Ranchi, Sept,5 : All eye will be towards Jharkhand High Court on September 7 when once again the most controversial issue associated with JPSC 4th Civil Services PT result will be listed in the cause list of the bench of Justice Alok Singh.
Earlier a Writ petition (5860/2011) was filed against the result of 4th JPSC PT result by aggrieved students who has alleged the JPSC on its malpractices while conducting the PT examination and attached proper evidence in support of their allegation.
The main allegations were the repetition in some optional papers from UPSC previous year Civil Services Examination, Adaptation of faulty scaling system by commission that inflated the marks of student above maximum marks , errors in result publication and faulty model answer despite of the revision will be showcased before the court and court will decide the fate of the examination.
Although several separate writ were filed by citing above matter, in the mean time JPSC has released the result of PT based on the revised model answer (which is yet to be disclosed) and successfully conducted the mains examination whose result will soon released.
As most of the matter is yet to be disposed by the court amid proceedings are running with snail pace the fate of the examination is uncertain all candidates who appeared in the mains and those waiting for cancellation of the examination having no clue.

ReplyDeleteAG ne jo bat court ko bataye hai ki unhone UPSC wala model adapt keaya hai scaling ke leay.
And Model answer ko correct kar leaya gaya hai.
ye dono bat to jhooth hai so court ko is bat pe JPSC pe action lena chaheay.
Agar aj nahi hua kuch to ye log nahi sabbhalenge .
Jharkhand me court ko bhi log bargala rahe hai ye bilkul thik nahi hai.

ReplyDeletejpsc office to sept last week ya oct toh kabhi news paper dekhte rahiye to kabhi ki copy evaluate ho raha hai etc etc kahta hai . ab tuesday ko v dekh liya jaayega ab blog par log likhte to hain ,ho sakta hai kuch logon ko result ke date ka pata ho .

ReplyDeleteJPSC Close To Release 4th Mains Result
Ranchi, Sept, 11: Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) who has conducted the 4th Mains examination for the appointment of above 200 prime posts in the State government office.
The examination had faced various allegation of technical error and matter is still pending in the Jharkhand High Court, meanwhile JPSC has gone ahead and conducted the 4th mains examination in Month of June.
The evaluation of papers has been completed and result is expected to be released by any moment but looking after the matter which is still pending before the Ranchi High court candidates are clue less because if the allegation will be proven then entire examination will come under question.
Prior to conducting the mains examination JPSC has files an affidavit in Ranchi High Court by calming that the Model answer key on the basis of which PT result was declared and mains examination will be conducted is error free.
However despite of student’s demand JPSC didn’t released the Final Model Answer Key to their web site as they have done in previous two attempts.
JPSC was calming that they are moving towards transparency but nobody knows why they have deferred to declare the model answer.
The reports coming out from the court that the errors are still there in the model key

So aram se intjaar kare agar result ana hoga tab Saturday ko hi ayega.
