As far as legal aspect
regarding the timeline for pronouncement of judgment is concerned it is totally
depend on the discretion of justice.
As there is no rule right
now that force the court to pronounce their reserved judgment in given time so
aspirant left only guessing and praying that Justice Tripathi will pronounce
his judgment that he has kept reserved mode since November 28.
Students are guessing that
Justice Tripathi will soon pronounce his verdict that will force the BPSC to
release additional result.
It is obvious that cut-off will be reduced by 9 marks.Previously 8 questions were deleted by BPSC.Now 9 questions. If for one more deleted they are eager to lower the cut-off to 103.Then it is pertinent to reduce the cut-off by 9 if not more.
ReplyDeleteRatish some what You are right...
ReplyDeleteBPSC will reduce the cut off by 9 marks but prior to it they will give 9 marks each to every on on account of deleated questions.
As per trading off every calculations only one marks is going to reduce from existing cut off.
All number game is only EYEWASH if judgement will be pronounced as per the expectation building from the hearing it will paved the way for 7000 odd students to participate in the mains examination.
Hope for the best
and will the new entrants to the successful list get ample time for the preparation of the Mains? As they have been left in doldrum. If all, when is the Mains exam likely to be held?

ReplyDeleteas per above-mentioned blog only 588 new candidates are likely to get selected? What's the use of that judeement. Tripathi was and always will be a good-for-nothing fellow. The case is bound to go into double bench now, and let's hope that the Mains will be held not in April 2012 but April 2015
ReplyDeletePatna high court announced its much awaited decision on the 53rd to 55th PT examination of BPSC ,the decision had been kept pending since last December. In his decision justice Tripathy directed BPSC to reevaluate copies of PT examination. No deduction in cut off marks will be done as it was anticipated earlier, that court may ask to decrease cut off marks by one or two marks. However giving a big relief to those candidates who has been declared qualified earlier, court ordered BPSC to exempt them from reevaluation process it means only new candidate will be declared qualified without altering status of previously qualified candidates.Estimated 588 more candidate is likely to be declared qualified.BPSC has been given own choice to conduct mains exam,it is possible in April 2012 because in feb, march there is 10th and 12th exam in bihar of bihar board and CBSE
