Patna: Bihar Public Service Ccommission (BPSC) is all set to conduct its upcoming mains examination from 26th may onward.
According to a leading daily Dainik Hindustan Patna that published the report regarding the mains examination cited that examination schedule will be published soon after holidays.
The style of functioning of JPSC and BPSC has left several question amongst the applicants as they are commonly commiting basic mistakes while taking the crucial decision.
Earlier JPSC had grabbed the same time for their mains examination and now same slot is eying by BPSC.

26May date will bring lot of criticism for bpsc. students will go to court because it will denial of opportunity for students. Bpsc is not regular in taking examn . students hv limited chances. This decison amounts to denial of right of students against poverty and unemployment. 20 Days doesnt make any difference. Actually chairman is new person he didnt know other commission didnt clash their examn. That is the problem.. Unemployment rate is so high. there is no fault of students dat bpsc conducts exam in 5years.

Deleteaisa pata chala hai ki last week uppsc allahabad mein sare commission ke chairmen ka meeting tha.usme yeh decide kiya gaya tha ki koi bhi do ayog ka exam clash nahi karega. bpsc chairman bhi mojood the. isliye v sd b optimistic that bpsc will follow that discussion and will take exam after jpsc. though jpsc chairman was not present in allahabad.

If BPSC is running by these bookstalls outside commission gate then mains will take place from may last week. As what they r saying so confidently even they have full details plan. if they are run by hnble members they will meet and decide what is good for students. i personally feel mid june is the right option considering 25may is jpsc mains . i hope chairman sir wont do injustice to students.

ReplyDeleteहाइकोर्ट में मंगलवार को जेपीएससी नियुक्ति घोटाले से संबंधित विभित्र याचिकाओं पर सुनवाई हुई. न्यायमूर्ति आरके मेरठिया व न्यायमूर्ति डीएन उपाध्याय की खंडपीठ में रिव्यू पिटीशन पर सुनवाई करने का आग्रह किया गया.
ReplyDeleteइसके बाद मामले की सुनवाई के लिए चीफ जस्टिस की अध्यक्षता वाली खंडपीठ को रेफर किया गया. बताया गया कि एकल पीठ के आदेश को चुनौती देते हुए राज्य सरकार ने अपील याचिका दायर की है. पूर्व में कोर्ट ने राज्य सरकार की अपील याचिका पर सुनवाई के दौरान द्वितीय जेपीएससी संयुक्त सिविल सेवा परीक्षा के अन्य सफल 153 अभ्यर्थियों (अधिकारियों) को पक्ष रखने के लिए नोटिस जारी किया था, इसलिए संबंधित खंडपीठ ही मामले की सुनवाई करेगी. गौरतलब है कि प्रार्थी राज्य सरकार ने अपील याचिका दायर कर एकल पीठ के आदेश को चुनौती दी है. सरकार ने द्वितीय सिविल सेवा परीक्ष.ा में अनियमितता बरतने के आरोप में 19 अधिकारियों को बरखास्त कर दिया था. बाद में हाइकोर्ट की एकल पीठ ने बरखास्तगी आदेश को प्राकृतिक न्याय के सिद्धांत के विपरित बताते हुए निरस्त कर दिया था. सरकार बनाम रवि कुमार कुजूर, राधा प्रेम किशोर, मुकेश कुमार महतो, प्रशांत कुमार लायक, संतोष कुमार चौधरी, प्रकाश कुमार, बिनोद राम मामले की सुनवाई हुई. जेपीएससी द्वारा ली गयी परीक्षाओं की सीबीआइ जांच को लेकर पवन कुमार चौधरी व बुद्धदेव उरांव की ओर से दायर जनहित याचिका पर भी एक साथ सुनवाई हो रही है.

Agar kewal kucch dates badal di jaye taki koi subject clash na kare to dono jpsc aur bpsc ka exam isi slot me liya ja sakta hai.

Bhaiyo, mai up se hu. mujhai batai mai kaun sa exam do. bihar with 400 gen seat ya jharkhand with 75 gen seat ph exctluded. Bihar mai fair hoga. Jharkhand mai dont know what mr basant will bo. true competition bihar mai 3000\intw 1200=2.5, jharkhand mai 1000\220=4.5 .ratio yeah hai kuch samajh nahi aa raha.
