The time GSEB has given the ranking on the basis of percentile rank. Suppose there are 60 students in a class and one student has secured 92 marks while other 54 students have secured 91 or less marks, then 54 divided by 60 into 100 = 90 marks is percentile rank.

  1. E1 grade in two subjects can go in upper class (GSEB result of 10th in 2019).
