NSIM an Introduction


In pursuance of the announcement made by the Finance Minister in his Budget Speech in February 2005, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has established the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) in Mumbai. SEBI, by establishing NISM, has articulated the desire expressed by the Indian government to promote securities market education and research.

Towards accomplishing the desire of Government of India and vision of SEBI, NISM has launched an effort to deliver financial and securities education at various levels and across various segments in India and abroad. 

To implement its objectives, NISM has established six distinct schools to cater the educational needs of various constituencies such as investor, issuers, intermediaries, regulatory staff, policy makers, academia and future professionals of securities markets .NISM brings out various publications on securities markets with a view to enhance knowledge levels of participants in the securities industry. 

NISM is mandated to implement certification examinations for professionals employed in various segments of the Indian securities markets.

UPPSC conducts Lower PT cut off Expected Higher



Allahabad,Jan,9:UPPSC  has conducted the lower subordinate PT examination, paper were of objective type with multiple answer choice.

Several questions were asked from the areas like economic and social development and general issues on, biodiversity, environmental ecology and ecological changes in GS paper.

It seems from the students reactions that they were  found themselves comfortable with the Paper as question asked in the examination were in line with the expectation.

The Cut off is expected to upper side as vacency is low,questions are easier and applicants were more.

JPSC Assistant Examination conducted under candle light


Various local  news paper has reported that Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) assistant examination was conducted under candle light in Ranchi.

State administration is showing their new color every day,while other states are marching ahead with their development goal but Jharkhand is moving backward day by day.

News paper published the picture that students are trying hard to solve the questions under candle light......
