BPSC 53-55 Mains cut off could realize around 700

BPSC has conducted the mains examination successfully although some typological errors were seen in the question papers, till now the applicants have evaluated their performance till so I am starting the discussion board to find out the consensus opinion about the cut off in the mains examination.

The total number of seats is 741

About 30% student was absent it means about 14000 students appeared in mains examination.

Previous years Cut Off's in BPSC Examination

  • In 47th BPSC Examination it was 731
  • I n 48-52nd BPSC Examination it was 742 against the Vacancy of 388
  • In 46th BPSC Exam cutoff was 715

Current year question pattern was bit different to break the trend in GS under which statistics was complex and time consuming for arts student.

BPSC is going to implement some moderation tool to make level playing field after the guidance of Patna HC to arrest some additional advantage to some optional papers.

The central statically tendency reflects that this time there r many reasons of cutoff will land in the bands of 680-720 because seats are more.

Please share your opinion about the examination experience to find more appropriate cut off line for interview.

  2. pankaji,u are right.
will bpsc follow moderation in main this time?.i think it will not.

    ReplyDelete
  3. GS I was tough students will struggle to cross 100 in this and cut off will be 650-670 bcz seats are more than double from previous year

    ReplyDelete
  4. Optional were also tough moderation is evident because HC has directed the BPSC to do so ..

    ReplyDelete
  5. In 46th BPSC cutoff for general was 715, and I got 693 marks but was short by 22 marks.

    ReplyDelete
  6. i had got an opportunity to talk to bpsc secretary with a group of students at bpsc office gate & we hd asked about the moderation bcz of high court order , but he hd suggested that there is no such plan of any moderation methods till now but,
he hd promised to take care of all these grievances strictly...

  9. Philosophy and aNTHRO WILL SUFFER MOST IF MODERATION WILL ADOPTED

    ReplyDelete
  10. Copies checker took money from coaching institute that was d reason for high marks. this year anthro philo and maithali wont get undue advantage.

    ReplyDelete
  11. BPSC MAINS KA CUTT-OFF 660-680 KE BICH HO SAKTA HAI.

    ReplyDelete
  12. same way people talked about pt cut off, seats are more, questions were difficult so cut off will be lower, but we saw....cut off was high.... same way we may see in mains also

    ReplyDelete
  13. Jpsc ka expected cut off subject-wise bhi please batayie..

    ReplyDelete
  14. commission copy ka monitring karwa raha hai.

so Phillosophy ,Anthropology, and Mathematics people wont get more than 70% marks this year.

Thats why Cut off will go down i agree with pankaj ji that this year more than double seat is to be filled by BPSC with respect to last year so 700 is going to be benchmark.

Every body feels GS-I was tough..

however the range will contract this year

  15. BREAKING NEWS- GS1 PAPER KE EVALUATION MAIN AVERAGE 95-105 MARKS DIYA GAYA

    ReplyDelete
  16. mains ki copy mein kuch local students setting karwaate hai jyada no ke leay

    ReplyDelete
  17. Anthro ka syllabus chota hai aur options jyada hota hai and in fact number of students are also more so obviously people will get more marks. Subject selection is imp criteria for civil services exam.... that shows ur intelligence.... If somebody take zool then he is going to suicide since syll is large. u have less option and question pattern is difficult.... u prepare two topic of zool or complete syll of anthro in same time

    ReplyDelete
  18. Anthro jab itna chamakari optional hai to UPSC mw keon ajkal gayab hai

    ReplyDelete
  19. Dont compare anthro's syllabus of UPSC and BPSC. First u go have a look on both syllabus then give such a foolish comment......Dear I am good at Zoology still I went for anthro and that time I was not having idea of score but seeing syllabus, question pattern and level of difficulty I selected anthro though I was not knowing abc of Anthro

    ReplyDelete
  20. in mathematics paper-1, out of syllabus questions were there.in maths-2,i am convinced most of the students have correctly solved less than 100 marks,so if the marks are reduced ,it will be great injustice to maths students.even last time only 4 students got more than 300 marks.so why are calling it a favourable optional.

    ReplyDelete
  21. LSW was also difficult so students are not going to get good marks in totality...

So cut off will certainly come down from the previous year

    ReplyDelete
  22. I also agree with the above comment bcz 2 question in 1st paper was having errors and second paper was completely applied except few question...

    ReplyDelete
  23. in geology, the questions were shockingly wild.

in geography, i hd just felt that questions were surprising & away from the nornal pattern.

not sure of fetching good marks :( :(

    ReplyDelete
  24. Geography was also out of previous trend ,it was hard to loft good marks in this...

Anthropology was also not in line with the trend.

If scaling will be put on it will further reduce the chance

    ReplyDelete
  25. Hindi was also tough ...
PA was in line so PA ppl wl get good marks

    ReplyDelete
  26. kaun kahta hai ki Geography ka question tough tha??? 1st paper to bilkul expected line par tha. 2nd paper thoda applied jaroor tha lekin isme to questions almost aise hi aate the. is bar Geography ke question pattern ko dekhte hue kaha ja sakta hai ki 1st paper me sabhi question theek thak likhne wale ko 140+ jaroor aayega. jahan tak 2nd paper ki baat hai to jisne bhi sabhi question acche se likha hai use 150+ aayega aur normal likhne wale ko 120-140 tak kuch bhi aa sakta hai.all in all is bar Geography boom karega aur average marks 270 ke around rahega

    ReplyDelete
  27. Generalise and simple papers will not attract maximum marks, the paper where generalise questions were asked, students will get general marks like 110 to 120. But in the paper where tough questions were asked, students will get good marks if anybody has attempted all the questions. One more thing, seeing the previous trends of BPSC making, this year philosphy, anthropology, maithili, sanskrit and persian subjects will attract below average marks. Just I am giving you one example. In 47th exam students of hindi literature got average 130 to 150 marks but in 48 to 52 exam they were butchered (however there are exception cases). So this year LSW, geography, hindi literature, history etc will be benefited. Last but not least, last year due to philosphy students of UP were selected at large scale. So this year Local subject LSW will be promoted (it seems so) so that local students find maximum places in final list.

    ReplyDelete
  28. How scaling is done

    ReplyDelete
  29. How people are saying GS-I was difficult it was easy paper

  30. Whatever imaginations an idle man can do those all will be applied here in bpsc & jpsc mains papers, so u hv got one of d best job to do on dis blog.

    ReplyDelete
  31. any one has any idea about law paper?

    ReplyDelete
  32. this time cut off 4 gen will b near abt 700-720

    ReplyDelete
  33. Cut-off will only depend upon marking pattern.

In the 48-52 BPSC exam. , the average mark in Anthropology and Philosophy was around 75% , although questions in these papers were not very easy.

In every main exam. , one or two subjects booms which affects the final cut-off.

    ReplyDelete
  34. you are absolutely right sonalika. Actually bpsc mains is gamble at some extent. Nobody knows which subjects are going to outperfom others. wait and watch.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Sonalika, what r ur optionals in mains bpsc and jpsc?

    ReplyDelete
  36. many things decided cutoff
examination had taken on short notice
    No of seats
    question pattern and difficulty level
    Marking pattern
I think cutoff will around 675-700 if anthro students will get avrage 300 marks then all the students of anthro will qualified for interview & this will not possible first time BPSC followed a diffirent pattern but a some extent so no one say what will the markinf pattern

    ReplyDelete
  37. @ Prashant you absolutely right i also feeels that cut off will land below 690 bcz only GS will reduce 25 marks and seat no will reduce 30 marks ...
if BPSC will direct the examiners to moderate the no in Anthro and Phillosoply it further reduced by 10 masks..

    si i count...
    25+30+20=75
cut of in 48-52 was 742

    Upcoming cutoff wll be..
    742-75= 667 -+ (20)

    what i feel

    ReplyDelete
  38. Sonalika what r ur optional subjects in mains?

    ReplyDelete
  39. Hindi and history. Kyon koi kam hai kya?Bar bar puch rhe ho.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Sonalika, tumko pass karne ka bahut achchha chance hai. Mera optional history aur geog hai.

    ReplyDelete
  41. suman yaha par to baksh do ..tum yaha bhi suru ho gaye..

    ReplyDelete
  42. Hi everyone, One question please----------> is there anything like moderation or scalling done by BPSC? because highcourt directed bpsc some time back to create "level playing field" for all subjects. so what did bpsc do in last exam(48th - 52nd)? ad what do they plan to do for this exam? anyone any idea?

    ReplyDelete
  43. Kya shi me history aur hindi optional ka copy check ho gya hai? Kuch logo ne btaya hai ki history me jyada khas nhi kar paye hai students. Anthro phir se boom kar sakta hai shayad.

    ReplyDelete
  44. when result will come?

    ReplyDelete
  45. as per my knowledge, only the evaluation processes of G.S. papers r going on.

i m sure, not an optional paper evaluations has comleted or may even not hv started.

if i m wrong then sorry ..friends..

    ReplyDelete
  46. I also got the information that GS papers will be finally evaluated in one week time.

As far as Optionals are concerned BPSC is conducting series of Meeting how to implement moderation in optional papers that fetches abnormally high marks it means Anthropology , Philosophy,Sanskrit to suffer most..

    God Bless US

    ReplyDelete
  47. ANTHROPOLOGY, PHILOSOPHY, SANSKRIT AND PERSIAN WILL SUFFER MOST THIS TIME, THIS IS MORE THAN 100 PERCENT TRUE. STUDENTS WILL SCORE HARDLY 90 TO 115 MARKS IN THESE PAPERS ACCORDING TO BPSC PREVIOUS YEARS MARKING PATTER

    ReplyDelete
  48. Yes is bar Anthro pit gaya, Philosphy loot gaya aur sanskrit mar gaya par Persian khil gaya. Yes friends this time more marks would be given in Persian, urdu, Pol Sc,geo, Hindi, history. So students with these optionals should start preparing for interview aur bhaiya/ bhabhi with anthro and philo should get ready to sell ground nut in PG line...........

    ReplyDelete
  49. one bad news... maximum students in GS I got less than 80 marks though there are students who scored more than 140 also......this time paper evaluation is very strict as directed by cabinet......Due to moderation maths and geo students are loosing marks not anthro and persian

    ReplyDelete
  50. arey bhai koi pub-ad aur lsw ki marking ka information bhi dedo

  52. General hindi and g.s. Ka copy check ho rha hai. Baki sab bakwas lagta hai.
Jpsc july end me result declare karne ki soch rha hai.

    ReplyDelete
  53. Hindi is in boom LSW like every year going to perform............how this is possible to give result by end of july....when BPSC result ll be out in December

    ReplyDelete
  54. Any probale date for declaration of BPSC main exam?
How much time it took for same last time?

    ReplyDelete
  55. JPSC is smart enough to do everything...

They wl give result in 2 months time bcz no of student is less and as matter is in court so they want to do fast to keep court in pressure...

    ReplyDelete
  56. Last time BPSC had taken 10 month to evaluate the paper how they can do by December.

Till now they haven;t started checking the papers...more than 100000 paper to be evaluated

    ReplyDelete
  57. You are all doing time-pass on the basis of wild speculations.

    ReplyDelete
  58. what about conversion rate of marks in bpsc mains...if anyone attempt all question, will he get 60% marks? In upsc mains people get poor marks..
Does marking depend on no of pages also?

    ReplyDelete
  59. Gone those days dear if you write above average answers then you will easely get 60% marks.

Page count donot matter here because most of the question asked in applied form so needed good skills to write right answer as per asked line.

    ReplyDelete
  60. Good abswer will give u 30+ marks
    Average one 18-20
    So So-10
    Faltu-below 10

    (Total marks-40)

    As per my past experience

    ReplyDelete
  61. Cut off for upsc was arround 41% and for Bpsc people say around 60%..that means marking in bpsc is not that strict towards content only..

    ReplyDelete
  62. what i feel is that the mains score of the last appointed candidate (genral catgory) could be 750 or more.

    ReplyDelete
  63. @Ratnesh u must see the marking trend in Intv bcz BPSC intv marks varies in large band so it also plays important role in selection.

People getting sub 100 marks have good chance

    ReplyDelete
  64. there is mass scale corruption in interview

even if one get good marks in mains...the corrupt members have the opportunity to disqualify the candidate by giving 60-65 marks and this is a reality

    ReplyDelete
  65. Bhai jo galat answer denge unko kahan se 95-105 milenga...

I know several people who got 100 to 105 without any setting getting they just given answer of 80% answers

    ReplyDelete
  66. is baar up ke sala logo ko 40 to 70 hi interview me bpsc dega, uppsc aur rpsc jaysa, tabhi bihar ki janta ka selecton mass level pe hoga.aur ye up ke kutte phi dubara nahi ayege patna me exam dene.jab inka psc karta hai wakwas scaling and low marks in interview, tab bpsc ko bhi inka model adopt karna perega.
bihar psc is meant for biharis not outsiders dogs/bitchs.

    ReplyDelete
  88. No advantages__& Now the No. in English medium is large.

    ReplyDelete
  89. English medium students are benefited in the BPSC on large extent

    ReplyDelete
  90. IT`S A MYTHS....ONLY CONTENT & QUALITY MATTERS___i accept English Medium attracts some way__but only on quality.

    ReplyDelete
  91. earlier there was some advantage to english medium candidate because of their limited numbers...but this time i dont think that there will be no such advantage because huge numbers of students have given exam with english medium

    ReplyDelete
  92. labour and social welfare waale students aap log please bpsc ko mail kijiye yaa letter likhiye ki question number 4 mein jo date ki galti thi uske basis pe students ko nuksaan nahi ho.

    ReplyDelete
  93. If Huge number of English medium students have appeared in the BPSC it means Hindi medium students have more suffering ahead.

    ReplyDelete
  94. U people are unnecessary panic.......marks are given for content not for medium of answer...I wrote in English but people suggest me to write in Hindi to get better marks

    ReplyDelete
  95. I attempted 4.5 question in history II and mistakenly wrote a question wrong in anthro. I left 1 question of 9marks in stats. question of fukusima, attempted 75% due to lack of time.

My frnds told , more or less it happened with all candidates. But I m afraid of this. Pl. share ur view.

    ReplyDelete
  96. @priya Your Friend rightly said you Don't worry about 1-2 question if u have done other question with optimum efficiency you will definitely making in the merit list.
    Wishing you all the best

    ReplyDelete
  97. Unfortunately in BPSC people appearing in BPSC with eng medium considered brilliant or comparatively better student while evaluating the paper.

Thats why same content in eng-hin medium gives better marks to the eng medium student.

    This is unfortunate but true

    ReplyDelete
  98. Priya, you dont worry and start preparing for interview. Even if you have written 9 questions correctly in anthro u will score more than 275...I too wrote types of marriage in place of ways of marriage.... so will u write in detail about other questions of anthro

    ReplyDelete
  99. Anthro math, phillo me moderation hoga

    ReplyDelete
  100. Ya i also did so. I hv mistakenly written types of mrg. Will we get mark in this question.

Have u appeared in bpsc mains before? It was my 1st chance and i hve viven answer based on anil mishra notes.

What should be avg. Score in g.s.
I hve written history section of g.s. in well manner while other question in avg.
His. II question was tough. I attempted 3 from modern and 1.5 from world his. The que. were not straight in nature. What should i get in history if tried to give answer in well format.

  102. my dear brothers/sisters dont be in thought that there is going to be any moderation........Anil Mishra's notes good.....some 10 marks in that question also be getting as said by Vikram sir

    ReplyDelete
  103. this year, anthropology and philosphy average marks (in both papers) 220 to 210. BPSC never repeats. This is trend of BPSC from last 10 years. It is true that moderation is not going to be followed but that doesn't matter because bpsc has its own trend.

    ReplyDelete
  104. No matter what but anthro , philosophy, math will not see old glory at list this year in BPSC.

Very hard to get above 250 BPSC directed the examiner to donot cross 250 in this subject

  110. has anyone attempted the question no 3 of modern indian history which asked about the causes of awakening of the indians in the early period. i mistook this question and wrote only about ram mohan roy, wahabi movement, rehnumayi mazadanmovent etc in a well presented way. how much marks can i expect from this question. 2ndly, what should have been written in kuwarsingh question ,i have given the the discription of the war and then wrote 4-5 lines praising him.in the next question too (birsa) igave the description of the activity of birsa, the prevailing socioeconomic condition of the tribal ares but did not write much for praising birsa.therefore plz tell me how should i expect from these two questions

    ReplyDelete
  111. as this is my 1st attempt i dont any idea of the marking pattern i did a 9 marks question wrong in statistics and over all expecting 785 marks in total but i also have a fear by seeing large no of uncles(above 35)writing the exam and i wonder what has hindered them for not qualifying this exam for such a long time.i tell you frankly the question of history were not tricky or asked from mars i did solve all the question in all the the papers with varying success but dont have an idea about the performance of the other aspirants. my optionals were history and pali and i welcome queries on these subjects on my email id abhishekraj.jnu@gmail.com

    ReplyDelete

  116. Bpsc mains me kitne candidates ke bich serious competition hoga. Means kitne larke hoge jinhone mains ki taiyari ki hogi.

Mere class room me history paper ke din 40% candidates ne 2 hr. ke bad kuch likhna hi chor diya tha. Anthro paper me bhi at least 25% logo ne 2 hr. me hi kuch likhna chor diya tha. I think out of 13,000 candidates who appeared in mains, approx 6000 candidates are from banking railway ssc etc aspirants. At least3000 r those who prepared for psc but r non serious

  144. evaluation of BPSC G.S. paper has just started (from 15 july) and surprise to hear that 2nd paper are getting more marks than 1st. although it is very early trends but clearly indicating that statistics have damaged candidates to some extent. picture will be clearer till 15 september when whole evaluation of G.S. paper get completed.

    ReplyDelete
  145. shekher it means most of the students hav performed badly in stats

    ReplyDelete
  146. it was obvious. paper2 was easier than than paper 1 except the science tech qustions

    ReplyDelete
  147. according to me paper 2 was not so easy because pure polity was asked and that too wid applied aspect

    ReplyDelete
  148. aap sabhi logo se ek sawaal hai..

gs paper 1 mein bihar polity change after 1991 pe jo question poocha gaya tha ...iss question ko aaplog polity kaa question maante hai ya economics kaa?
kyuki ye question economics section mein poocha gaya tha aur 1991 kaa matlab liberalisation privatisation aur globalisation se ho sakta hai

    apni opinion dijiye

    ReplyDelete
  149. which questions do u think were difficult for all the students in paper 2.but statistics in paper 1 was really tricky as in question no 10 they asked to ascertain expenditure which was nowhere mentioned in the graph.i did questio no 11 and 12

    ReplyDelete
  150. bhai agar polity likha hai to economic kaise man len

    ReplyDelete
  151. polity was also tricky...in the centre state relationship question...federal set up was also asked but as most of the student didnt wrote federal aspect

    ReplyDelete
  152. bhai polity bhi economics se related hoti hai...maante ho naa...
mai khud bhi confused hu kyuki ye question economics section mein poocha gaya tha aur 1991 mein india mein lpg aaya tha.

polity kaa section paper 2 mein tha

    ReplyDelete
  153. dit u right the federal sset up correcty

    ReplyDelete
  154. mai ye nahi keh raha ki mai sahi hu..mai sirf aap logo se poochna chahta hu ki kya aisa bhi ho sakta hai ki nahi

    ReplyDelete
  155. dekho bhai nitish sarkar hai abhi kam bhi kar rahi isliye thora apan barai bhi sunna chahti hai is liye to eysa question diya gaya tha. 1991 economic reform ki bat sahi hai par yahan iska relevance nahi hai. aap previos question utha kar dekh lijiye har bar eysa ek aad chuski llene wala question aata hi hai. aap question ko overestimate kar rahe hain

    ReplyDelete
  156. ho sakta hai...mujhe laga ki ye bhi ek dimension ho sakta hai...ho sakta hai maine galti answer likh di ho

    ReplyDelete
  157. stat ka question sach me tough aur time consuming tha

    ReplyDelete
  158. rishi total kitna expect kar rahe ho

    ReplyDelete
  159. bhai maine G.S. 1st paper me 5 question kafi achhe se likha hai aur 1 question average hai. statistics me mere 43 marks ke correct hai to main kitna marks expect kar sakta hoon? 2nd paper me maine sabhi question lagbhag achhe se likha hai.isme mujhe kitna tak aa sakta hai??

    ReplyDelete
  160. kyon mazak kar rahe ho bhai.kya apna experience share karke marks poochna galat hai.anyway sorry bhai!!

    ReplyDelete
  161. bhai ranjan tumhara paper bilkul meere jaisa gaya hai 41 stat me aur 13th finance commission so so likha hai paper 2 main scinence and tech chod kar sabhi quesstion ache se kiya hai mai paper 1, 2 mein me 120,130 expect kar raha hun. chaho to detail me discus kar sakte hain

    ReplyDelete
  162. Ranjan ji u can get more than 300

    ReplyDelete
  163. itna sannata kyun hai bhai

    ReplyDelete
  164. bpsc interviewer kya biased hote hai?

    ReplyDelete
  165. yaar ranjan one thing is certain that you will get good marks in G.S. I can not predict you actual marks but if you have solved stats. correctly of more than 40 marks and have also written the rest questions more than average than you might crossed the 150 marks barrier in 1st paper. as far as 2nd paper is concerned, I personally feel that even if you have written all the 8 question up to the mark, it will be hard to cross 140 mark. so all in all you, as per my assesment, will definately cross the 275 marks in G.s. the nature of 2nd paper of G.S.consist of so much varience and aspect that no one can (barring some) claim that he or she has written up to the mark. some may not be agreed with me but it is true.

  166. neelkamal, what should have been written in kuwarsingh question ,i have given the the discription of the war and then wrote 4-5 lines praising him.in the next question too (birsa) igave the description of the activity of birsa, the prevailing socioeconomic condition of the tribal ares but did not write much for praising birsa.therefore plz tell me how should i expect from these two questions

    ReplyDelete
  167. you have written just 50 percent of the required aspect

    ReplyDelete
  168. plz let me know the full answer in points, neelkamal

    ReplyDelete
  169. Dear friend Kunwar singh question was a critical question it was needed complete understanding of sing’s affairs.

Along with a short description of wars fought by Singh you must have written the following matter.

Kunwar shingh was a fighter failed to hold the area in longer run.

Kunwar singh always supported other leader but failed to attract them in Bihar.

Kunwar singh alwas moves westward ignored eastern part where britishers having strong hold.

He remained rooming across the area failed to give formidable alliance in their own region.

Supported by the event and example from his war story.

And many other such things which was critical for him.

Answer would have been written on the above line.

  171. Bhai agar GS ki copy 15th september tak check ho jayegi to fir optionals ki copy kitna time legi? result kab tak expected hai?

    ReplyDelete
  172. neelkamal ji u r right...pankaj ur approach is good...one more thing tat kunwar singh failed to coordinate with other fighters of 1857 and he revolted basically due to save his zamindari interest are other two most important points in critical evaluation

    ReplyDelete
  173. gs ke comparison mein optionals mein kam copy hoti hai...aur ye koi zaruri nahi ki gs ke baad hi optionals evaluation shuru ho

    ReplyDelete
  174. thanks a lot you have mentioned a number of points which i havent read in any book so far. but tell me honestly howmany people or % may have written such excellent answers in the examination hall.

    ReplyDelete
  175. May be... Only one who has mention all these points

    ReplyDelete
  176. @Pankaj Sir:

You have brilliant concept you have given appropriate point.

I have gone through several book never got it.

I think this is your conceptual evolution great point you have carved out of Kunwar Singh Story.

I think this is all about understanding the question and knowing the matter.

Answer was hidden in the kunwar singh story but we all failed to do so because we haven't thought like this.

    Thanks

    ReplyDelete
  177. with all due respect , i too wrote all those points in kuwarsingh question. if you have read 3-4 different books on the topic you can clearly see that kuwar singh - (A) kept moving constantly (B) didnot take help from other fighters whom he helped (C) did not provide sufficient rest and recharge to his army and (D) did not try to include other jamindars in his alliance

    ReplyDelete
  178. @Ratnesh:
I appreciate your all point bt i have doubt in ur last point because Zamindars wete predominantly a wall for Britishers in 1857 how kunwar sing could even think of to get theor support.

I think it is conceptual error ...what i feel

    ReplyDelete
  179. what about the question on bihar polity change since 1991

    ReplyDelete
  180. Kuwar singh ne angrejo ki le li. Kuwar singh ke question ne hm sabo ki le li. Ab profess. aur bpsc ke lene ki bari hai.

    ReplyDelete
  181. Dear friends;
I have seen in comment section that people are intermixing polity with economy.

    Polity change all about governance
The answer must be ride around two band first posts 1991 till bifurcation of state, second post division.

    1991 to 2000:

    Establishment of Panchayati raj system
Implementation of Social Justice in the state

    Post 2000:

Tribal welfare ministry was abolished because the area gone to Jharkhand..

Various policy initiative to improve the governance..

RTI,RTPS,Further strengthening of Panchayat and urban local self governing institution, Family court.

Please be precise in using terminology read the question again and again and the keyword of the question as well because format of answer is hidden in the question.

Must think and evaluate your thinking before writing.

    ReplyDelete
  182. correct...ek dimension yahan lpg kaa bhi ho sakta hai along with shift in voting patterns

    ReplyDelete
  183. dear pankaj 1st paper ke question to humlogon ne more or less discuss kar hi liya. ab 2nd paper G.S. par kuch discussion kar liya jay.aap part-2 ke microlevel planning aur agricultural diversification and organic farming wale question ko poin wise batane ka prayas karen please. waiting for ur reply....

    ReplyDelete
  184. in babu kunwar singh question,as he is hero of revolt of 1857 not only of bihar but also of india,so we need to write his role in the revolt mainly;then in the end one can write that due to his old age factor,as he was 80 years,he could not sustain the fight for long at a place ;he was wounded in his long battles with britisers ,as a result he died very soon, otherwise he could had written different history ;he was not supported by other revolters of 1857;he was not having well trained army or men ,and lacking arms and cannons to fight with britshers;he was only fighting to save his jagdispur village ,not to drove away the british from india as he was not having so much men and resouces.
despite that his fight in the revolt ,was a source of inspiation in later peroids to people of country in struggle to freedom.his contibution in the revolt was worth.

    ReplyDelete
  185. friends ,this is good that we should discuss some questions of bpsc,it will increase our knowledge level and e coe to know were we are lacking in writing the answer and we cannot later blame that the examiner of not giving the marks.

    ReplyDelete
  186. it is easy to discuss points but it is not necessary that one sd really be able to write down in the examintion hall.

while examintion period so many factors works & it`s really difficult to be picture perfect on writing.

statisics were no tough at all, but in the examintion situation it became difficult & eaten very valuable time

    ReplyDelete
  187. @ Ranjan Mishra:

Micro level panning is a type of target based planning.

PCI and various government has adopted.

Perspective and non perspective plan in addition of this policymakers also propagated.

    Segment Planing.

    Regional Planning.

    state level Planing.

    District level Planing.

    Block level Planing.

    Village level Planing.

    Block level Planning.

Apart of it Demographic planing,Sectoral planing also considered.

  188. very nice pankaj je!
please also point out the main critical aspect of agricultural diversification and organic farming as an alternate for food security

  192. Ratnesh and ShashikantJuly 23, 2012 at 9:42 PM

In the question that asked about polity change in bihar since 1991, what i feel is that writing about PRI, RTI etc is not all that relevant here. what the question wants us to focus on is the social/political changes that came about in bihar after 1991. for example in 1990 the givernments changed in both center and bihar ( VPSInGH in delhi and lalu in patna), this had a major impact on the direction which bihar polity took since 1990. we had to mention that after lalu taking over, the caste-based politics took front-stage in bihar and the state got in to whirlpool of scams such as chara ghotala, vardi ghotala etc. this trend continued till lalu ruled and only after 2003 this pattern changed when nitish took over.

basically the question wants us to elaborate over the differences between lalu regime and Nitish regime.

    ReplyDelete
  193. lekin ye question to economics section mein poocha gaya tha...fir caste scams etc kaise dominate karenge answer mein

    ReplyDelete
  194. No. It is in Current Affair section.

    ReplyDelete
  195. This question was asked in Current affairs section not in economics section.....com on yar....you dont deserve to be an officer....still all the best...Polity mein exactly jo last mein saheb ne likha hai lalu and nitish wahi correct answer hai
