Ranchi, Sept,5 : All eye will be towards Jharkhand High Court on September 7 when once again the most controversial issue associated with JPSC 4th Civil Services PT result will be listed in the cause list of the bench of Justice Alok Singh.
Earlier a Writ petition (5860/2011) was filed against the result of 4th JPSC PT result by aggrieved students who has alleged the JPSC on its malpractices while conducting the PT examination and attached proper evidence in support of their allegation.
The main allegations were the repetition in some optional papers from UPSC previous year Civil Services Examination, Adaptation of faulty scaling system by commission that inflated the marks of student above maximum marks , errors in result publication and faulty model answer despite of the revision will be showcased before the court and court will decide the fate of the examination.
Although several separate writ were filed by citing above matter, in the mean time JPSC has released the result of PT based on the revised model answer (which is yet to be disclosed) and successfully conducted the mains examination whose result will soon released.
As most of the matter is yet to be disposed by the court amid proceedings are running with snail pace the fate of the examination is uncertain all candidates who appeared in the mains and those waiting for cancellation of the examination having no clue.

Meri jaankari me scaling par sahmati nahi bani jiske karan scaling ko nahi apnaya gaya. Sabhi sub me restricted marks diye gaye hai. Sabse poor marking history and lsw me hua hai. lsw me highest marks 240 ke ass pass hai. Regional language ko achhey marks mile hain.

The Jharkhand Vigilance Bureau is all set to file an inquiry report in the Supreme Court in connection to the Jharkhand Public Service Commission scam in light of the apex court’s comment about possible action against the bureau.
In a veiled indication, the apex court has warned the bureau of dire consequences if it failed to file the inquiry report.
The bureau did not file the report for want of directions while the apex court was hearing the petition against the HC order in the JPSC case and subsequently passed an interim order on August 7 staying the order of the subordinate court in the matter.
The Vigilance Bureau had contended that since it had little to do with the investigation in the matter after the case was handed over to the CBI at the behest of the High Court, it did not think it necessary to file the inquiry report in the apex court.

Jharkhand Public Service Commission will very soon (within a week) declare the result of 4 th civil services mains examination. According to the sources it is almost ready. Chances are that it will be declared before 23 September. Main examination was conducted in the month of May-June 2012. However litigation is still pending in Ranchi High Court and those who had failed in prelims are demanding cancelation of preliminary examination. Total 219 posts have to filled by this examination. Interview date will be announced soon after declaration of mains result. About 550 students willbe called for interview.

मै किसी भी प्रकार से झारखण्ड लोग सेवा आयोग से समबन्धित नहीं हूँ. पर कल रात मुझे एक ई-मेल मिला जिसमे किसी व्यक्ति ने कुछ आपत्तिजनक बातें कहीं थी. मुझे मामला समझ में नहीं आया. फिर मैंने जेपीएससी से जुड़े इस पोस्ट को देखा तो अब पूरा माजरा समझ में आ रहा है. अतः दो-तीन बातें स्पष्ट कर दूँ -
१. मेरा नाम अजय प्रसाद है. मै कभी जेपीएससी के लिए फॉर्म भरा करता था. पर झारखण्ड और जेपीएससी के भ्रष्टाचार से तंग आकार मैंने इस राज्य और जेपीएससी दोनों का ही हमेशा के लिए त्याग कर दिया (२०१० में)
२. मैं फिलहाल केवल और केवल बीपीएससी की तैयारी करता हूँ ना कि जेपीएससी की. मै अभी बीपीएससी के मेंस रिजल्ट का इंतज़ार कर रहा हूँ.
३. मैं इस ब्लॉग पर करीब दो माह से कमेन्ट कर रहा हूँ. मेरे सभी कमेन्ट केवल और केवल हिंदी में होते हैं, मैं कभी भी अंग्रेजी भाषा में कमेन्ट नहीं करता हूँ (एक दो छोटे-मोटे अपवाद होंगे)
४. मैंने आज के पहले कभी भी जेपीएससी के किसी पोस्ट से जुड़ा कोई कमेन्ट नहीं किया है. मैं सिर्फ बीपीएससी से जुड़े पोस्ट पर ही कमेन्ट करता हूँ.
५. मेरा नाम अजय प्रसाद है ना कि अजय चौधरी. मुझे लगता है किन्ही व्यक्ति ने बीपीएससी के पोस्ट पर मेरे द्वारा किये कमेन्ट से मेरा ई-मेल आईडी लिया और मुझे अजय चौधरी समझ लिया. वो कोई अलग व्यक्ति होंगे, जिन्हें मै जानता भी नहीं हूँ.

freinds on 11-09-12 I had posted that most probably result Next month aayega, then some frnds were making hue and cry and giving the information that result coming today or tomorrow, now Today Newspaper's Item regarding publication of result cleary indicate that my sources had given me very authentic information, We can hope now result will come by 1st week of oct,if any adverse direction not pronounce by court or any other new development happens in JPSC.

dear friend dont believe on news papers report/information. information based on Prabhat khabar and Dainik Bhaskar are not trustworthy. main exam result will be out between 10-15 October. that is for sure!I assure you that it is not going to be published on or before 23rd of september! that is all I can say at this juncture! be calm and have patience! all the best!
