kaha ki 5860 ka pray hai. pt exam cancel, esliye 2 week ke baad es case ki sunbaaee hogi.

es case me pt exam me garwari ka draft hai agar ye case 4/1/13 ko dispose huaa matlab pt cancel.
aur pt cancel matlab mains, interview and final 219 bhi gaya.

  149. ajay ji my point of contention is first of all if jpsc can give pt answer key for two time then ..why it can not give it for third time ..if it want to be tranparent ..aur agar do baar diya hai to tesri baar dene mein kya aapati hai..it itself shows its malafide intention.i m from law subject and had 89 correct answer ..but finally on basis of 2nd key i got 72 ..it means 3rd key jo jpsc ne nahi diya ..usme bhi garbari hoga..

  158. Ranchi, Dec, 18: Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) 4th Civil Services result once again came under controversy as the candidates who miss the final tally filed the writ petition against result in Jharkhand High court.

Aggrieved candidates had filed two WPS 7050/2012 in the court of Justice Alok Singh which is scheduled for hearing on December 20.Another WPS 8377/2012 was also filed in the court whose date is yet to be given.

Apart from the above case several other cases related to the PT examination are also under progress but due to heavy load of cases in the court the procedure is very slow.

At the same time JPSC is also planning to publish the notification for the 5th civil services examination in coming week.

The action of JPSC to not extend single vacancy in the 4th civil service examination despite of transport department request to appoint RTO itself suggest that JPSC has some doubt regarding the fate of 4th JPSC recruitment drive which was under the controversy since its notification as several cases are filed in Jharkhand High Court.

Given the condition JPSC is planning to conduct 5th Civil Service examination carefully to tame any controversy one can expect that commission will play fair after learning from its previous exercise.

  161. Ranchi, Dec, 20: Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) seems to have trapped in its own web as Jharkhand High Court directs the commission to release the marks sheet and model answer key for the candidates who appeared in the 4th Civil services preliminary Examination in two weeks.

Justice Alok Singh while hearing the WPS 7050/12 directed the JPSC to do so, earlier candidates alleged JPSC for conducting the mains examination based on the wrong answer key.

JPSC has already finalized the recruitment process and sent their recommendation to the government.

Its final result had also challenged by the group of student who alleged about the implementation of faulty scaling system.
