JPSC has divulged the Model Answer Key based on that mains examination was conducted ,It is learned that the Key submitted in High Court still have errors.
JPSC experts of Public Administrative Optional subject has given wrong answer for the very basic question asked in the Public Administration.
In its re-revised new model answer of Public Administration, JPSC has altered nine questions from the 100 question asked in the PT amongst them 4 question has been deleted while answer of 5 question has been changed.

Pankaj tum kuchh bhi kar lo ab tum pass hone se rahe. 1 ya 2 error har answer key me ho sakte hai. Answer akhir expert ne diya hai. High court galat hai aur pankaj aur baki failed students galat hai. Are bhai fail kiye ho to agey ki taiyari karo. Nahi to wrong answer wrong answer wrong answer karte rah jaoge.

manoj bhai saheb aapne to ye assume kar liya ki aap failed student hi us questions ka answer sahi karenge aur jo passed hain wo to aiwein hi hain.. itna to aapko maan lena chahiye ki jo paas huwe hain wo fail se achhe hain.. to wo v sahi karenge.. aur scaling ke baad koi fark nahi parega final result me.. aur ye avi writ petition hai isme saare subject ka nahi aayega.. but yes I agree ki JPSC ko mains lene ke pahle hi apna model answer nikalna chahiye tha.. n jo v mistake fir v tha use remove kar lena tha.. aur sirf 1 queation galat hai.. non coercive theory ko hataya gaya hai to uske peechhe jaroor koi logic hoga.. delete karne wala v expert hi tha.. ye logic dena ki upsc me aaya tha so nahi hataya jaa skata gale nahi utrti.. upsc ne model answer to diya nahi tha.. aur balwantrai mehta wale ka dono hi answer sahi hai one directly n another indirectly.. so better this question should hvbeen deleted...

Further question delete karne ke karan usae affected students ko compensate karna chaiye jaisa patna hc ne kiya tha. Sabhi students ko apne subject ka model answer jpsc se mangna chaiye tabhi commission ka sara omission aur commission samne aa payega.

Highcourt ne result pe stay nahi lagaya hai. Stay order written me hota hai verbal nahi. Regional ka copy bhi check ho chuka hai. Scaling process chal raha hai. Sase tham kar result ka intejar kare. Result kabhi bhi aa sakta hai. Kal court me bahas hui magar justice tiwari par bahas ka koi asar nahi hua, hoga bhi kaise 1 ya 2 answer to controversial hote hi hai. No stay!
ReplyDeleteMain petitioners and Chaatra JAgran MAnch se request karta hoon ki wo apna case wapas le len...Kyunki unka jo main case tha wo PT ko cancel karane se tha... Ab unhe v pata hai ki pt kisi v haalat me cancel nahi hoga.. Agar bahut jyada hua to ya to mains cancel hoga ya 8-10 naye logon ko fir se mains dene ko kaha jayega... jabki iska fayda sirf boundary line wale kuch ladko ko hi milega aur jyadatar petitioners ko ise koi fayda nahi hai.. Par isse jo mains diye hain unhe jaroor taqleef ho rahi hai as delay ho jayega aur saath me frustration v aati hai.... Petitioners v apna paisa aur time kharch kar rahe hain bina wajah ye jante hue ki PT mains hone ke baad kisi v haalat me cancel nahi ho sakta..as koi wajah hi nahi hai.. so unse request hai ki wo mains dene wale students ke points ko samjhe aur apne petitions wapas le len .. ye sabke liye sahi hai...

ReplyDeleteGovernment and JPSC ko age badhkar 5th JPSC announced kar dena chaheay so fail ladke aur wo v jo 4th me pass hai aur door door tak sabkuch thik hota nahi dikh raha hai bhi jod laga kar lag jayenge.
Sabse achha yahi rahega isime sabka bhala hai.
bhai logon 1 ya 2 answer galat hain wo v agar worst case scenario len to 3 ya 4 paper me.. Aap sabko pata hai ki scaling hui hai.. Isiliye actual marks ultimately scaled marks me badal jata hai to chalo 20-30 naye ladke aa sakte hain jo mains ke liye eligible honge...Ab jara aap log common sense se bataiye ki kya 30-40 ladkon ke liye 3400 ladkon ke liye liya gaya mains cancel ho sakta hai.. Koi v court decision lene ke pahle ye sochti hai ki kitne log affected honge... So mains cancel to kisi v court se nahi ho sakta.. jyada se jyada un 30-40 ladkon ke liye alag se mains ho sakta hai jaise uppcs me ekbaar hua tha.. But chunki JPSC obviously naaraaj hoga un logon se as use phir se poora exam , question paper organise karna parega.. so unhe written me no nahi diya jayega aur agar 1-2 interview ke liye pahunch v gaye to wahan unse hisaab kitaab tay kar liya jayega..

Court process se jo mains diye hain unke liye thodi deri aur hogi jo kisi ke liye v sahi nahi hai neither for those who r appearing in mains n nor for those who have failed.. Kyunki ab tak 5th pt ka notification aa jata.. lekin chunki 4th bematlab ka der kiya jaa raha hai , isiliye 5th kisi v haal me tab tak nahi aayega jab tak 4th ka interview start na ho jaye.. jhan tak chance hai ki 5th me jyada seat aane ki sambhawana hai.. par agar bematlab ke court cases se 4th ke result me deri ki gayi to bahut sambhawna hai ki unme se kuch seat 4th me hi jod di jaye aur finally failed students ko aur v loss ho jaye....
Aise v sirf 291 seat hai aur so only avi v sirf 9% students jo mains me appear hue hain qualify karenge aur 90% finally fail hi honge..
Isiliye sabke liye behtar ye hai ki 4th ke result me vyavdhan nahi daala jaye taki 5th ka notifiacatyion aa sake aur usme kafi seats aaye.. Aur failed students pls mehnat karein.. Ab kavi v 20000 result PT me jpsc me nahi aayega.. isiliye accordingly prepare karein aur CSAT hoga so scaling ka v issue nahi rahega aage se...

LAst hearing jo 19 july ko hui thi usme jahan tak mujhe pata hai court ne verbally kaha tha ki bina is case ke decision ke koi result nahi aayega.. varbal words ka koi matlab nahi hota hai.. either written me order hota hai ya JPSC ne writing me diya hota .. To aisa kuch nahi hai as aisa kuch hota to jharkhand ke saare main news paper me aa aa jata... fir v kisi ko jpsc ke sources se kuch aur jankari mile to jaroor update kijiyega..

Is liye jpsc ko students ko compensate karna hi hoga jaisa bpsc mai hua tha. Further wrong answer ke aadhar par pt result valid ho hi nahi sakta. Jpsc ka affidavit galat sabit ho gaya hai. Aur tum jada uudo maat . Tumhara prayas hum students mai phut dalane ka safal nahi hoga. Tum 5th jpsc ki taiyari karo, hum log to isi baar 20000 baccho ke saath paas karenge. Jai CJM.

8 aug. ko supreme court me sarkar(a.g.- anil kumar sinha ka relatives- rohit sinha 2nd jpsc me hai) ne jawab file nahi kiya jiske karan no wark no pay ka dicision stay ho gaya.
eska matlab ye nahi ki sarkar jeet gayi aur hum har gaye.

aur 23 optional paper me lagbhag 200 wrong hone ki sambhawna hai.
aur pichali baar to 210 model ans me garwari ke karan 840 paas student fail ho chuke the
esi karan 2194 result ko baar baar badkar 3513 kiya gaya fir bhi 327 pass student fail hi rah gaye.
esliye 23 optional paper ka jab model ans samne aaya to 3513 me 900-1000 student to gaye.
esliye intzaar kare.
ajay jee last time jo fail hue tha usme se jyadatar model answer badalne ke chalte nahi balki scaling system badalne ke chalte fail hue the..pahle 200 me 220-240 tak marks de diya gaya tha jo baad me ghata kar 199.9 tak kar diya and this is the reason that most students failed..

Jabki haqiqat ye hai ki jyadatar ladke galat answer nahi balki scaling method change hone ki wajah se fail ho rahe the re-revised result me..
pahle history ko chhorkar baki saare subjects ko 220-230 aur 240 tak no mile the scaling me out of 200..history me highes bus 182 tha.. aur general ka cutoff 243 tha to bahut se ladke jinhe kafi kam marks mile the gs me wo sab v faulty scaling ki wajah se qualify kar gaye..
JAb scaling method chg kiya gaya to saare paper me highest around 199 diya gaya jo ki history me v tha..aur baki ko usi ratio me no diya gaya.. Aur general ka cut off 262 chala gaya..Ab gs me minimum 63 lna hi tha as 199 highest aa sakta ta paper me.. uske chalte bahut se ladke jina gs me 50-55 tha wo sab pahle to faulty scaling ke chalte qualify kiye he but ab fail ho gaye... so 3 ranker 7 ranker aur maximum ladke fail ho gaye .wrong answe se hardly 40-50 ladke affected hue the..
isiliye aaplog pls in baaton se gumraah na ho...aur apna keemti waqt barbaad na karein..
jo jpsc mains likhe hain pls. jpsc chairman ko n controller of exam ko mail likhein ki mains me v scaling kiya jaye taki saare papers ko level playing field mil sake otherwise baki log sirf mains likhenge aur qualify sirf regional language aur lsw wale karenge.....mail id jpsc.gov.in par vailable hai..

JPSC 4th is also going like 2nd the people will be appointed with it will be debarred by court in times to come.
It could be better to scrap the exam and conduct fresh examination solve the issue no doubt Chairman’s efforts are good but he is not getting support from the junk system of Jharkhand.
Jharkhand is on the verge on another revolution.
It has became a model state as far as corruption is concerned.

about 670 students will appear in the interview.
The place where jharkhand administrative services training will take place was given to IIM ranchi but jpsc has also directed the IIM ranchi to vacate the training premises. the students of IIM ranchi have been shifted to khel gaon.
Jpsc is fully prepared to complete the examination process by October.

Kitna baada baada comment likh raha hum log ko convince karne ke liye. Par ek baat jaan ja wrong keys par koi selection ho hi nahi sakta. Yeh baat aab jpsc ko bhi pata lag gai hogi. Wo khud in keys ko correct karega.

This is mockery of the exam system... Best is to go for scaling so that all can be at level playing field.. aur next time se optional system hi hata dena chahiye.. common subjects like pub ad eco etc hona chahiye...kam se kam jpsc scaling karke sabko equal mauka to de raha hai..

But the truth remains that no commission after knowing that its keys are not 100% (yes 100%) correct can go forward with selection process. It has to rectify its fault. From next time donot try impress us by your voluminous english because if we decide we can eat english, talk english and f.... english. If they would have confidence in their Answer key then they would have published on their web site.Why they are still hiding.
One way Charmain is telling about transparency and other way they are not coming out with much needed information.

ReplyDeleteDost JPSC me scaling hoga mains me.. ye clearly kaha hai controller ne.. to prescaled marks kitna v aa jaye..khorta me aur kahin v but post scaling to wahin aa jayega.. sab log apni taraf se mail bhejiye chairman ko scaling ke liye..hum logon ne 6-7 mail bheja hai.. aap log v bhejiye.. nahi to baki optional bus naam ke liye hi appear honge....

ReplyDeleteakash bhai , it is wisely understood that because of eid mubarak ,jpsc meeting would be postponed for tuesday or wednesday but there are apprehensions that perhaps regional paper hasn't been corrected and other one is that scaling process is ongoing or stuck for wanting of conclusion of regional papers . we must admit there is delay but we don't know the reason .thanx
