Patna:Sept,23: BPSC evaluation entered in the advance stage as per source close to the development all the major paper including General Studies,History,Labour and Social Welfare (LSW) and Geography are finished.
Currently other papers are getting evaluated it was learned that the intire process will end by the second week of the coming month.
After the completion of the evaluation decoding and tabulation will be done which is expected to take minimum 30 working day.
The result of the Mains examination will depend upon the pace of the above process given the condition it seems that november has highest probablity of the result.
One must remember that November has only 10-14 working days as festive season is lined up so in any case by the first week of december result will be published.
It was also learned that as much as 200 + vacancy are expected to be added in the 53rd 55th recruitmend drive by BPSC however it is yet to be notified by the comission however DOPT has decided in favour of this.

पिछले दिनों हाजीपुर से एक ट्रक ड्राइवर ने डीजीपी के मोबाइल पर आधी रात को फोन कर दिया। उसकी समस्या यह थी कि थाने वाले ने उसकी ट्रक को पकड़ लिया था। लाख जतन के बाद भी ट्रक नहीं छूट पा रहा था। डीजीपी ने वैशाली एसपी को मौके पर पहुंच कर ट्रक ड्राइवर की समस्या सुनने को कहा। इच्छा न रहते हुए भी एसपी साहब मौके पर पहुंचे। ट्रक को छुड़वाया और फिर मौके से ही ट्रक ड्राइवर ने डीजीपी से बात भी की।
घरेलू विवाद के काल भी खूब आ रहे हैं। डीजीपी ही नहीं, कई अन्य पुलिस अफसरों को भी इस तरह के काल आ रहे हैं। एडीजी (आधुनिकीकरण) केएस द्विवेदी ने बताया कि उन्हें एक दिन कई फोन आए। उधर से बताया गया कि मैं झारखंड का डिप्टी सीएम बोल रहा हूं। उन्होंने मधुबनी से जुड़े जमीन के एक मामले में कार्रवाई कराने की बात कही। मैंने कहा कि आप तो खुद डिप्टी सीएम हैं, हमारे यहां के डिप्टी सीएम से क्यूं बात नहीं कर लेते? उधर से फिर जवाब आया कि आप खुद दिखवा लीजिए। वैसे मधुबनी के इस मामले में एक दूसरे आला अफसर को यह फोन आया कि वह झारखंड हाईकोर्ट के जज बोल रहे हैं। कई अफसरों को दूसरों की शिकायत वाले फोन काल भी आ रहे हैं।

3 सितम्बर 2012 को 'कार्यस्थल पर महिला यौन उत्पीड़न संरक्षण विधेयक 2010' लोकसभा से पारित हो गया. अभी तक ऐसा मामला सामने आने पर अदालतें 'विशाखा-गाइडलाइन' के आधार पर कार्य करती आ रही है. एमडीएलआर की कर्मचारी गीतिका शर्मा की आत्महत्या प्रमाण है कि कार्यस्थलों पर यौन-उत्पीड़न बदस्तूर जारी हैं. वैसे विशाखा-गाइडलाइन से कम ही लोग परिचित हैं !!
विशाखा गाइडलाइन - भंवरी बाई के साथ 1992 में कुछ लोगों ने उसके कार्यस्थल पर दुराचार किया था. स्थानीय स्तर पर न्याय से वंचित रहने पर महिला संगठनो ने विशाखा के छद्म नाम से सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में एक वाद प्रस्तुत किया था जिस पर 1997 में न्यायालय नें 'विशाखा गाइडलाइंस' जारी की जो कार्यस्थल पर महिलाओं के यौन प्रताडना को रोकने हेतु मील का पत्थर बन गयी.

The figures estimates by the autonomous constitutional institution Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) in the Coal-gate scam is mind boggling — Rs1.86 trillion — if we include the 2-G scam money of Rs.1.76 trilliion, the money good enough to educated the entire illiterate lot of the nation or provide free healthcare facilities to all denizens of the country.
The Coalgate scandal which is the rage of the nation currently is the mother of all scams as 142 coal blocks were allocated by the present Manmohan Singh government in its first tenure between 2004 and 2009 to several private and government sector companies at throwaway prices.
The logic behind allocation instead of auctioning the coal blocks was not questionable, the matter it was allocated is being questioned now. Several private and government sector companies involved in production of power, steel and cement — all basic ingredients for India’s infrastructural development — were facing shortage of coal since the government owned Coal India Limited, itself mired in allegations of corruption and ill-management, was unable to meet the growing demand for coal. So the decision was taken to allocated captive coal blocks to such companies.
CAG in its report has raised serious questions over the manner coal blocks were allocated to 58 companies which now is matter of open debate and investigation by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) since many beneficiaries under normal circumstances were ineligible for it.
Unlike the 2G spectrum allocation scam, in which many persons, including the then telecom minister A. Raja, were arrested for accepting bribe, corruption charges have not yet been established in the Coalgate scam.
The fact, however, is that many power generation companies are unable to achieve their optimum generation capacities due to shortage of coal and while the nation continues to faces long power outages hampering its industrial growth, not more than 30 out of the 195 allocations made over the past one decade have become fully operational. Various companies including some media houses got coal blocks allocated to raise their profile with the idea to transfer ownership at a much larger price at a later date.
Ever since the CAG report was tabled in parliament last month, the opposition resorted to stalling proceedings of the parliament demanding resignation of Prime Minister Singh who incidentally held charge of the coal ministry for the larger part while these allocations were made, and cancellation of all 142 allocations made.

आज एक विश्वसनीय सूत्र ने बताया की LSW मे मार्क्स अच्छे दिये गयें हैं । औसत मार्क्स के बारे मे कुछ नहीं बताया । बस इतना पता चला की पांचों सवालों के जवाब अच्छे से दिये जाने पर 280-300 तक मार्क्स मिले हैं । अन्य विषयों का पता नहीं । वैसे विश्वास का कोई ठोस आधार तो नहीं , पर धुआँ बार बार उठ रही है इसका मतलब की आग कहीं न कहीं तो जरूर है। फिलोसोफी का बुरा हाल है ।

फिलोसोफी मे मैंने सारे सवालों के उतर संतोषजनक लिखें हैं । अब यदि इन बातों को मान लूँ की इस विषय मे कम नंबर दिये जा रहें हैं तब भी मुझे 240 की संभावना दिखती है । अब आगे देखते हैं की कितना मिलता है ।

ये सूचना मुझे भी आज एक विश्वस्त सूत्र से मिली है । उसने बताया की कुछ लोगों को 260 -270 तक नंबर दिये गए हैं । पता नहीं खराब मार्किंग किसे कहा जा रहा है । पर कभी ऐसा नहीं हुआ की पांचों सवालों के अछे से जवाब देने के बाद भी किसी विषय मे 240 से कम मिले हों ।
मैने खुद जो हिसाब लगाया है उसके अनुसार अधिकतम 710 -720 को कट ऑफ माना जा सकता है । अब आगे देखते हैं । याद पिछली बार जैसा LSW या अन्य किसी विषय को को बूम कराया गया हो तो कुछ नहीं कहा जा सकता ।

मै चाहूँगा की आपकी बात यदि सच हो । परंतु यह ध्यान देने वाली बात है की बीपीएससी चाहकर भी बातों को गुप्त नहीं रख पाती । कॉपी जाँचने वाले घर जाते ही हैं और अपने करीबी लोगों को थोड़ी बहुत जानकारी तो देते ही हैं । हाँ , ऐसा होता की कॉपी बाहर भेजा गया होता तो शायद बातों को छिपा कर रखा जा सकता था । पिछली बार मैंस के रिजल्ट के बारे मे कई अफवाहे उड़ी थीं जिसमे कई तो बिलकुल सच निकली । 742 कट ऑफ सुनकर मुझे भी विश्वास नहीं हुआ था पर सचमुच ऐसा ही था । ये सब देखकर तो लगता है की कुछ न कुछ बातें तो बाहर लीक होती ही है ।

Dear Pankaj Ji! The more than 50 seats of Bihar Education Service have been added in BPSC. The DTO cadre will be filled by BPSC. More than 25 seats have been added in Bihar Rural Development Service. Please elaborate and create a topic regarding these topics.
As you had posted a link regarding cut off of BPSC main that cut off will be around 700. Will you stick to that or according to your sources the variation will occur.
I request all candidates to provide only authentic knowledge. for example, Mukesh Rai went to BPSC Office and gained some knowledge about copy evaluation, Randhir aquired information from his friend circles, Ajay Prasad's friend filled RTI etc. Some people used to post fake information to dishearten the serious candidates. जिओग्राफी विषय शुरू से ही अंकदायी रहा है । इसमे मेरा अनुभव है की यदि आप अच्छा लिखते हैं तो निश्चित ही आपको अच्छा नंबर मिलेगा। वैसे मेरा पहला पेपर उतना अच्छा नहीं रहा पर दूसरे पेपर मे काफी बेहतर लिखा है । इसलिए मुझे फर्स्ट पेपर से ज्यादा उम्मीद नहीं है ।

I need little help from you guys to understand recruitment of Accounts Officer which is in addition to 741 declared vacancies.
Will there be separate list of candidates for interview for this. For example, if BPSC intends to call 300 candidates for interview for Accounts Officer from 4 optionals (math, commerce, stats n Eco) and 200 have cleared main cutoff list, would just 100 additional candidates be called or fresh set of 300 will be interviewed(not those already cleared the cutoff).
Considering both the scenrio,how much cutoff could be for Accounts Officer post.

Someone gave information on this blog that only 350 candidates(eligible for accounts service) appeared for mains examination. So u can guess about how many will be called for interview. There will be a different cut-off for accounts service other than the formal mains cut-off.

I have an authentic information about Geography source(A Close Person of R B Singh).
This year Geography paper was checked by the Patna University teachers and they have given above average marks.
The english medioum students who has written a logical answer supported by the scatches ans statistics were awarded more than 170 marks in the Paper I ,In the Paper II students have got 160 plus marks .
I am not getting any information about Sociology and Public Administration ,if any one have authentic information then please share it.
With 100% guarantee and sincerity, I have information that this time again anthropology is performing much better than other subject though person didnot say anything about marks. Geography and LSW again have edge. This time english option doing well. But lastly it is anthropology which is outstanding
Result is going to be declared in last week of oct or first week of nov
can we assume that the english medium candidates whose overall performance is satisfactory expect to do well in the mains exam???????
