Applicants of BPSC is still waiting as Justice Tripathi is not in office


Panta, Dec,12:It seems from case list of Patna high court that justice jay Kumar Tripathi who is hearing the case of JPSC 53-55 PT is on leave.

Because his name is not appearing in the daily roster of the High Court so students have to wait some more time.

The judgment will only will declared once he will rejoin his office.


Who is Justice Tripathi


Hon’ble Mr. Justice Ajay Kumar Tripathi (born on November 12, 1957), was elevated as an Additional Judge of Patna High Court on 9th October 2006 and took oath as a Permanent Judge of the High Court on 21st November 2007. He graduated in Economics (Hons.) from the reputed Sri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) and studied law at Campus Law Centre, Delhi University. He enrolled with the Patna High Court in the year 1981 and practiced primarily in the areas of Service law, Constitutional law, Taxation, Excise and other commercial litigations.

    Aaj order aa bi gaya to kya!etane din kyo pakaya.fokat me kam to karate nahi.lakho rupaye hr mah tankhvah pate hai.ye janata ke naukar hai.galati aur der karane par enahe bi punish krana padega.judiciary to kambal odhkar ghee piti hai.ramaswamy,dinkaran ke bad janata ki ankh khulani hi chahiye.had to yeh hai aap enka khula virodh bhi nahi kr skte.sb narak me jayenge aur yamdut enhe me dalda me chhanege.

    i think court tdy is suspended as contitution of cause list on Patna HC showing yestrdy listing even today ..kya mazra hai ...ek dum se gaon ke school teachr se bhi badtar hai in judgon ka haal ..ek dum se frust kar ke rukha hai haramkhoron ne ..daily sonchte hein ke aaj aayega aaj ayega ..per haramkhor hain sb ke sb

    Unhe bahut kam hai,bahut bahut kam.etana kam ki 1 kam bhi nahi ho pa raha.vo rat din kam ke karan chinta me dube rahate hai.vo mahino se decide nahi kr pa rahe ki kaha se suru kare.pr 1 din vo jarut decide kr lenge ki unhe kon se kam se suruaat krni hai.my suggestion unhe sabse pahale toilet jana chahiye.bahut badbu fail gayi hai.

    Tripathy baba bpsc ko apna judgement suna chuke hai. aur bpsc andar-andar result ki tyaari bhi kar rha hai. aap log dekhna jis din judgement court main sunaya jayega usske dusre ya tishre din bpsc ka extra result net par aa jayega. student Suprem court jab tak jayege tab tak wah mains le chuka hoga. 48-52wi ke khani ek baar phir repeat hogi.

    It looks to me that Mr Tripathi is looking to pronounce the judgment just before the court holiday..

    Nothing can stop him to sit on judgement as there is no rule for it...
    1 day 1 month ,1 year or many more year

    Nothing can compel judge to pronounce the judgement that they have reserved for future.

    This is subject of complete desecration of Judge so student have to wait only without any timeline.

    This is one of the dark zone of Indian judicial System....

    So keep waiting as no information is coming...

    Any time judgement can be up on the board but when no one Knows...

    vastav main last bahas ke din advocted manan kumar mishra ne T BABA ko bole diye ke sir agar 9 no. kam nahi kiya jayega to hum log suprem court jayege. T BABA bole aap ko jaha justice mile aap waha jaye. ISSE baat to T BABA issue bna liye aur badla isstarah nikaal rhai hai.

    How such beurcrts work ,i hve living exmple...2 yr back one of my senior frm Goldmn schs n almni of IIM apperd 4 IAS intrvw ..he got only 163 mrks in intrvw ..though he was 40+ ranker ..but u can imangine ...a guy frm BITS pilani gold medlst n IIM A pass out ..n very profcnt guy who helpd to bring goldmn schs branch here in india ..got only 163 mrks n 3-4 collgs of jnu altho they hd stamrring problm got 190 n 200 score in intrvw ...wot to say abt this System ..a lame One!!!

    .Plz if u r in patna then contact the petioner lawyer at least n get sm gud news even if it protracted delay ...but let us what is real status....do u hv any update ? i think tripathi is on long holiday ..isnt it?as during hearing he was adamant regarding time frame of mains n was suggesting that all student who r pass and going to fail according to new merit list shall be retained otherwise tommrrw they will file petion n mains will remain hanging ..so where is now his time- constraint? realling wot a bug he is i m unble to read thro ...
    plz for the god sake let us inform what the real matter is with tripathi ji?

    without prior notice even a slap has the effect of explosion ...had anysource let us known ... it is going to take even ages b4 verdict is pronounced ,i would have been be relaxed than ever .............. .

    aaplog bahut niras kyo ho rahe ho.. kewl yeh socho ki decision der se bhi aaye to sabke man ka ho aur sabka kalyan ho.. I think sr.counsel Manan Kr.Mishra ji ka stand HC me bahut clear tha.. ki sabko 9 wrong qs ke liye marks mile ya cut off utne hi lower kiye jaye..
    is baat ke liye hame unko support karna chahiye.. wahi bata sakte hai ki Justice kab tak aayenge aur unka aaproch kya hai.. aage ki kya strategy ho yadi judgment adverse aataa hai.. Shri Mishra sr.adv. ka mob no. hai 9431025478.

    Sab ko 9 marks diyeah jaye. aur cutoff bhi 9 marks bada diya jayeah. aap log padhtai likhtai to ho nai. bus court jao aur halla karo. aur agar time bach jaye to judgo ko galiya nikal lo.. yaar agar yahi tum logo nai padhai ki hoti to naobat nahi aati. 15000 result kam nahi hota hai.agar upsc result dai raha hota to sirf 6500 result itni hi seato mai. isliyeah sab ka time waste karna aaph log band kare.

    Delay in decision is the main setback of indian judiciary n administration.i had been in lower level administration.and i learned delay n procarnation r the means of corruption.i have been selected in all PTs.but if failed students need clear cut ans why the failed then bpsc n hc r bind to ans them.they have right to get justice.(even smtime they want success without work).so plz dont defend bloody BPSC,JPSC and HCs.always support candidates.and dont afraid that these failed guys make ur competition tougher in main,it will never happen.but atleast they have right to write main if they really(mark this) made 104.thats my opinion.

    Advice to s'mya- you can register an f.i.r. Reporting forgery and the police will track him down, because

    1. This blog keeps track of ip address of each user

    and

    2. the telephone companies maintain a database that records which i.p. Address was used by which customer at what date and time.

    So combining the two pieces of information mentioned above, the police can easily find the user doing this mischief.

    This is the exact same method which police uses to track terrorists who send anonymus emails before or after a bomb blast.

    So stop the non sense. Ye technology jitni suvidha deti hai, utni badi duvidha mein bhi dal degi agar galat use kiya.
